Do NOT trust them to return calls or do things in a timely or accurate manner. After being given an address to send documents to, they sent them to the wrong address. By the time we got the address corrected, and they got the documents, they sent the wrong payoff information to my loan company because the payoff amount had expired. So now I have to pay for their delays and mistakes. Use GEICO instead. Or anyone else. Seriously.

Jeff Harman and Brandon Wolfe are refusing to cover our damage in a wreck when I was driving and because of the damage our Jeep is NOT DRIVABLE!! The consequences, a lot but most importantly, of this are my wife and I are missing our cancer treatments, we both have multiple cancers, and we pay our insurance yet Jeff Harman, Brandon Wolfe, and Progressive are ripping us off and killing us literally!! Anyone and everyone who has progressive you may think everything is fine now but wait until you need them because it’s when you need progressive insurance that you find out your getting screwed and like my wife and I, were getting sent to our 6 feet under faster than we planned!!!!!! Everyone DROP PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE and spread the word!!

$120 a month for liability insurance at state minimum. Over $600 for the 6 month. 28 years old and have a clean record. Got the same coverage for $300 for the 6 months.

Worst insurance company ever! Did over 120 hours of work that an insurance provider is supposed to do. I uploaded pictures of the act of God hail damage, called, recalled, called again...repeat. They closed my claim, claiming they sent a check. I never got one, just a piece of paper stating that I would get a check for $500 on over $2000 worth of damage with a $500 deductible. Taken my ex off car but, I have still been paying for him for months. I cant even talk to a human to clear this up. The office says it is open until 6 but, it is clearly closed and under construction.

Do not get insurance from these people they do not want to pay medical bills or anything else! They will make it seem like youre not injured! They are rude including the supervisor! Jenniffer Eliis is a horrible insurance adjuster!
