I was getting such outstanding service several years ago, but now I must call and ask questions about my account My accounts were all paid automatically, but since I changed companies (I thought to get a better deal), I keep getting bills. Previously I got a call to explain something even BEFORE I knew about a charge or whatever. Now I am the one who gets the notices and no one calls to explain what is going on. This lack of attention makes me wonder if I really got a better deal by changing insurance companies. I wonder if anyone at Darden Miranda really knows or cares what is going on with my account. The service now is really lacking.

I was involved in an accident on a Friday morning while heading to work. Since it was not my fault, I did not call my agent to report it until later on in the day. By that time it was after hours. When I called the main number to inform them of the accident, I was connected to a person within seconds. The woman said shed relay the information to my agent, which she did. I received a call from my agent the following Monday, inquiring whether I was hurt or not--a nice thing to do. The other reason I chose Darden Miranda was because they provided me with a reputable company with cheaper rates than the national ones --the ones that put money into advertising we see on TV--yet I kept the same coverage that I previously had. I had been referred to their company by a relative, who has been with them for at least five years.

We relocated to the Fayetteville, NC area. When we bought a new home, so needed to get a new homeowners insurance policy.In an effort to do business locally and take advantage of bundling, we moved all our insurance needs to this agency. I wont say it was a huge mistake, but this agency tried my patience with their missteps.After 3-1/2 months we finally got all the policy errors corrected, so everything is fine now.
