Jake Davis at State Farm was nothing short of awesome. He helped me personally as well as my parents who were with another company. The process was seamless, he did whatever he could to provide the best rate possible but also the best protection. Communication was easy and clear. All representatives in the office were polite and friendly every time I visited. I dont think Ill recommend any other insurance agency as the professionalism and quality of service is unmatched.
I always pay in person. I love the fact that they know me. The business is very clean and the people are friendly.

I love the personal care I receive here. Ive been a customer for years. They have called me in the past after natural disasters to make sure that my family and property made it through okay. I also love the fact that they know who I am when I go in to pay my bill.

I cannot speak for the entire staff or State farm as a whole, however Ms. Cynthia at this location was AWESOME! She asked questions only to provide solutions. Her customer service was immaculate! If you need something done quick, fast, correctly! Shes your Girl!
Jonathan Dozier sense I have been with statefarm has been a outstanding associate to do business with. He went above and beyond for years with anything I needed done. He is the lone bright spot in that office. I have chosen to take my business to A competitor for the reason that other associates in that office didn’t treat me with an importance . I never had calls returned from the others and even had to have Jonathan handle a points mistake on my account the other associates had made. I never had any issues with Jonathan at all he handled every issue right there always .returned my calls and made sure I was always taken care of . I can’t say that for the rest Mr.Dozer thank you again for everything I truly hope they have more associates like you replace the bad ones that caused me to move on.
I canceled my policy a few months back, deliberately. They are STILL sending me cancellation threats. Telling people they are behind on a bill that doesnt even exist is not a very good way to entice customers to come back. 🙄
Justin Tingey,I apologize for the experience you had with State Farm. The office location you are assigned to is the McPherson Church road office. The agent at that office quit last august and State Farm asked me to take over that office on a temporary basis. We only have that office staffed with 1 team member till State Farm hired a new agent. We have done the best job possible trying to run 2 location and take care of that location with just 1 person. All of this does not justify your experience and we hope this at least explains why things happened that way. I can assure you this experience is totally different from my main office which is staffed with 6 team members.
They’re service use to be great until this last year. I have yet for them to answer a single phone call or respond to my voicemails. I had to call the 1800 number, but they couldn’t even get ahold of them. Customer service had to put a temporary suspension on my policy so I would be charged anymore until they can get ahold of this “agent”.
We were with this office for a year and a half, during which time I was only able to get a hold of one person, one time. It doesnt matter what time of day you call, your call wont be answered. The worst part is, you cant call any 1-800 numbers with State Farm because your agent has to make any changes - good luck with that! I tried to email them as well and even that didnt help. I finally had to call my previous agent, who is from an entirely different state, and after he called and emailed multiple times we still didnt get to talk to anyone. The only reason Im giving one star is because there isnt an option for zero!Avoid this office like your life depends on it.
Recent update ...Madison and everyone else at Oxendine has been stellar thru a bad wreck and a totalled new bike. Even SF corporate claims dept exceeded expectations.I have to give Gunnar at Oxendine State Farm above average marks. Everyone over there has been excellent. Very responsive thru myriad changes to car and multiple motorcycle policies. Pretty impressed.

DO NOT GET INSURANCE AT THIS LOCATION. The customer service is the absolute worst, they lie and try to cover up their lies with more lies, very uneducated as far as their own policies, and they will not inform you on any rate changes or payment issues. They take no initiative whatsoever when handling clients.
They never take auto draft on date due. They blame our bank... 🤦♀️ and they wont fix it....
Never answer calls or voicemails.
I had to call them 3 times for them to fax over my insurance policy to my car lien holder.
