It was my first time in a barber shop😂 Hollywood built my recognition of a good one right🤣 you can chill on comfy couches, play pool or foosball (forgot to tell them the ball is stuck in a corner🤦🏽‍♀️) John Guerra gave my son the perfect Mohawk 💃🏽 I watched customers engaged in conversation with their barber, and it just felt right! Went to Sandhills Shave for my first beard trim since I started growing a full beard three months ago. Mike took his time and made sure that the shape of the beard was just right. I appreciated him making sure it’s was symmetrical and not wild looking 😂 He also protected the length of the beard and just got the split ends and faded down the sides as they should have been.

After 20 years of short hair I had no idea what kind of look or style I wanted. Barbers here listened, gave feedback, and really helped build my civvy look.Chill environment and easy to book appointments, on the phone or with the app (theCut)

Unfortunately they’ve slipped. Used to recommend this place to everybody and now I can’t recommend it to anybody. They can’t keep good barbers, they change their hours on a whim, and they seem to be just letting it fall apart. It is a real shame as they were THE barbershop. Guess last straw was today at 1230 when I called 30 mins prior about a walk-in, only to show up and they say they weren’t taking anyone else...and they close at 3 pm.

Alan cut my hair and and trimmed my beard to protection literally the best haircut and beard trim Ive ever had I was watching all the barbers cutting hair and triming beards it you want a top quality cut and or trim I very highly recommend this place everyone that works there is highly skilled and very cool 👍 check them out I promise you wont be dissatisfied

Alright after my last visit Im not happy,#1: one of the best barbers Will was gone, idk what happened but thats a serious loss. This guy was the reason I always came back.#2: I asked for the same hair cut that I got with Will and the other guy didnt come close. There was no point in saying anything because he wasnt going to be able to do it. He didnt understand what I was asking for in the first place.I will be going where my barber goes.

I showed up without an appointment and Alan quickly accomodated me. My barber shop closed in February and I went to two others in the area. Neither met the standard and quality. The haircut I recieved here was great. I now have a new barber and shop.

Ive been there twice now to get a haircut and beard trim. The setup is a of old style barbershop with pool table, leather couch/chairs and surprisingly some beer on tap for customers while waiting. My barbers were Fabian and Alan respectively and both did a great job cutting my hair and trimming up my beard. Fabian is a little slower but thats OK in the name of getting a good haircut. I will be back for haircuts and beard trims.

Called to schedule an appointment and they told me no need they where slow. Showed up at 230 on a Saturday and 3 barbers refused service because they closed at 3.I was looking for a new barber. Ill keep looking.

Three visits, three home runs. Second visit I took in both of my boys and they had a great experience at a mans barbershop and left with outstanding haircuts. I had a small wait on my first visit...because there were people in front of me...people always complain about the wait. but when they get in the chair they dont want anything rushed either.

This place was great, Michael is a very skilled barber who gives you top notch service with the old school treatment. I am picky when it comes to letting anyone touch my hair or my goatee and Micheal was amazing. His knowledge and the pride he takes in making sure you look perfect is why I will definitely be going back as long as I am in Fayetteville. I would recommend this place and Micheal to anyone looking to get the perfect hair cut and beard trim at a fair price. He doesnt rush so dont be in one, he takes his time to make sure you look right and trust me the time is worth the end result.

This is THE place to take your son for his first haircut (and all those after)! Took time to calm fears and entertain. Cut quickly since a one year old can only sit so long. FANTASTIC job - my son looked great and had a style, not just a cut. My husband goes here too and loves it.

This is without a doubt one of the best cuts I have ever had. They are friendly, professional, and you really feel like you are getting something special. Mark is the best! I told him what I wanted to do and he told me what needed to be done. It will take a few cuts to get my hair exactly where I want it, but I know that Mark will be there to make it happen!

Was my first time here this past Saturday and I will definitely be back. Having been part owner in two successful barbershops in Mexico I can honestly say these guys give it their best to make you feel comfortable and provide a great haircut and beard service. I’ve searched for a while and I believe this is my barbershop. Alan not only took his time but made sure I was completely happy with my haircut and beard trim. Quality tools, products and friendly barbers! If Yadkin Rd is your go to and you want to look like every other military guy out there, (I’m not military) well that’s your thing, but if you want personal service and a cut that reflects you, go to Sandhills.

Every man I have given a gift certificate to from here has loved getting and using it. Old fashioned straight razor shaves and cutting edge haircuts along with personal care products for men of any age. Stylish and cool vibe, too.

Really want this place to do well. Downtown needs it. However, after the first time walking in every appointment has been late by at least 15 minutes. In addition during this last time I opted for the available barber not the scheduled barber. The other provided pointers throughout the one hour haircut. That’s right one hour.Can’t say I will be back. Too bad really.

I cant say enough about this place. Excellent service, fair pricing, great product selections on mens grooming (including beard products like balm, oil, etc). Stop in and grab a beer from the tap and play pool at the table or sit in one of the many overstuffed leather seats. Any of the barbers will take care of you or your kids (yes they do kids too).

Decided to try a new place for a haircut. I brought my 8yr old here with me. Of course being new years day the wait was a little long for us being walk ins(25-30min), but they had a pool table to keep my son occupied. The service was great and the staff was polite. I got my cut from Alan, who did a great job. I forgot to catch the name of the guy that got my sons hair, but he did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this place to those that wanna get away from the mainstream cutteries like Great Clips or Fantastic Sams. The prices are reasonable as well.

Mr. J & Mark are great barbers and real gentlemen. The shop has a vintage design and friendly neighbor atmosphere. They also have a new pool table to enjoy. This is the only barbershop I go to.

Semi-old-fashioned style barber shop with some new but decently talented staff. The newer of the two locations by the owner, with a lot of staff turnover (not due to bad management as I understand). Ive had a really good haircut and a good haircut for 15 bucks each. Im not a bearded man, but Ive seen them take time and care to trim all shapes and sizes of them. They sell what seems to be high-end grooming supplies and have a shave cream warmer (a rare nicety these days). Bonus: a keg and a pool table entertain waiting guests, and they have their hands on a good music playlist. Id give five stars if they had more stability to provide that hometown feel to a classic shop. I still recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Nice shop and great atmosphere but sub par service. Showed my barber pictures of a previous haircut and gave him specific instructions on how I wanted my beard cut, but I still came out with the most jacked up haircut and beard trim Ive ever received. Waste of $25

I was in Fayettevile today and needed to kill some time. Dropped in here and Mike Sturdivant hooked me up. Very cool dude from my home state of Ohio. He was meticulous and did me right. Super professional. Thanks Mike.

I could have gotten a better haircut at Great Clips! This is a place that trys to come off as an old school barbershop that has a friendly atmosphere. However, the barber was rude when I explained what kind of haircut I wanted and spent more time checking their phone than actually cutting my hair. After he was done I tried to get him to fix it and then he messed it up even more which I didnt think was possible. After I was done I went to a place on Yadkin and they were able to salvage some of my hair.

Very nice guys who are artisans with a pair of scissors and a trimmer. Theyre now my go-to over SportsClips.

Price was good ($17 cut), imcluded straight razor outline and some simple things you just dont get at a chain. Local beer on tap was a nice touch, I just personally dont drink so not a huge selling point to me. Will be returning.

A barber shop like you grew up going to. Mark and the guys make you feel at home while giving a great cut and shave.

Clean facility and equipment. Professional staff. Easily seen from the road but needs more advertisement to draw more soldiers from bragg to this location. Pool table inside. Leather furniture. Cable television. They sell suavecito and other hair care products. Get here early in the morning so you dont have to wait over an hour or get an appointment during the week.

Heard a lot about this place was even talking to someone who manages their Facebook page and then told me to go on a day they were closed... Long drive for nothing.

Really cool set up, unique shop that I hope does well in Fayetteville. Young kid that cut my hair however butchered me. Asked for a Low fade, walked out with a fashy, kind of looking like a white supremacist! All the pool and beer on tap doesnt do it for me if a barber cant cut hair.
