My experience with this company was a nightmare, I felt like I made a deal with the devil. The company lied to me stole my money and chosen to make personal judgment. My new car was damaged in Fayetteville NC but I was told on the phone that I had full coverage. After my incident they said there was nothing that could do for me. My liability payments was 200 + monthly. This company is the devil . My monthly payment for $179.00 was just for liability coverage. The agent called a member of leadership team, they helped with full coverage for 2 months. After 2 months the policy just ended automatically without any notice. At time of purchase of my new car. The agent assured me on the phone. That I was covered at time of purchase, but I actually wasnt. You call customer service on the weekend or after hours there nothing they can do. State Farm is not a good insurance company. Dont trust these people. I felt each time I called I was judge without the consideration of diversity in business. I truly wouldnt never recommend State Farm Insurance.

About a couple of years ago I experienced the worse service from this particular company, EVER. I have been meaning to leave a review, but never got around to doing it. The staff are very unknowledgeable/lacking & incompetent of doing their job. Haynes doesnt need to run this Business because he surely doesnt know what hes doing. Myself and husband came to this location plenty of times to speak to Haynes. There was always an excuse for their mess-ups.Save your money
