This place rips you off by hiring contractors that over price for simple repairs. I just needed drywall installed over an area that needed one sheet. They offered to charge $1000.00 for the repair. I found a more reputable company that did everything completely for $225. Do your research.

R&K was hired buy my insurance company for restoration services which was a simple task. They came throughout a span of 6 days. I gave this company a 2 star only because of the two guys that set up the restoration equipment; very nice and respectable people. If it wasn’t for his field workers, I would have given them 1 star.They were going to repair the damage to out existing floor due to water damage. I callId the office to gain information regarding the steps his team will take, copy of contract to review prior to signing, license number to research if he had any legal issues with company, his warranty, details of his ability insurance if him or his team damage anything in my home, and the length of time to complete the job. No one answered my questions. As a contractor, he should provide his potential customers with details and answer questions. Patrick over talked me when discussing my issues with my ceiling as well. I was informed by his receptionist in a aggressive, rude, and disrespectful way that he does not have to provide me with the information. Once I stated I was cancelling the contract, before it began, she changed her responses. Him and his office people are unprofessional.

Patrick and his crew are amazing they redid my bathroom, and when I had a pipe burst and fix it and got all the water up . I would recommend they service to anyone who need anything fix or work on.

Do not use this company. My wife called them to assess and treat 2 possible mold spots under a house we were selling. They charged $500 to assess and then sent an estimate for over $8000 to service the issue. In the bill, they were charging $95 a hour for someone to hold a cell phone and dial 911 in an emergency. Then when we declined, he knocked the price down $3000. Very shady and poor business. I would not trust this company at all and run.

Dont Walk but RUN....As Fast as you can.....as you read his positive reviews comes from carpet cleaning which they no longer provide....I used them for water restoration and once it was determined he couldnt scam the insurance company out thousands of dollars he pretty much washed his hands of me leaving my rental is disaray (molding and doors not replaced) I will admit I didnt read the piece of paper and I admit I saw the negative review on yelp but still went ahead with this company....my fault for both but please dont make the same mistake...he is out to make money off insurance that is pretty much it and he is a liar and says whatever to do so

Excellent work, did the job right the first time and had no issues. Just with anything else you get what you pay for and this is well worth it. He has cleaned my couches, car, and carpets. He even reattached one of the legs to my coffee table back on. Explained everything to me and how the process works and just did an all around perfect job.

I’m here to share my experience about R&K Carpet Cleaning. This young man did an excellent job on my carpet and was was very courteous. The carpet look brand new as if I first moved in. I would say he was on time, but he was a few minutes early. He did 3 bedrooms and my living room and hallway al in about an hour and thirty minutes. I would recommend him to anyone. The crazy thing is, I never give reviews but my hat goes off to Patrick. Great job

Excellent experience using this service. We had MANY spots/stains on our stairs and upstairs carpting. Patrick gave us honest answers about what he could fix and what he couldnt. The service took about two hours, he cleaned our stairs and the entire second story. When we had family over, they thought we put new carpeting down. First carpet cleaning since renting the property. High traffic area between the livingroom and the kitchen needed lots of work. The carpet was basically given CPR as I being a single guy rarely did any deep cleaning. They took their time and even assisted in moving the furniture out of the way. AMAZING! I have a four year old who was extremely sick and could not keep anything down and had it coming out both sides (sorry it is TMI). I tired to clean it myself and it seemed like it worked but I could tell it need it to be professionally done. I called four different companies and it just seemed like they were being sketchy. I saw this ad on Facebook and got a hold of them. Patrick was extremely polite and answered every single question I had and did not seemed bothered at all. I told him I would call later that afternoon and got busy at work so I reached out to him later that night and he fit us after an already busy day.He arrived and went over again everything he was going to do. Showed me step by step as he was cleaning explaining the science behind what he was doing. After he was done we went to the rooms he started with and they were basically dry! I am beyond impressed with his professionalism but more importantly his passion for what he does. They advertise open 24 hours, so i contacted R&K for a quote on a Sunday evening. To my surprise, a representative reached out to me within about 30 minutes. Less than an hour later, I was able to schedule a cleaning appointment for our entire 2nd floor (3 bedrooms and a hallway) and a large area rug in the living room.Patrick was great in keeping us updated on the appointment and when to expect the arrival at our home. Our carpet cleaning specialist, Q, arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, and got to work right away. The entire cleaning took just about one hour, and the carpets have never looked better. We are very pleased with the prompt and professional service we recieved from R&K and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing fast, reliable carpet cleaning.
