McBride and his staff are incompetent!!! I bought two cars in the last 6 months. The first car it took days to get a quote. I work for the school district, I do not have time to sit on the phone for long periods of time. I told one of his employees to run the numbers and get back to me. Seems easy! No it wasn’t. She had me calling back day after day. The quote was 4x higher than other insurance companies. Needless to say I went with Geico for that car. Then the second car I bought I was quoted $168. When I went to pay it the quote was “lost” and I was quoted $230. I said hell no. McBride got in down to $198. I accepted that however after the first payment I was charge $260 instead. Come to find out McBride lied about a wreck I had in February. He put the quote in as a no fault accident knowing damn well I told him I hit her. I don’t like to be lied to. I’m switching over to Peggy Crayton out of PTC. I hope she is better because this is ridiculous. Soon I hope to be completely done with State Farm.

Save yourself the trouble. Customer service is an issue. I requested that renters insurance be dropped over a year ago, it was not dropped and Mr. McBride only refunded one month although this was and error on the part of his office. Also, a representative in Mr. McBrides office who put my coverage plan together did not suggest or include rental car coverage (which many companies do if you ask for FULL coverage). Finding out that there are holes in your coverage when you have to use it is not fun. Just be sure to ask about everything. I would not recommend this guy.

I have been with Zan for over 10 years. I am always blown away with how fast he, personally, responds to me- Ive never spoken with his assistant in over 10 YEARS! No matter how simple my question is, he answers it within 24 hrs. I know my insurance prob isnt the cheapest around, but thats not what I want- I want the best coverage and an agent that treats me like a human and thats Zan. Thank you for always being there!
