I have been waiting for a great spinning studio in Fayetteville, and I will say for sure its been worth the wait. Keep Spinning Studios instructors were super friendly and helpful. They got me squared away on a bike, answered all my questions and encouraged me before during and after my ride. The instructor was high energy and I got a fantastic workout. The class had all ages and level of experience. Dont hesitate to try out a few classes. It will be worth every RPM! I had a really awesome experience my first time here! Very warm welcoming atmosphere and the trainer was knowledgeable and beaming with enthusiasm! The studio is clean and the bikes are really good quality, easy to use for a relative beginner! I will definitely be back!!
