I cannot rate EVM Jewelers highly enough! I found an engagement ring design I loved online, and Brooke was wonderful in helping make my custom dream ring a reality. From being super respectful of our budget and ensuring we did not pay above what she first quoted, to doing her own research about my stone options (I went with a unique quartz over a traditional diamond), to making sure I was 100% happy with the design I could not have asked for better customer service! She was great about helping me customize, which was a breath of fresh air after several jewelers I visited werent really prepared to go outside of the traditional styles and stone options.We ended up ordering my fiancés wedding band from EVMs website afterwards, and when we needed to return it (we couldnt just resize it because of the material) Brooke once again came to the rescue by reaching out to the supplier and making sure we could exchange it. If I ever have any jewelry needs in the future, I will definitely be going to EVM first, and directing as many friends there as I can!

Mrs. Brooke is so kind! She knows how to do her job well! She appraised my engagement ring for a great price, and sold us beautiful wedding bands. Her store is great too. Unlike other jewelry stores, she takes all of the stands out from the cases and lets you just choose which ones you want to try on. It is so much fun shopping at her store. She is very efficient. She even invited us over for dinner!

Brooke is the absolute best called to ask about a battery replacement and she told me to come on in hot me in and out same day and even helped me fix my cross necklace they have my business for the end of days

EVM was awesome in helping me with an urgent issue! 11 days before my wedding my diamond feel out of my prongs and EVM rushed me in right when they opened and explained the issues with the prongs. They replaced all my prongs for my ring and reset my diamond within a matter of DAYS!!! They were so awesome!! Thank you so much Brooke and Ryan for helping patch up my big day!!

Took them a watch that needed a battery, was told (on a Friday) that it would be done Monday or Tuesday and that it would be less than $30. Went there Tuesday and the guy had come and gone but it hadnt been done. It ended up taking a week and it cost me $55. I would post less than one star but I dont have that option. Should have gone to Swifts where it would have been cheaper and done while I waited. Im grateful that the place didnt just totally lose my watch, they gave me no receipt when I left it with them, and no receipt when I paid.

My experience at Evermore was everything I had hoped it would be and more. The staff there was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I recently purchased an engagement ring there and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The Evermore team was right there with me to help find the perfect stone, casting, and every other detail I could think of. The level of service and communication from beginning to end was top tier- seriously cannot recommend them enough.

I found this store on google. We live in the southern part of the state. We were going to be leaving town the next day. Jay was very friendly and pleasant. Picked out some rings and he made sure they were ready for us the next day. He even recommended a great place for lunch. I needed a repair done on one of the rings. He sent me a shipping label I put it in the mail and in a couple of days he sent it back to me. It doesn’t get any easier than that. Highly recommend Evermore Jewelers and especially Jay!!!!

They custom-designed a ring for me, generated an image of it, then a wax model to ensure it was perfect, before creating the actual ring. AND they did it for less than I could find anywhere else. When the size felt just a hair off, they offered to resize it for free, same-day. It came out beautifully and I couldnt be happier. I would absolutely go back for any future big jewelry purchases!

Absolutely incredible experience here. Not from Fayetteville but was getting married here. Had bought watches from a store in Chicago (where I live) for my groomsmen that are scattered all over the country, but had to find somewhere in NWA to get them resized for each individual one right before the wedding. Called a number of different jewelry stores that were incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. Thankfully, i called EVM. Ryan was seriously the best. He got us all sorted out in a timely fashion. Everyone else didn’t want to deal with us since we were from out of state and didn’t buy one of their watches, but EVM saved the day. So much of buying any sort of jewelry is the relationship with the person working there and trusting that they won’t screw you over. I have no doubt that these guys would be more than trustworthy.
