I called this company after I had Covid and quarantined for 20 days and they were amazing. They came in sanitized and fogged my house down to the thermostat. They were on time, prompt and very professional. My house smelled sanitized and new. I truly recommend them.

Being that I live out of state all of our communication was via phone. We needed quite a bit of flexibility in having tarp removed and replaced on the same day around an inspection. Ryan and his team were more than willing to accommodate our schedule even with last-minute adjustments due to weather, etc.They were on time, kind, professional, and patient. The job that they did in replacing the tarp far surpassed the work done by the company that laid the initial tarp. While we are not keen to have a tarp on our roof for and extended period of time, we are happy with the quality of work that 911 Restoration did to not only keep our home safe from future leaks. But extremely pleased with the aesthetics.An updated review will be provided if we have 911 to replace our roof and to take care of the interior damage incurred from the hurricane last fall. This company is not to be trusted. They give me a contract for 3500 and charge my insurance without my consent 8347.93. Please be carefully, managements try to intimidate me numerous time by email.

I cannot say enough great things about 911 Restoration. Within an hour of busted pipe, Ryan was already at the house evaluating the damage. (That was even with recent icy roads). Before leaving the house that night, he sent pictures of the damage and the report indicating the cause directly to the insurance company. In less than 24 hours they removed all damaged material and had already begun the drying out process. Might I add this incident happened in a Friday night and cleanout was Saturday. They also have a client system to see progress as it’s happening so there was never a question as to where we were in the process. Trustworthy, fast and great workers. Great customer service and communication!

I felt that they were understanding at first. When I left they placed wet clothing on dry shoes and no fan on at least a third of the room that flooded. There is currently a fan in there so I assume it is the land lords. In my house when a pipe burst they were much more aggressive and when they left I couldnt tell anything had happened. I called returning a message. He refused to give me the name of the place. He had left me phone message and given me a card. I was upset the day it happened but not at them, just that it happened which was nobodys fault.

My nightmare started one year ago.I was in another state for the Christmas holidays, got a call from my upstairs neighbor about a leak.The leak was from his condo, coming into mine. The water damage was massive.The HOA had to be called, 911 Restorations were contacted, and they were on the job immediately.Never having experienced anything of this magnitude, I was in a state of shock. Once they got here, Ryan called me and assured me things were being taken care of. It would be a couple days before I could get here. And he wanted to put me at ease, so he called me himself.I felt better already.It took 2 months and one week to get me back in my condo. My condo was gutted out.
