The bus station is great but some of your van drivers need to take drivers ed.

Not as bad as some would say. While vie had two very different experiences you have to realize its a bus station kind of like an airport. Its a lot to manage and really easy for stuff to go a little late. Besides that very nice but at the bus station at Texarkana I got yelled at because I thought the coffee was free but nothing is free

I cant even begin to say how nice and pleasant the man that manages the depot was! So nice and the depot was spotless considering this is a public place. The ticket to Montana was reasonable in price and the bus was very clean restroom and all. The driver was pleasant as well! Unusual compared to others if youve ever ridin with other bus companies. Jefferson lines bus services are great! Buses are on time and clean. No smell inside the bus. Moreover, jefferson bus station are very convenient to reach and their staff was corporative. U can book your ticket online . It is very easy to book. Not only this, even its driver was very friendly and helpful. That bus is so comfortable even, elder people could travel alone under their care. I would like to recommend it to everyone .

Other than the hours deal at gettn Jefferson lines to answer there phone Id called n asked how much a ticket was went n the following day n theyd wanted 50somethn more dollars for the ticket

Loved everything they helped me on the bus took my bags put them on the bus walked Me to my site very good with my ticket made me understand my way to and from its great

Went to buy a ticket the hrs said open but nobody was there waited an HR nobody showed up called the 800 number got no help the worst place to purchase anything even though the hrs are posted they are never right.

Driver was talkative. enjoyed movie during ride. bus was about 20 min late. station open for only 1 out of 4 departures so we had to wait outside then get ticket at next stop.

Tried to get my brother a ticket so he could be with the family for the birth of my first child...2 hours later, no phone calls getting through, website is garbage, no help anywhere to be found. Im just getting him a plane ticket at this point.

Bus broke down now I am sitting in the middle of Fayetteville AR for hours and hours. Jefferson lines does not operate new busses and when you look at one of these busses you would think this would happen.

Not impressed. Not very friendly. Long wait times for counter help. Inconvenient scheduling... you go when they want you to go.

Great buses to ride

I was there pick my son up when he got back in town 3 days before he was killed in a scooter accident on the 5th of June.

Usually empty nobody at the depot despite posted times

Went to get bus ticket after talking to them..drove thirty minutes to get up there..and door was locked.no one there and they were supposed to ne open till 1:30 pm
