I was very impressed with how fast this company responded to my call. Not to mention I was able to get an appointment either later on that day or first thing in the morning. I choose first thing in the morning. Mr Michael arrived, did an awesome job and the best part was it didnt take long at all. I definitely would recommend this company and I will be using their services again.

I have to say that, I was not please at being quoted one price over the phone and given another price when they arrived. They said my carpet was heavily soil and it took them less than an hour to clean my carpet. He said it was considered heavily soiled because it had not been cleaned within the past 6 months. He quoted 69.95 but charged me 89.85. I know my carpet was not heavily soiled because I have no kids not pets. My dispute is if my carpet was heavily soiled, Why did it take you less than one hour to clean it and he only spray two stains with a solution. I paid one hundred dollar for the service because apparently he is desperate for money and I know that Jehovah God will bless my generosity!!

I had my carpets cleaned yesterday. I just came back to check everything out before I turned in my keys. Everything looks great, smells great and the carpets are dry. They were pretty much dry about an hour after they left around 6 last night but I wanted to make sure.

I really feel that 910 Carpet Cleaning really understands what a clean atmosphere is all about. We have a lot of allergies in our family and 910 had the skill and experience to go beneath the surface.
