I’ve had very good experiences over the many years I’ve been with Allstate. My local agents office, Cape Fear Insurance, is always responsive and helps us to save money on all our vehicles and home coverage.

I cant get anyone to answer the phone. Multiple messages left. Im really hoping hes that busy but.....I need a call back.

I would not recommend this place. The lady there is rude and has bad customer service skills. Unfortunately I signed up with Allstate and they assigned this place to be my local agent. Im about to switch to another company because of this.

Save yourself the headache!! An unprofessional, lethargic and condescending female (unsure of her title, but Useless seems appropriate) is what originally cost Mr. Jackson our business. She may have the answers to the questions you are seeking about your insurance policy right in front of her...but shell let you know when its convenient for her. Just make sure you dont irritate her with too many questions or you maybe told to wait for a phone call, but sadly, that day will never come. However, it is MR. JACKSON that has warranted this review. One month ago, upon receiving our cancellation notice, Mr. Jackson rises to the occasion in an effort to save his clients, but alas, it is too late (Mr. Jackson, remember to thank Useless girl there). Now instead of taking the loss and accepting our cancellation Mr. Jackson became obnoxiously persistent with accusatory assumptions and VERY invasive inquiries. NO means no but he raised that bar to HELL NO. So, here we are, one solid month after the confirmed receipt of our written cancellation, and we have been receiving Thanks for your business emails and payment notices of draft schedules and our acct according to Useless shows active auto coverage? Ok, so is this yet another failed task on the part of Useless or is Mr. Jackson in denial?? At the end of the day, a headache is a headache, and I just want to save you, the public, a damn headache in dealing with this agency. As far as our nonexistent auto ins coverage, that is supposedly to be drafted from our bank acct in a couple of days, we will take that up with the NCDOI if it happens.
