Trena sold us our house when we first moved into the Fayetteville. She got to know us well enough to know what we were looking for. When we purchased the house it was not finished being built. She walked us through everything until we moved in. In the years since then, she has become a treasured friend.Before we listed our house, she walked through it with us and made suggestions that would stage it to sell. We did everything she recommended. When we listed the house, we had three views in four days, and two of those submitted offers. It was honestly amazing!!We chose the offer closest to our asking price, and from that point on, the buyers and their agent made us regret ever accepting their offer.
