Found my American flag from Iraq after being removed from my wall stuffed between couch cushions. Manager stated “My guys don’t know what that is so it shouldn’t be their fault”. Additionally disrespect and damage done to property.

Absolutely horrible. Over a month of being forced by USAA to return to my home for water mitigation and now my home is so bad that reconstruction companies wont even touch it.Two kinds of lab verified toxic mold growing in my home now, they left the crawlspace with no drying equipment for a month, no air scrubbers ever, no anit-microbial treatment, and didnt even remove all of the contaminated materials.Got chewed out by another local company during a reconstruction estimate for complete horrid work.Junior, Chris, the whole lot.

I am completely satisfied with the friendliness, dedication, timeliness and and professional manner in which the job was done. They explained the process along the way so I knew what and when to expect. I am really satisfied with this company from beginning to end! I highly recommend them! They WILL get it done! The Response Team 1 responded promptly & professionally. They handled the water damage and kept the damage from spreading. Team members were very courteous and professional in responding to our questions. They were also very knowledgeable regarding the entire process. They were able to work with our schedule, which was very much appreciated. We will be working with different teams to repair damages in the next few weeks and look forward to the experience based on the “dryer” team.

Cary Reconstruction did beautiful work on my home. They were quick and stepped me through the process when a pipe burst in my home. I had little to no questions left unanswered. The water mitigation team was more than helpful, and made the process easy to understand as this was my first claim on my home. I am very pleased with everything that they have done regarding repairs, its better than new! The supervisor on my project was knowledgeable and communicated every day and that gave me a piece of mind. 10/10 would use again and suggest to family and friends!

The team did not complete the work at my daughter’s home when they were called in for a burst pipe. Despite assuring her that everything was back to normal and dried out, her home experienced significant and devastating mold growth. The company refused to take responsibility.

Response Team 1 did an EXCELLENT restoration on our large dance studio in Raleigh, NC. Ted Shinaberry, Manager, was professional, caring and knowledgeable about every detail of our needs. It was so nice to hear the team say Ted, is a great manager. There was a LOT to do in a short time and Ted made it all happen. Thank you TED and Response Team 1 for getting our studio back into the action at NC Dance Institute.

I will never use this company again. The front of end of the experience was great. Within 48 hrs they came to assess the situation. They were very thorough and explained everything they were going to do and what they process would be once the work began. Within hours they started water mitigation and within 3 days my floors were dry and ready for the construction to begin. This is where my experience went from great to very unpleasant. Im not going to put any names on this review, I will just write of my experience. Communication after mitigation was practically non-existent. We would only get information if we called and they happen to know the information we were calling about. It was about 4-5 weeks between mitigation being complete and construction starting. It took me calling the project managers boss to really get the ball rolling. When the team started construction, they chose to use cheaper underlayment which led our vinyl laminate flooring being uneven and rather bumpy. This is after my wife inquired if they were going to use the proper underlayment. Communication between the project manager and sub contractor, with my wife and I was very poor as well. Anything that got done had to be pushed by me because they disregarded my wife and they lacked excellence in their work. The sub contractor actually lied to my wife and said that he was purchasing the underlayment that we needed for the floor (The one that insurance actually approved). After the flooring was completed, the sub contractor seemed satisfied with his work. When I asked him to take off his shoes and glide over the floor he proceeded to blame the general contractor (CRC) for not giving him what was necessary to do the job properly. They ended up redoing about 3/4 of the floor and it still wasnt what it used to be.I will absolutely never use CRC or their sub contractor again. They displayed a lack of excellence in their work, incompetence, and lacked integrity. To summarize:Initial responsiveness: ExcellentMitigation: ExcellentProject Manager: PoorSubcontractor: poorPlumber: great

Very poor work done to my home...the team that was sent to my house looked like they wanted to do what was right but the supervisor Steve steered them to do the wrong thing. So i give the information to Mr. Nickilson, he comes out to my home and the first thing out of his mouth is you have cheap carpet...me...yeah carpet yall didnt clean after work was done...so he goes through the house pointing out the problems that needed to be fixed...so he gets back to his office and sends me a list of things they might fix and the things he didnt want to fix...pay the money back to me in a form of a check...so now im stuck with a undone house....my people came out and said the work they did was unsatisfactory....so now..im a 20 year retired vet...i always thought if you take someones money you do the very best job you can...But i guess CRC doesnt believe in that...what do i do?!
