Do not rent here! 1st I rented a 50 bucket. They didnt even charge the thing. Then had the nerve to ask me to charge it so the guy tomorrow would be able to use it. 2nd day I rented a dingo. The alternator died deep in the field. Then after none of the faulty equipment worked properly, they charged me $125 for a cleaning and gas fee! If I were you Id avoid this place at all cost. Paid close to a $1000 to tote around Arts scrap metal. If I could I would give this place negative stars!

Who is typing up all of these owner responses for Arts and who is the owner thats allowing them to do so? The combative tone makes me leery about doing business with them. One customer complained about the pricing and showed comparisons to competitors, but the owners response was that the machine was returned dirty and the competitors also have cleaning fees. Well, at least my mom...!!! SMH Juvenile. Stuff like that definitely makes a lot of your other responses unbelievable.

Junk equipment! Rented a power buggy that did not work Ive been in the concrete business for 20+ years. Al Rice made false accusations of a damaged trailer, half tank of fuel and returned dirty. He lied just so he could keep $159.00. Well Big Al I would of used your company hundreds of more times if you werent such a dishonest business man. Garden City Rental is top notch and has quality equipment, I will drive an hour out of the way just to use them. Good Luck in your business Big Al!I see Big AL has lied again in his response. He states I did not know how to operate the machine that he showed me how to operate (the same cement buggy that another coustomer had the same problem with) Big Al you probably don’t know this but I’ve been operating cement buggy’s for 20+ years. When I called Big Al to let him know his machine was not working properly I was told by a lady that it was closing time and you could not bring me a new one. So Good Luck again with your business. Can’t believe a God fearing man like Big Al would be such a blatant Lier.

I called for the small stump grinder. Was told its available so i said on my way. Upon arrival from a 53 minute trip to them, one of the guys tells me its not working and they wouldnt work anything out even though i wasted 2 hours of my day plus gas. This place isnt professional and just sucks. There are like 3 other rental places nearby go there.

We live in Farmington. I called all around and Arts had the best price and a good selection. I recommend for any hot day get a cold table if was great. Arts staff was professional with the set up and on time.

Rented a tiller to add and till some peat into the garden. The machine it ran great without any problems.

I rented a 420 Shilh concrete saw, they charged 99.00 for 8 hours, that is there daily rate at arts.Sunbelt charges 70.00 for the day which is 24 hoursUntied Rental charges 65.00 a day which is 24 hoursHome Depot charges 78.00 a day which is also 24 hoursArts Daily rate time and pricing is not competitive.

Russ, the manager, was very rude. Its amazing how small businesses that treat customers as an annoyance manage to stay in open. I would never rent from them again. Pay a little more and get better service!
