Not only do you learn and retain an immense amount of knowledge in a short time, but you also form a bond with your teacher and classmates through J. Pat’s process. Real Estate hinges on the relationships you are able to cultivate, and this class promotes that belief from the inception of the first class.

J. Pat has a way! He cares about more than just getting content into your head so you can pass the test. He cares about you, your relationships and your ability to succeed. I have taken multiple classes for regulated tests in different fields. This class is a standout!!!

This class brought the best out of everyone by challenging us to find common ground with each other and encouraging us all to be better listeners. I learned a lot of things I didnt expect to learn. Not just about real estate, but ways to better manage my life, career, and relationships with family and friends.

Going into this class I was very excited but extremely nervous, not being in a classroom environment in a very long time and not knowing what to expect. From the first day, J. Pat made it like a family gathered together instead of strangers. Together we were able to learn a new career and also found an instructor who cares about us not just inside the classroom but also out in the real world as well. Also, I was fortunate enough to be in one of the best classes in Fort Smith; the people in this class were all so caring and helpful to each other, all willing to help the other out. Anyone wanting to start a career in real estate I would highly recommend The BIG R.E.D. School Class.

The BIG R.E.D. School has been perfect for me. I love the format of the class and its definitely not a class you will get bored in. All the information you will need to absorb is given in a very thorough study plan. You will also get real life scenarios that make the information in the book easier to understand. This class and instructor has not only given me the information that I need to pass the test and begin my journey in real estate, but has also given me personal growth in my life.

I am so excited to start working in this new career. I OWE IT ALL TO J. PAT! I took the online course first and it was a very good way to get a generalized concept of Real Estate. Then I attended the live class with J. Pat. I cant even express the difference. J. Pat is heart driven to establish relationships, give you the best overall experience in Real Estate, make sure that you are driven for success, and also make sure you pass the test and have all the tools you need to pass. This was the best class Ive ever attended and I would love to one day be able to return the things Ive learned from him. These classes, these instructors, the environment created by the level of brilliance in the MADNESS that goes with the method of doing things is phenomenal!!! The way the instructors go about getting you to learn by repetition not just by “Hey, Read the Book, hope you make it” will give you the confidence to continue with the classes. A former student said that this class was very therapeutic and that is one of the most accurate statements. The Big R.E.D School teaches so much more than how to simply pass your test; it mentors in skills that will benefit you in all areas of your life.

This class was a life changer for me. I feel like it really helped me not only be able to study for the test, but also helped me get to know myself a little better. I wouldnt change anything about the class at all. I really needed something to help me interact better and the class helped tremendously. J. Pat is an amazing instructor and is very inspiring. I LOVED the class.

The BIG R.E.D. School didnt just teach me about real estate, it taught me how to be a better version of myself. The study methods and Qbank were so helpful.
