This guy was representing our buyers, was nonresponsive, and abusive to our agent. His lack of professionalism is simply beyond words. Mr. Martinez removed two keys from our home two days prior to closing. Mr. Martinez and his buyers were still at the home two hours after the final walk-through was to begin. We arrived to pick-up some keys that we left at the property for transfer to the buyers at closing and found that one key that had been in the backdoor deadbolt for the last ten years was missing. Since the buyers and Mr. Martinez were still there, we let them know that we would try to locate the key. The next day I replaced the deadbolt and the door knob because the key had gone missing. After closing, our agent went out to the property to retrieve the sign and lockbox. She found that the lockbox key was also missing. When confronted, Mr. Martinez admitted to his crime. BEWARE THIS AGENT!!! If you are selling your home and he represents your buyer, my advice is to be vigilant.
