I came into cancel my insurance because i found out Id save $30 a month by switching. Mr. Hall kept making rude comments and huffing and puffing about how 30 dollars isnt squat & good luck with that when I said I was switching to Geiko. $30 extra a month per year is $360. That is not squat. To be in customer service you should understand where the customer is coming from. Totally rude. Would not go back
You people are the worst insurance company. You have gladly taken my policy premiums for 24 years, but when we need assistance we are greeted with rudeness and arrogance when calling in a claim. Same thing happened with hurricane Mathew. Pay extra for better service. PLEASE GET YOUR INSURANCE ELSEWHERE!
