I don’t even know where to start. My experience with DFR Luxx was flawless from start to finish. Although this company is based in Michigan, they were willing to come down to Georgia. They decorated my venue for my wedding and everything came out exactly how I wanted. The color pattern came out so beautifully. I worked with Lela throughout the planning process. She understands my vision and executed it. They were on time and professional throughout.I will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a wedding planner, rental equipment, or decorations for their event.

My plans for draping the conference room my wedding reception was in fell through just a couple of days before my big day. I did some research, called DFR, and Lela answered immediately. She told me what she needed to make a quote, popped up to the venue to get correct measurements, and made it happen! I even asked her to do the backdrop for the ceremony because I didnt love how the shades looked and she got that done for me too! High quality, professional, personable, and extremely dependable. Highly recommended. 💜

This company is horrible do not spend your money. they were late and rude. due there tardiness they asked if we needed additional serving tables, instead they just left without informing us. they was also a day late picking up the rentals. I never want to bad mouth a business unless they deserve it.....sorry not sorry, as if a credit for future events will make up for the rudeness.....smh we want a refund of some of the money because the least you could have done is respond back to emails about how horrible your business is...maybe it could make it better... but no....nope and nada.....you all need a class in business etiquette....also everyone need to take it obviously

I absolutely loved my set up done by @dfrluxxevents, it was so beautifully put together. She was able to do an amazing job even on a short notice. Everyone loved the decorations. I highly recommend her for all of your occasions.
This company helped me with our annual conference. I was afraid that the experience would be hard because I had to select a event management company and wasnt sure of the process. They relieved all my fears. Every detail was perfect. My event was perfect. I was extremely pleased.
One of the cheapest places to rent from Great spirit kind people and they have nice equipment they were also on time bringing the tent, tables, and chairs and they also was on time picking up I would definitely give this company a two thumbs up 👍👍

This place is by appointment only which is what I was told by the unprofessional woman when I called to see if they had the color I wanted. I wasnt going to be able to make it there that day so instead asked if I could be sent a picture of the color. The woman told me yes and I never got it. On the following Monday, I called all day and no one ever answered the phone. I left a message and I even filled out their contact form on their website. Today is now Thursday and no one has gotten back with me yet. Very unprofessional and would never recommend.ETA after Owners response: I actually was able to get what I needed from a different company and at a cheaper rate. However, I am not mistaken about the date but even if I was, there is no excuse for never contacting a potential customer after theyve emailed and called.

Have used this company for several events. Staff is professional and courteous. I recently hired them for a graduation party for my daughter. They went above and beyond. Added little things that I didnt request like tablecloths. They always make me smile. I was use them again and again.

Unprofessional and rude. I requested cocktails for a fundraiser for my organizations . After realizing that it was 20mins after the delivery time I called several times. I finally reached someone and they were unprofessional and more importantly unapologetic to the delay. After she asked if my event was that day and whats the location she keep me on hold and returned to tell me they were in route. No apology for the delay or anything. She calls back and tells me that they would be there after my event starts and says so what do you want to do as if it was my fault. Not acceptable at all. I declined to have my guest have tables rolled in in the middle of the event and asked for them not to come. Once again no apology. I was a repeat customer as well. I WOULD NEVER recommend them or do business. They completely ruined our fundraiser.

Significantly overcharged compared to quote, rental equipment was in poor shape, they arrived late and with a barebones crew. Even with 10 of our staff helping to setup, it caused us to be 2 hours behind schedule. The same is to be said for teardown time. Avoid this company & seek and alternative.Adding more to my review as this joke of a copy is clearly just concerned with saving face, not sure why I waste my time to bad mouth a company. You may have not have my name in the record by I was the managing entity of an event on Aug 24th, 2018 (we spent 2380) Check your stripe payment -3467 & 3501. You did have a 4 man crew which was not appropriate for the scope of this event.Youve had to rebrand twice in several years because you provide consistently bad service & people deserve to know.

Do not use this company they they sub- contract your event out and not even tell you. Also they will deliver filthy Porta Johns to your event with black mold in it. My recommendation is never to use them.

My wedding was 8/14/16 and I used this company for uplights, pearl arm chairs, cocktail tables, table covers and stantions and also had a monogram. EVERYTHING was perfect! They were on time, the set up was exactly as we spoke about and I was blown away. Lela was my contact. She and her assistance dont make the process very exciteable but they definitely delivered on each commitment. To take the star rating to a 5, I wouldve liked better customer service to make me feel more confident in the outcome. But after seeing their work, I would definitely use them again!
They did my Madden 2016 and NBA 2K16 release party game bus was great a little small but they informed me the bus is a new item and its improving over time will be hiring for all future events.
Very unprofessional. They would have to pay me to use their services and I still wouldnt risk it. There are a ton of party and linen rental places--stay away from this one!
Very unorganized, late, poor install, tent keeps falling and big scammers they cashed my check twice; once online and the second time they add a few cents and turned it in manual to the bank and cashed it luckily, I caught it and disputed the transaction with the bank and got a refund. I dont recommend them even on a rainy day.
Ordered two tents, 200 chairs, and 25 chairs and everything was perfect. I love this company and Im leaving this review because I made a mistake on my order with the amount of chairs needed and this company was able to correct with in the hour of delivery⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place sucks. They were late and there tent tables and chairs are old and wore out. Just watching them put up the tent was crazy it was like the first time they put one up. Please dont go here. Worst experience ever.
