I absolutely love this gym. I wish I lived closer so that I could go all the time. Very spacious and tons of equipment so there’s no waiting for the next machine. Very friendly staff that makes you feel at home. Always clean facility.

I really like this gym and their childcare. The front desk associates are kind and child care providers. The childcare is amazing and clean. I was happy to see that my son did well while I was working out.

The Staff is extremely professional and well versed on being a subject matter expert within their respective areas. On top of all, the staff provides top quality concierge style service . Some staff deserving recognition are Will, Becca, Gina, Andrea and Kayla with providing their extremely courteous and tailored services!!

My husband just recently signed up as a member and was extremely impressed with how much they seem to care about helping him reach his fitness goals. The facilities are great, the functional fitness, weight and cardio section provide the space be needs to meet his goals. To top it off they have a smoothie bar!

This place is great. This was the perfect workout spot even before the extention/remodel. I hope to see this fitness company throughout the state! They have a great team who have a high safety priority. The staff accommodates to everyones needs and if you have kids they have a great team to watch them while you workout carefree! 10/10 would recommend.

The girls behind the counter were extremely, nice, and passionate about what they do. Most or the trainers have their own trainers.I had a trainer. It felt good.That day was happy.Some people just need that people upa lone most of that .I slept for 3 days

Love this gym! It is very spacious with plenty of equipment & now they are expanding! The front desk staff were so helpful when getting everything set up and they answered all of my many questions.

Expected them to be more military friendly. Been working out religiously here for a year and a half, and had to leave on military orders. I turned in my orders 2 months ago, and I’m still being charged. I haven’t received any timely or reliable information at all. Extremely disappointed in the service and lack of communication.

One of the better gyms Ive been to. Spacious with lots of equipment. I didnt have to wait for anything and had plenty of space to do whatever. The one water fountain that runs hot is rather peculiar though, but to be fair there is a sign

The equipment at FIT4LIFE is top-tier and unmatched by any other fitness center in the area. The gym floor is always well kept and stocked with paper towels and sanitizer. The personal trainers are phenomenal. They are kind, knowledgeable, and ready to help YOU achieve your fitness goals. Would absolutely recommend this gym if you are looking for a family atmosphere and to improve your quality of life!

I am very disturbed and disappointed that group fitness classes have been pushed outside in the heat of summer. Better accommodations should have been made and going forward members should be notified about renovations and how group fitness classes will be accommodated. Also if classes are going to canceled or the location has changed members need to know via the app to avoid wasted time. Sending a simple message on the app takes less than 2 minutes. Be more courteous and considerate of your members. There are new gyms breaking ground every year. Be mindful

The staff is nice but they never know when the smoothie bar is open and it’s rarely open. Each staff member tries to charge me a different price for the sand smoothie I always get. I have a drink card but never get to use it because there is NEVER anyone around to make it and if there is someone they are walking around or not where they are supposed to be.

There are a bunch of hidden startup and renewal fees. I’ve been going here for over a year and they want to charge me a start up fee of around $100 after me year contract. I’ve referred a bunch of my friends to this place and they promised shirts, bag, and water bottles, but never gave anything. When it comes to taking my money they are more than excited to do so. Sketchy place that’s way too over crowded. The staff have given me three different prices from $57-$30 a month for doing the same thing. They just want to see how much money they can get out of you for the same product. Also the staff are too busy joking around the front desk to even greet and thank their customers for coming in. There will be five or six employees standing around and not one will greet people as they walk in.

So far I very much enjoy this club. Its too crowded in the afternoon BUT I am a... special case and my crowded is a normal persons oh, its a little busy.Its clean, even during a peak time which is nice. Personally I keep to myself and dont use a lot of the extras, classes, the smoothies etc. but its cool its there. I notice that Fit4Life gets a lot of pretty good reviews and I see it I this club.I cannot comment on pricing.

Much better than all the gyms on Fort Bragg. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone. It has all the equipment you would ever need.

Great club with magnificent installations! Lots of room for free weights, tons of elliptical machines and treadmills, high energy spinning classes, full stocked health store and a really nice kids area.

I have never been to a gym that honestly cares about your goals. As soon as I walked in I was asked about my goals, my routine, and my plans. Very professional and very welcoming.

Been going here a year and a half. Child care is EXCELLENT. Equipment is nice, locker rooms are usually clean. That being said, the sales staff is very sketchy with their hidden fees, renewal fees and start up fees. Every staff member promises something different and then changes their answer. Happy to settle on what weve been paying, plus an extra $5/month and theyre telling us its going to be double what we pay for the year, for only six months 🤔, plus over $100 for just resigning the contract. Unfortunately, we will be taking our business elsewhere unless something changes soon.

Great gym, however I’m just curious if anyone has had much luck getting ahold of anyone via telephone. I’ve tried for the past 2 days and it’s always a “busy signal”

I’ve been with Fit4Life for a little while now. I just recent started with my Personal Trainer, Justin Newman. He’s been fantastic for me by not only giving me the motivation to do more than I thought I could, but he’s also willing to help out when I physically cannot do what he’s pushing me to do. Not only is Justin pushing me to be the best me possible in the gym but also outside by helping me clean up my diet, work on my sleep schedule, and goes the extra mile to make sure I’m taking care of my body the RIGHT way. Not only has he pushed me but within the first week of training, he’s helped me lose 7 pounds. I would HIGHLY recommend Justin for all of your personal training needs. Although he may be a little tough, he will make sure you’re not hurting yourself while you’re at it. A++ on the customer service of his manager Bowie as well. They worked with me in all aspects of my time here with them. This is not just a gym, it’s a family.

Escorted my wife to her initial workout. The staff was inviting, her personal trainer provided an awesome workout. We sat down with management, discussed the contract, and negotiated a deal we were satisfied with. Hats off to Shaun, Hannah, Aubrey, and Buie. Last but certainly a key player, Personal Trainer Mr. Street, thank you for providing a great workout for Maxine. We are hoping this partnership produces a great outcome for all involved.

They are clean, their equipment always works, they hire amazing trainers and their workers are almost always not rude! I recommend it to everyone. PS... Jay is the best yoga instructor ever!!! Great atmosphere to work out. The staff is excellent in every way. I would strongly recommend anyone to join who loves to work out. Definitely one of the best gyms in Fayetteville. Also, you never have to wait around to utilize a piece of equipment because there is double the equipment to go around!

Love that this gym is 24/7 and has something for everyone! Turf, classes, free weights, machines, trainers, meal prep, aerobics room, chiropractic care, nutrition/supplements store, smoothie bar, cycling room!!! All in a beautiful new gym with staff who provide a great atmosphere!!

I was very pleased with my experience signing up at a new gym. Mr. Cruz was very encouraging and enthusiastic. Even during COVID and hours and amenities cut back, this gym still has a lot to offer. Unless you get to the gym at 12pm, that’s 4.5 hours on a week day when people get off work.

The best gym in the entire 910 area code. Its not smelly and disgusting like the ft Bragg gyms. When its rush hour,there is enough equipment. An amazing atmosphere of dedicated individuals.

I’ve canceled my membership since July, or so I thought. They charge you still two months after you try and leave even if you are leaving with military orders. It is now November and I just received a call from a debt collector. How is it possible that I’m still being charged for a membership that should’ve been over with two months ago(September). I’m tired of calling these people every month just to tell them this. This gym is very overrated. Expensive for nothing. Stay away and save yourself the headache. I would never recommend this place.

I visited this location for the first time, I was in awe of all the different types of equipment they have. I really enjoyed my workout. the staff was friendly and let not even start on the supplement store and the smoothie station!!!!😍 I will def be returning.

I can not recommend Fit4Life enough! The gym is open, well lit, and always clean. The personal trainers are upbeat, knowledgeable and always welcoming. Both of my kids enjoy the childcare. Over all, a great place to workout.

Amazing gym with amazing staff. They have a wide variety of machines, a large amount of dumbbells (with 150lbs being the heaviest), and they have a very large crossfit/squat rack area. Also, the smoothie bar hits the spot after a killer workout

I just recently joined, needing to be more active and increase my stamina. I chose to work with a trainer in hopes of getting a quicker start on activities and proper use of machines. Will, the lead trainer who evaluated me seemed more interested in proper nutrition than activities, and I expressed a concern that our goals were not the same. Cole, the trainer who works with me weekly spent the whole second session we had going over nutrition again. And explained that we would continue to do that on a regular basis. When I expressed my need for more physical activity, he did give me another half hour with a good work out. The gym is clean and well maintained. The womens locker room is nice.

The Fit 4 Life staff is every attentive to the participants and It is well priced.. A great atmosphere. They are decicated to keep the gym well maintained! and clean. There instructors and Personal Trainers are well qualified.

Plenty of free weights, with a great mix of machines. They also have a wide variety of smoothies to choose from.

This is perhaps thee Fit4life premier location. Its wide open, well lit, friendly and helpful staff and it is always clean.I love this gym. If youre looking for a great place to workout, or even conquer that new years resolution this site is the place to be.The equipment is well spaced out. There is plenty of weight. They have a lot of equipment as well which is rare at a local gym these days. Theres a machine or apparatus to work any muscle. And the turf is great too.Hands down best gym in the Fayetteville area.Also its never too crowded.

Just started this gym and they welcomed me well. The staff was nice and the manager Luis Cruz was cool. Hooked me up with everything I needed.

This Gym really cares about helping you get in shape Jah Purdie is my trainer he really knows what he’s doing from head to toe when your body say no he’s says yeah by encouraging you that you can do it. I really love the motivation 💪🏋️

Love working here as a personal trainer. I am confident to say this is the best gym in Fayetteville NC. The people I work with are professional and easy to get along with especially Grace, the fitness manger. Big functional area which makes it easy to train clients any time of the day even when the gym gets busy.

The women up front let two white individuals enter without them signing in but when it came to me she singled me out. It’s not a good look on her or fit4life behalf.

Facility was clean, staff was friendly, they are taking extra measures to maintain a covid-free environment, and that gives me peace of mind while I workout. 10/10

Fit4life All American is an awesome gym. Nice Equipment and lots of it so you dont have to wait 2 hours for a squat rack. Locker rooms are the nicest Ive seen compared to the many gyms that I have been a member of. They deal with all billing in the gym which is awesome, especially in a military town. Very accommodating when it comes to deployments, PCS, etc.Love this facility and their staff. Super friendly and a nice environment to work out in.

I have been going to this gym for a few months now. I was able to meet one of their exceptional employees named Will. Though he did not become my trainer he was always willing to give me great workout and healths tips. He was always extremely friendly and helped me feel more comfortable working out in a public place where sometimes it was hard to find motivation. Not once did any other employee reach out the way he did. He gave this place life. Unfortunately he was fired by this company recently without any notice or reasoning. That being said, I will not being attending this gym any longer knowing that there is no respect from the management to the employee that was such an asset to their business.

Love going here daily. Really good on covid procedures. Check your temp as soon as you walk in. Not packed as you expected.

I recently paid for a personal trainer for understanding how to do specific workouts correctly. So far within a week I have experienced professional training assistant from @JohnathanRuff on my workout program.

Best gym in Fayetteville, literally has every piece of equipment you need to do any workout. Staff is friendly, always laughing and happy. Gym is the cleanest I’ve ever been too.

Unbelievably rude staff. Im a brand new member and asked 2 simple questions about the facility and they began speaking loudly in the most irritated voice. They much rather continue their personal conversation than to actually make me feel comfortable my first day there. You never tell a customer “I don’t see how you don’t know that already”. Clearly good customer service and professionalism is not a priority.

I love working out here! I have been a member since February and the staff has became my second family. I am very big on customer service and everyone is always so friendly and willing to help with anything. My kids also love the kids club that comes free with my membership! I recommend this gym 100% very family friendly.

It has been two months since Ive joined the gym. The staff at the front desk greet me with a smile. This gym is clean and has a diverse range of equipment. I also have enjoyed the Zumba and Kickboxing classes. Great Gym!

DONT DO IT!!! Sent me an email saying my acct wasnt active but continued to charge my acct. Gave me the run around when I inquired about it. Took an hour and 3 calls later for someone to tell me my acct rolled to month to month an I needed to send a 30 day notice.

Favorite gym in Fayetteville. The staff are always friendly to my husband and I including the staff inside Jacked Nutrition they are very helpful in helping you find what you are looking for . The gym is always very clean and organized the locker rooms are nice. The regulars are also respectful and are focused on their workouts wont talk to you disrespectfully and if you have any issues you can bring it up to the staff.

I came to this gym because they are opening a new location very close to my house. To keep it short and sweet - I liked the facility, plenty of squat racks and the layout was very open, all the equipment was new and clean. However the staff who were working the front desk were so unwelcoming that it caught me off guard, honestly I almost left without working out. They seemed annoyed at my interest in joining, and were very rude the few times during my workout when I had to approach the desk with the questions.

Gym life slowly returning for us gym rats,I still getting to social distance and feeling good too.

I have been a member for the past couple months at this gym. I can honestly say this is the best gym in the area. I especially love the zumba and kickboxing classes that come free with my membership. I recommend this gym to anybody wanting a friendly, clean environment to get a great workout!
