You cannot beat the prices provided by Carolina Planning. Have been with this company going on a year and a half and I do not see myself leaving!

I have been with these guys from when they use to be located on Raeford Road. They are simply awesome. Not only do I have 2 vehicles insured with them but I also have business insurance with them. They are very helpful and their prices are beyond reasonable. Would not go any where else.

Good insurance company

Not very good asked for trout got catfish. Ask for diet Pepsi got regular Pepsi. Bad communication between front and cooks. Remember their a lot of diabetics in the world you dont want a situation that could end up bad for you business try to be mindfull. Just a thought is your resuraunt.

I was referred to this place by a family friend and I cant believe I let Satan and his demons insure my car! This place is awful! All they care about is money and when you have an issue, they want to push you off to someone else. They LIED about an issue and now my bank account is OVERDRAWN and they wont admit to their mistake. I dont have the money to feed my kids and I am starving myself to at least put some crackers or something on their plate. I am disgusted with this company and if you love your money and your piece of mind, go with another insurance agency.

I love the family atmosphere at this place. Every time I go in there Cookie has mecracking up before I leave. They are in a convenient location and parking is abreeze. Im so glad I found them.

This is a local insurance company that knows small businesses have tight budgets. They have great rates on workers compensation insurance and general liability. As my business grows I can change my coverage to suit our needs. It is very accomodating. I like that!

Best Insurance Agency on earth...with a come in and make yourself at home atmospher. They handle it all right there. Auto, Homeowners, Commercial. Of course I only needed Auto insurance but, I was truly impressed with all the services that Carolina Planning offers. Heather put me through several companies to insure that I got the best insurance rate out there. The people there are so down to earth that you feel like your among friends. Oh, and they have 2 ladies there that speak spanish. What a win win place of business.

Says you guys are open today from 9am to 12pm, but judging from your ringing phone and dark office you are clearly not open. Need to add a vehicle to an insurance policy, but everyone over the phone says only you guys are able to help, and when you arent open during the hours you say you are, well that isnt helpful at all isnt it? Update your hours to say youre closed on Saturdays or maybe open during the hours you are supposed to, and we can worry less about getting in a wreck uninsured? Supremely unprofessional.
