We found this company when other companies were to busy or just plain scared us. At 1st I was unhappy with Chris the manager nature on the phone but once we got installed I saw he did everything he said he would do. Our roof looks great and it was a smooth process .

Not only is the company unprofessional they want to hire a lawyer and try to sue people for slander for truthful reviews. Chris Garrett again showing how unprofessional you are. Sounds like you have allot of criminal cases lined up.If your trying to pull the veteran card and have fellow veterans saying you are unprofessional maybe Chris there is a problem that needs to be fixed with your attitude and professionalism. Just because your a veteran does not mean your a good person or professional. I will gladly meet you and your lawyer in court with all my evidence and witnesses. A judge can make a decision on your ridiculous attitude. I am sure the guys who do work do a great job. MBE likes to Say we were never customers to cover up being unprofessional. Well I have you on video coming to my house. Phone records of you calling me. Then you got upset you couldnt charge USAA more money when you found out they already paid me. My house my choice who fixes My roof NOT YOU. Just because somebody does not like your unprofessionalism doesnt mean we are stealing. You must have some experience at this must not be the first time. Try and Sue some body for telling the truth. How is it stealing? How is it fraud? How would it go into collections? Me and you need to have a serious conversation. If the insurance company gives me money to fix MY roof lets say $5,000 and it only takes me $3,500 guess what that money is mine. It would only be fraud if I maliciously damaged or submitted a false claim. Its not my fault you are over charing insurance companies, have horrible customer service, and unprofessional. That was also unprofessional to have one of your friend lawyers probably a college buddy call me (which is unprofessional) all I have to say to that is what a joke you are.You have enough bad reviews to prove that I am not the only one who thinks you are rude and unprofessional. Maybe youre conscious is getting to you because you are the one stealing and committing fraud. Where did you go to college or school to learn this type of unprofessional business ethics and practice. I dont think you get it Chris your name is mentioned in here several times for being unprofessional you are the problem not Master Builder Enterprise. If you have a insurance claim go with this company. They got things approved other companies I had couldnt do. 5 stars the whole way!
