I like this gym bundles. Its a warm and friendly place. The group classes keep me encouraged on this weight loss journey. Also, I love the fact that KidzCare has various activities throughout the week that keeps my little ones mind occupied while I work up a sweat!
Very friendly, love silver sneakers! Maybe time for masks again, even though hate! Younger immune resistance friend diagnosed positive, after vaccination, months ago, less time than me! Been to Dr today, but, even though no symptoms, decided to begin wearing mask again? If others choose to neglect my health safety, Im Not gonna to negate their safety, especially theyre childrens& others?? How sad, that parents, children of Grandparents, are so selfish about choice to jeopardize these young & older lives, & theirs?? Ignorance is no excuse!! Vaccines are a gift from God!!!!
Great gym, past 1630 or so its super busy better off going at 1600 or after 1800. Alot less people, has dumbbells up to 200lbs, bench press incline and decline, 3 squat racks. Some smith machines but most of the gym is free weights
Clean and organized, but definitely cardio-machine centric. Having only three platforms/squat racks means if you want to do compound lifts, youll have a wait, even at the slow times. Dumbbell area is also small and crowded.
I been a member for many years at this gym. I have dropped many gyms here in Fayetteville but always keep this membership. The price is great, staff is helpful and polite. There is a reason it has out lasted all in this area so many years. In my opinion its the respect given to All members and no hidden nonsense no hassle way of business.
A well kept gym with a lively staff. This particular location is very open and spacious with an aesthetic that is new aged and crisp. The company does a great day maintaining cleanliness and keeping the weight room uncluttered.
Great gym. Love the childcare team!
Ive been working out here for years. Excellent staff and updated equipment. The free childcare is definitely a bonus.
Do not sign contracts with this business they are financially backed by a separate company. They are not only hard to contact but have many “fine print” details that are not well known like after your year contract they still bill you till you contact them which is a nightmare in itself
One of the best gyms around! The classes are always exciting to take and full of energy!!
Nice gym....Mostly crowed only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The gym itself is fine. However, I paid for a 15 month contract and was told I would only be charged update fees. My contract went up and of course like everyone else on here, I got charged a monthly fee. I had to call paramount, write an email cancelling it, and of course pay one more month after I asked to cancel. Avoid this gym and their bs contracts.
Best gym in town! Love the staff and awesome training team.
I have a personal trainer, Jarrod. He makes sure I dont aggravate my back injuries while strengthening my overall muscle tone and losing weight.
The gym is always busy. They are always patching up the sewer system (bathrooms are always out of order) I wouldnt drink the fountain water; the filter is probably as old as the sewer system. Some of there equipment is old too. And I left Planet Fitness for this; smh. However, they have fitness classes including spin cycling; although the size four showers may trump that greatness...😡😔
To cancel my membership I had to bend over backwards. All the staff was so unprofessional. I wanted to lose 20 lbs and the guy who originally signed me up made me feel uncomfortable.giving me weird looks as I was working out.
Nice, quiet, clean, Only one treadmill in womans area working.
The employees so friendly and it was clean
I love the staff Robert ward is the man go see him
1st day Zumba classes are great and fun
Love the Zumba classes!!! I lost so much weight.
Your employees are very beautiful the equipment is great shower bathroom fantastic.
So I got a membership here in 2019 and then tried to cancel the membership shortly after March 2020. Not only did they continue to charge me, but then put the account in collections for 1k! DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! There are several other options in the local area with better management!
The staff has a poor attitude and they always look inconvenience by your presence, not sure why not all of them but 2/3s of them.
Great gym! The staff is always helpful as well. I love that they always greet you, and say goodbye when you leave. Its the little things that make a big difference.
They dont have a plan for 15 days or a months is very expensive and ononline they said they have a plans for 5 days free but you just can go one day is a fake publicity. And a bad service.
A awesome place to work; the cleaning has improved tremendously please dont drop the standards. God Bless
Love the sauna, no a fancy gym, ok equipment, lady restroom are bad. Otherwise ok
Thats my gym!!! Great staff, plenty of equipment and they even have a juice/ smiothie bar!!
Great gym. Would recommend for everyone. Have some really outstanding equipment. A place to catch some really gains if you know what I mean.
I love this gym! Great classes with great instructors and lots of classes and times to choose from (I love body pump the most so far). The equipment is new and nice. Theres a workout area for women only. Child care with great staff and windows that you can look into during your workout to check up on kids. Katie was excellent at getting me started up and oriented!
Before I moved down to the area I attended a Golds Gym. So when I heard that Golds wasnt around but TruFit was I thought this might be a good option.During the sign up phase I discovered this location used to be a golds gym, some of the branding and correspondence used still reflects this.I have been going for about (2) months now and decided that while other folks may enjoy this gym it is definitely not for me.First, the positives:The Staff is very friendly when signing up and even knew about the gym program offered through my health insurance (a rarity!).Child care section and they offer tanning for those of us who need our winter UV fix.A Sauna in the changing rooms for relaxation/decompression.There is also a smoothie bar for getting that post-workout protein drink. Now, the negatives:Once you sign up the staff could care less if you exist. Often I would walk in, scan the tag, and not a word would be said in acknowledgement. That being said; the other customers are typically worse (more on that in a minute). After you sign in and head to the changing room (for Guys) the room is run down, simply no other way to put it. Most of the locker doors are broken, seating is limited to 3 small benches, and its got the funk of not having a good cleaning recently. (Ladies I really hope yours is better). After changing; the wait times for some of the equipment can be 20 min or more during the busy times (weekdays from 3 - 6pm).Its important that you dont line-jump and you ask if equipment is being used (good practice anyway), expect rudeness in return, and remember you are near a military base. Lots of folks with ego and anger problems at this gym.The equipment itself is pretty beat up and packed so tightly in that its hard to get from one row to another without walking to the end and back around.Gym wipes (paper towel and spray bottle variety) are only at (3) locations, hard to get to (due to equipment placing), and trash cans for said wipes are even harder to find. Conclusion:This TruFit might be okay to go to during the weekend or morning/midafternoon (10am - 2pm) on weekdays. Is it better than nothing? yes, absolutely. That being said, it is is simply too small for the amount of equipment they have crammed in there and the amount of customers they are trying to serve. So if you can go somewhere else, then do so.
5 mins from my house, clean and no judgement
Not crowded and good environment
Great staff!!! Great gym!!! Im from Philly, this by far an excellent environment for serious trainers.. love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love this place ❤
VERY small, limited equipment and over sold membership. So if you like going waiting to to work out while 3 to 4 people workout on one of the two pieces of equipment you want use, then this is the gym for you. Sure it is not busy between 10 am and 2pm but how often are we going to the gym at that time. Basically it is a poor option for someone who is starting out or is a serious lifter. Do not recommend!!
Tip top best gym in town great staff
Not only was the staff rude to me, the gym is not the cleanest. Not enough cleaning bottles around the gym and many times Ive witnessed gym goers not cleaning their equipment after use. I know someone people dont feel covid is a big deal, but even if you dont, having someone elses swear and germs on you is disgusting.
Always too crowded.. not the cleanest and had 3 trainers quit on me in less than a year! Been trying to get someone to call me back about getting a reimbursement on the money I paid in advance on the trainer for the time I have left and so far all I’ve gotten is.. “ we can set you up with someone else” .. Ive already told them I was not renewing my membership and just wanted my money back. They said they didnt do that. Are you kidding me?! Its not my problem their staff keeps quitting! 2 of the trainers didn’t even give me any notice! Do not go here!!!!
Love this gym! I had a trainer while I was pregnant that motivated me and kept me fit the whole time! They have new trainers and all of them look super built and great! My trainer is currently Jessica and shes awesome!! I definitely see and feel the changes in my body since Ive been coming. The gym is always clean and theres lots of machines and weights at this location
Helpful and friendly staff fair amount of equipment. Free weights and several types of machine weights. Easy to get a good workout. User friendly.
I have been a member for over 10 years and am very satisfied with this gym and the cost. Now that it is TruFit (used to be Golds) it is even better. The management tirelessly updates and upgrades the place. There is always some new machine and the look and decor always changes. I signed up about 11 years ago for 19.99 per month and still pay that same amount.
The gym is small and most if the time is crowded. If you signed a contract keep an eye of the expiration date because your contract will not expire and WILL roll over into a monthly charge. Is easier to cancel a credit card than this gym membership. Before signing a contract shop around and check other gyms.
I joined this gym over a year ago and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I knew absolutely nothing about working out and was tired all the time. Jules is my personal trainer and is the best. She totally helped me transform my body and I am in the best shape of my life in my 40s. She is supportive, pushes you to your limit, and very encouraging to reach your fitness goals. And she makes it fun. I highly recommend her if you are serious about getting in shape. She also teaches an awesome spin class. The gym is clean and staff is friendly.
A whole new world at this gym was opened to me. Jasmine is awesome and amazing. On a scale of 1 to 10 on the awesome scale shes a 15. She has the reflexes of a cat and the speed of a mongoose. Shes probably a superhero, if not she should be. Bench is unmeasurable because theres not enough weight in the gym. Shes a physical specimen whom which no one is equal to or ever will be. To sum it up Jasmine doesnt go to the gym to lift weights, weights go to Jasmine to lift her
Pretty good gym
They have excellent equipment and trainers if you need to be trained good place for a good heavy workout
Great staff! Lots of equipment I really loved working out there.
Have been a member of many area gyms. Golds in hope mills has been our longest membership by far. Since 2014, many of the staff members have changed but the caliber of customer service has not. We are greeted when we come in by friendly front desk staff. KB has always made us feel very welcome there. Equipment is well maintained, with regular upgrades being made. Personal training staff as a whole is wonderful. It says a lot about their hiring standards for personal trainers when more than just yours is rooting for your success. Our original trainer moved, and we are still hella sad about that but Mike and Ingrid are a great team and have been great to us. We have never been clients of Katelyn and Christine but they always make it a point to check in with us when they see us and are always encouraging. People have mixed feelings about signing up with a Personal Trainer but Noah is really supportive and listens to your goals and your needs to find a perfect fit for you.
I havent been here, but I am reading the reviews to find out more and I noticed that the Owner, Darren? Only responds to the people with positive reviews and do not acknowledge the people with the bad reviews. My question is, do you try to reach out to improve these negative reviews or do you only care about the customers who leave good reviews? I have seen too many owners of gyms getting too involved with their business in a negative way and I have left a gym like that recently. Was considering Trufit, but may not consider it anymore. I like where owners are always positive not show favoritism to things. I dont come to a gym to add more problems to my life. More like work on myself and be in a positive environment. Cant have that with a manager/owner who dont take the bad with the good and work to improve things for all.
I like ur service
TruFIT Gym is an amazing place to be a member! Group exercise classes, kids care and tanning are all included in my membership. My personal trainer has also helped keep me accountable and helped me get closer and closer to reaching my health and wellness goals. The equipment is all updated and they are frequently adding new machines and updating the facility.
Great experience. I have been coming here for 8 months and the gym and staff are great. They were able to accommodate my crazy schedule and made sure that someone was always available to train me if I wanted it. Cant say enough great things about the staff and facility. Join today, you wont regret it.
I’ve been a member for over 4 years now and it’s really improved in the appearance and equipment over that time. The workers are all very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies in childcare. They take awesome care of my kids but in the summer it gets HOT in there. Even when it’s not hot outside, my daughters come out with pink cheeks, burning up. The AC hasn’t worked in a while, I’m not sure why they haven’t fixed it. Seems to me a priority would be taking care of your members’ kids, instead of ignoring it. I know personally a lot of people have spoken to management about it. Not sure what needs to be done but if it isn’t fixed soon it’d be something I’d change gyms over.
The staff is good I enjoy going to this gym I would recommend joining this gym .🙂
There was a little exaggerating when I was told how empty the gym is in the mornings. I go there around 530 to 6am and Im still having to wait for equipment to open up. I cant seem to find a time when its not crowded. The locker room is reminiscent of an old 1980s boxing movie locker room; needs new lockers, the ceiling leaks and the sauna has been broken for the last two weeks. Of course EVERYONE needs to work out on the damn cable machines, so naturally they have only two, which you always have some douche hogging up both cables. its missing some cable links, so you have to screw someone out of lat pull downs until you finish your set so they can borrow the cable link.on the positive, the staff is friendly, and even though the machines and weights I want to use are usually occupied, I can always substitute my workouts so as not to stray too far from my workout goals, at least until a piece of equipment becomes available.the hours are great, and the shake bar is very well staffed. my complaints are the same for every gym in fayetteville. Im military, so I get a very good rate that makes it worthwhile. With minor improvements, this gym could be excellent. Add more cable machines since every A hole apparently cant get a workout without double wielding the cables while admiring themselves in the mirror, have staff monitor douche bags that hog up a million weights since apparently their workout is the only one that matters, throw another stair machine in the mix because theyre always occupied by people who for whatever reason walk up it sideways because they know better than the people that designed the machines, and renovate the locker room.
The staff is very friendly. The personal Trainers are the best! They are always willing to help you out anytime they are there and you can even text them with questions if you have them. They will push you and encourage you to better yourself!Never too full even during the busy hours, always able to workout whatever muscle group I want without too long of a wait like on base.
When I moved from Wilmington, NC last August, my membership transferred to the Hope Mills location. Unfortunately, my person trainer stayed in Wilmington. Although I grew up in Fayetteville, I had never had a personal trainer through Golds Gym. I feel extremely fortunate to have Colby as my trainer. He contacted me because I had so many sessions that had gone unused and we started training six days a week for an hour in April. The transformation that I have undergone is tremendous, to say the least. I owe a large majority of it to Colby. He is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. He has ignited my love for the gym that I had not had in almost five years. I highly recommend this gym and Colby.
My favorite place for fun and fitness is Golds Gym! Any place can provide weights but Golds gives so much more. The people who work there, the members, and the instructors are so supportive inside as well as outside of the gym. So if you live in the area, come by, make a friend, get healthy and enjoy an awesome workout!
Lots of equipment, steam room, tanning beds, child friendly with nursery, classes everyday and BMI machine. Its clean and safe.. Im satisfied.
Any gym can offer classes. Any gym can hire instructors. But a gym worth paying for employs and supports instructors that motivate you to show up each day and give that extra 10%! The instructors here come to work each day because they love what they do and they love helping people change. They dont simply memorize movements and paste a smile that gives the impression its easy. They dedicate themselves to learning the movements, understanding alternatives to help guide you safely, thinking outside the box to help motivate individuals on all levels, and most importantly they give it their all and are breathless and exhausted right alongside you. I joined this gym because of the classes, but I stayed at this gym because of the instructors!Plus the childcare option rocks!
I love how friendly the staff is...always there to greet me with open arms. I also noticed how clean it was especially the restrooms and locker room. The classes there are awesome and the personal trainers really seem to know what their doing. Do I love working out here? Yes i do.
I mean, its a gym. Who really complains about a gym. I go there to work out. You just have to find the right times. If not, oh gawwwd. You will be waiting FOREVER to use machines. Been a member for about 8 years. Nothing fancy. At least it hasnt shut down. 😉
I love the energy and vibes I get from this place ! It could be just a tad bit bigger and a few more machines other than that I love this gym!
Space is too small for how many people are there even early in the morning. Barely enough plates to go around their free weight section. They are also not very evenly distributed around the gym. No dedicated area to stretch, warm or work core. Much of the equipment is old. Not a bad gym but I would expect more for how many paying members they seem to have.
At this point, I have enjoyed this gym for over three years. Most especially the GGX classes. I have taken Les Mills classes elsewhere, but the instructors in Hope Mills are the best. I take Body Pump, Combat, Flow, and Spin. The instructors come prepared and enthusiastic about what they do and it really shows. They keep you engaged and keep after your form. You dont have to think about anything - just show up and do it.
Hate this gym! Its so gross. You can tell none of the equipment has been wiped down in years. The only people Ive ever seen cleaning is a front desk girl walking around and putting weights up with gloves on. Oh so you get paid not to touch them but Im suppose to pay so I can? The AC always sucks. When you ask the front desk about the whats wrong with the AC they give an informative I dont know, I think maybe its out. Really? You thought the 6 out of 7 fans for this place would be enough? They have a useless track going around the entire gym, there is zero free space for body weight exercises or stretching. The Womens Only area is a sad dungeon with 30 year old machines pieced back together with glue. I bought my membership thinking it wasnt so bad. But the more often I go the more I regret my decision. Pay the extra $10 a month and go to Omni. I wished I had.
This is the worst gym in the area by far and that says a lot. Signed up under Golds then it changed to Trufit. They sign u up for a contract and then u cannot break or suspend the contract like they tell u in the beginning without contacting Paramount. Contacting Paramount will also be a terrible experience, they told me they would put my account on hold during deployment and they didn’t. Called several times (was on hold forever) and they assured me they would fix the problem, they didn’t. Terrible customer service. As for the gym aside from being crowded during peak times and terrible restrooms it’s not a bad place. Friendly staff and OK equipment. If you live close and can go during the day (weekend and holiday hours are terrible/ non existent) go somewhere else. This place is not worth the headache. If you are military just drive to post the gyms there have better hours and equipment. The extra few bucks in gas will cover the garbage contracts this place has.Other comments and concerns I have heard first hand include women’s restroom being terrible, and crowded child care area.Hopefully hurricane Florence washes this place away.
I have been a member for 3 years and they have the best classes. TC is an awesome teacher, she always makes the class fun, she never mess up and she take song request...she teaches all types of classes! Love her classes! Ryan is also a great teacher love her energy, very friendly and takes songs request...fun body step class!
Trainers are not reliable except for one. (Kaitlyn) She is awesome and very knowledgeable.
Conveniently located. Equipment is dated, not maintained. Owners need to invest more into this location.I also have a membership at Planet Fitness, much better equipment and hours.
I canceled since July since I lost my job due to covid. and still continue to charged me not knowing my account still active. Not be coming back in this gym anymore!!!
Last Sunday I took the Spin class, taught by Jackie, at the hope mills Golds Gym. Not only was the class killer but the instructor was amazing!! She just had a baby and looks more fit than most women I see going into that gym. She definitely knows what she is doing!!! And if that is the kind of instructor they have for each class?! Im taking all of the classes!
I tried out a spin class for the first time with Jackie. So much fun! There were times I wanted to give up but she made the class fun and exciting so I didnt stop. The music was fun and a great atmosphere!
The place was pretty awesome. They had great equipment, and the one that counted the most in my opinion was the people there. Especially this one girl, her name was Jasmine. She was really nice, I couldve sworn I saw a halo on her head. But when she works out, she turns fierce. Its not just the eye of the tiger with her, shes the whole tiger. I lost weight just by watching her workout.
Great atmosphere and equipment.
One of the best gyms to workout!! Great staff!
A great place to work out. The staff is friendly and the equipment is new and well maintained.
I didnt want to give any stars, but the system would not allow to make a review. Here goes my review, this place is not all that great!!! Their customer service is horrible. I was a member of this gym for an entire year and only went their once. As you enter no one greets you. They look dumbfounded and when you enter your greeted with dust in your face as you head to the locker room. The locker room smells, especially at the toilet area. The space is so small and the equipment are not all that great. Another issue is that you get stuck on a contract and the only way you can cancel your membership once your anniversary date is to either write the main company to cancel your membership. Also, you had to make sure you get confirmation that you cancel it because sometimes they dont do it and you are stuck paying a bill 3 months after you have cancelled it. My suggestion to find another gym and not this one.
The ladies at the front desk and the ladies in kids care are nice, and there is plenty in the kids area to keep your kids occupied while you work out. However we had to stop going because my child was getting SEVERELY sick while attending. I think this gym has a decent amount of equipment, however i think there should be double of certain machines. When its busy and youve got people rotating and working out together, sometimes a machine can be occupied forever. Good number of cardio machines, pretty quick about fixing most things. Over all i think the place could be a little more clean! Germs spread quickly with numerous adults and children in and out on a daily basis.
Good transformation from Golds. I ended my membership to join the YMCA because it saved me money overall with my son being in their Pre-K and other programs but I miss it.
I absolutely love the kids care staff. It makes coming to the gym with two kids in tow that much less stressful. I always know my babies are well loved. Thanks yall! 💛
We use the childcare which we really like, very clean for the amount of kids they have in and out of there. The gym is to small, for the amount of people they keep getting to join. They seem way more interested in the amount of people they have members than they seem in actual room. I actually have pulled into the parking lot and left because there was no parking. It is extremely frustrating. We havent had any problems with the billing and the gym is clean so we do like that.
I can honestly say that my personal trainer Brandon Kidd has always been very supportive and he always pushes me when I feel like I cant do anymore in our training sessions... We have made major progress of a total weight loss of 21 pounds in just a Month... Brandon is the type of trainer that wants too see results in his clients just as much as the client does... I would always hate to go to the gym and workout but now having Brandon as a trainer I look forward to training all the time... There is nothing like having a trainer right there beside you pushing you and encouraging you the whole time.... If you are looking for someone to push you and get you to reach your goals in the Gym I would recommend Brandon for sure...
I enjoy visiting this gym. I go by myself and am greeted each time I enter. The staff seem nice and cheerful. I do worry that some of the machines do not get maintenence when they should. The traffic at the gym is high so I can imagine how often things break. I have never had a bad experience here and look forward to every visit.
Ive been at this gym for 3 years now and love it. Even if the front desk staff change, it is still a great place to workout. The personal training staff is top notch and Noah the training manager is so helpful.
Never ever sign an agreement with this place or any other in my opinion in order to start using gym equipment. Why? Because after all the headache and automatic withdrawal fees you’re charged you can buy your own damn gym. Paramount is trash and any business that uses them are the same. Contact me if you want to throw away money, I’ll get rid of it for you at no extra charge.
I signed a 15 month contract and paid it in full, I mentioned to the staff that I did not want anything more than that. I didn’t realize it rolled over to month to month even after my contract was up and they never mentioned that when signing, of course. The only reason I’m sure I got out of it was because we moved on orders after. I’d avoid it because of the shady contracts they have.
Great
The staff members are incredibly snobby and always treat you like youre bothering them when you ask a question. 9/10 you wont get a hey how are you? Or a have a nice afternoon. The locker rooms are dirty (always) and so is the whole gym itself. After going to the Bragg Blvd location, this gym is really just a bad rep for the Golds name
Wouldnt recommend this business to anyone ever. I paid in full for a 1 year membership with no automatic renewal. They automatically renewed anyway and waited to try and contact for payment till after 3 months past due and when I tried to negotiate to pay part and cancel they refused and turned it over to collections. Be very careful the businesses you choose to deal with because this one is crooked!
Great classes, great equipment, awesome staff, disgusting restrooms.
This gym has friendly staff (like I care) and the size is good enough given the population and competition of near by gyms. It has everything you need to accomplish your goals..... A neck machine would be nice, but most gyms have gotten rid of them. Oh and theres a daycate.... awesome.
Been to several different gyms, but I definitely did not like the environment anywhere like I do at Golds. Everyone wants to be a member of a gym where you feel welcomed, and Golds Gym provides just that- starting from the GREAT staff that are always ready to answer all of your questions you may have, and always striving to help you reach your goal, to even the members being super friendly, willing to give you advice or helping you with the workouts. For those that feel intimidated to go to a gym that might have a reputation of having only “body builder” members, I guarantee this gym welcomes ALL types of bodies and will not make you feel any less than any of those super fit people (in fact, for me seeing fit people gives me motivation to workout harder and reach my goals). I have been a member of Golds Gym for 3 years and would not change it with any other gym. This is a gym that was worth every penny I have spent and it saddens me that I have to move to a different state soon and leave this place where the staff became like family and the gym became like home to me. You guys ROCKKK!!!
I had an outstanding experience at this gym. The staff is always very nice and informative. Jasmine greets me at the door each morning. I love this gym.
Ryans Monday night body pump was my first class at golds in hope mills. Loved her energy and style of teaching! Very motivating!
This is a wonderful gym ! The staff are awesome !! I am paired up with a wonderful trainer !! I cant say enough good things about them. Ive been with the trainer for 3 weeks and have already lost a pant size and I am truly feeling wonderful ! So glad I gave Golds gym a try and made the commitment to change myself !!!
It would be easier to break a contract with Satan himself, than to try to cancel your membership with Trufit paired with Paramount Payments. Imagine trying to talk to a parrot thats been on the shoulders of Gob Bluth for 2 months, that has incidentally also been wacked on the head by a 4×3 neon pink Lego 42 times. I would rather talk to that parrot, than have to talk to another Paramount representative ever again in my life. The Gym itself is average. The best place to go for a workout in the Hope Mills/Fayetteville area is Triangle Rock Climbing gym. It is not even a competition. Their facility is superior, the way they handle business is superior, and the staff are great. Please save yourself the headache
The gym is very crowded. The locker rooms are disgusting. I was told that I would be able to cancel my contract with military orders. They make it incredibly difficult to cancel and you will continue to see charges on your account. I was charged multiple times for maintenance fees, and even double charged one month - They never refunded me any money! How are you going to charge all these fees when there are cockroaches in the locker room? The trainers are constantly trying to pressure you into getting trained by them. I dont need a trainer! I dont want one, leave me alone and let me work out.Ill never go back.
