Some of the employees are nice. Mr Sherrill is hardly ever there. I had an issue with billing and a change I wanted to make on my homeowners. He never called me back and I ended up having a claim due to the hurricane. Luckily my deductible was what I thought, so I was spared from paying more than I thought after one of his employees told me I had a $2500 deductible. I ended up transferring to another State Farm agent in town. It seems Mr. Sherrill has some employees issues that I’ve noticed when coming in and always dealing with different people. I’ve only met him once and that was simply a head nod and speaking. His wife is very rude and did not follow through on anything I asked as far as a follow up. State Farm is a great company from the one auto claim I’ve had. But do yourself a favor and pick an agent who has consistent staff that smile and enjoy being there and an agent who will actually call you back when you ask toSpeak with him.

Had to change to a different insurance company, State Farm would not insure my new home because I filed a hail claim in TX in 2015. Canceled insurance and asked not to be auto billed at the end of the month. They moved my auto bill up three days and now tell me I am paid up for 22 more days, for a months worth of billing. I will have to wait up to a month to get a refund and they do not know how much it will be. Expect to have to make several more calls to have this taken care of. Thanks so much!

I would give NO STARS IF I COULD Horrible customer service their agent Crystal is the worst agent I have came across. she didnt tell me what I needed to know or follow up with me with my coverage. called corporate to put in a complaint about 3 and after all that Rodney call me and placed blame on every one else but crystal. people need to be responsible for the mess up. sad...... and she is still working for them

Bad costumer serviceNever trust them after the first six months because of the tricky double charges. They didn’t provide me with reasonable explanation and no justification for the increase.Update: the issue was addressed and they did good job solving the problem.

I have been with another affordable insurance company for over 6 years. In doing so over the years i have found that their chivalry and organized ways have slacked and customer service is not so welcoming. I began insurance hopping for my 18 year old son. My a mere quote search wound up tying to another state farm facility. When i called there, first the person on the phone transferred me to one of the reps. That representative picks up the phone and sounds not so content she woke up that morning to a job. So already im feeling uncertain about even building a conversation or any affiliation with them. As the woman asked for name and info on a quote that i acquired the night before online, i answer and wait while she searches. I send her the info i rcvd and she still did not strive meet my needs. She then leaves me on hold and WITHOUT informing me i am being transferred and will be repeating myself over again, im transferred to an office manager. When i explained my experience she then went from sounding, im ready to do ur insurance to justifying the other persons lack of professionalisms in a do u want me to work u up and account or not, already, kind of tone. All of this to find trust and affordability for my 18 year old car insurance. So i then remembered another location (Rodney Sherrill) that i pass almost every day. I contact that one and get transferred a crystal online. In the simplest manner, when ur a single parent of 3, disabled Vet and dealing with those disabilities and their pros and cons the last thg u need is anythg of the previous experience. When Crystal took my case on, she dug in deep and informed me on a few thgs. One being a feature called drive safe to help as well financially. She wasnt pushy nor was she uptight sounding. Miss Crystal was basically working at my pace as i found comfortability in all and any information i may need to work with or math up to make my decision at my own leisure for my son. Her aura, professionalism, as well as her personablism (for the lack of a better word) was absolutely so welcoming but not in a, let me reel her in already kind of mode. She was so homely and real, not phoney, but genuine. U can hear the, hey, im happy i woke up today energy behind her words and computer work (as she sent me emails with info). Since that day almost 3mths ago...i have been able to call the facility with any questions without feeling pushed or brushed off. I am shortly seeking quotes with State Farms Rodney Sherrill facility. First because of the presentation over the phone and sensible guidance that this lovely woman, i hv yet to meet provided and that sense of home rather than some fabricated persona; and second for affordability. I am grateful, as i know this world could use some extra of that breath of fresh air when not dealing with others that she provided me. I just wish we were more like that and both considerate and open-minded to each other today in age. Thank u!

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with you guys.They signed me up for a full coverage policy and for some reason changed it to liability with out me signing anything . As a result my car payment increased 25% .
