Hands down best experience Ive had since needing to seek advice on insurance plans. Bubba was able to save us a little over 500.00$ (and we have better plans) by switching to State Farm! Having to deal with this before I always felt like the agent always had his best interest and not mine, but with Bubba it was all about what we wanted/needed and he was able to steer us in the direction that we were looking. Because we also did some life insurance plans Bubba went above and beyond our expectations by driving to our home at 8 PM to make sure our best rate was locked (Document needed to be signed) since it was my Wifes birthday the next day and it would have financially changed the plan. I wish i could rate them with MORE stars. i had a little issue in the beginning because they were offering some services/options that i wasnt clearly informed on that were in my policy (most business DO offer bundles and things to save you money, i just didnt have a need or desire for those options), after that was all squared away(it was fixed swiftly), i have had NO issues. this is high quality customer service! ive gotten calls after hours, follow up calls, discounts, neighborly conversation and INCREDIBLE prices! i receive a cute calendar in the mail with my name on it. most of their email communication has bible verses in the closing of it. what a thoughtful and caring company! i hated to leave another agent i was with for 10 years, but i know im in good hands with BR state farm in fayetteville. i saved money, they fixed my concern, they are heavy on the customer service, and very thoughtful... they are not lacking anything, in fact they are trailblazing!
