The people working at RCM are very nice. They did a great job on my mold mitigation. The only thing I did not like is the machinery that had to be used to fix the issue rose the temp in my house by 15 degrees in the summer.

I reached out to RCM late in the evening. They were willing to send technicians out the same night but I ask them to wait until the following day. A team of professionals was at my house prior to 7:00 am the next morning ready to go to work. Thanks for the awesome service!

The staff was amazing! They guided me throughout the entire process, and they answered all of my concerns. I would use again.

They did a great job for me. Quick to show up at my rental property when a massive flood happened in my downstairs. Also coordinated directly with the insurance company for me for their portion of the work done. Wish the other contractors had been as easy as they were. Only complaint was that they didnt pull the appliances out right away in the kitchen, but it could have been miscommunication since there were so many people involved in this mess.

Don’t use this company. I recommend a business associate of mine and relayed to me his experience was awful. Not happy at all because I was the one that made the referral
