I just got my truck back today from MVP Collision Repair and I couldnt be happier! Put simply, they do outstanding work!! Nothing short of amazing work. Had significant damage on my Infiniti front bumper, light brackets and some on the sides. The team did a fantastic job fixing all the damage without having to replace every part when I told them to keep replacement at a minimum.They were completely transparent with pricing letting me know how much it was going to cost upfront and minimizing changes on the price as they found additional problems. Car was ready at the exact date they told me it should be, drop off was quick and easy.Overall great company, highly recommend.

Whole experience was phenomenal. My whole side mirror had been knocked off and the entire left side of my car needed repairs. The same day as my accident I took my car to MVP and They immediately took care of me. There was no wait time, they took my car in immediately, took pictures of it, helped me make the claim with my insurance company and set me up with a rent car. After they handled all negotiations with my insurance company to make sure the damages were covered and everything was finished in a week. They even got my car detailed and cleaned the inside, so now my car looks brand new. Everyone that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and just easy to work with. So needless to say it was all around excellent service.

So these guys are the best you will ever find. They made my car cleaner, shiner and better than how my car was before the accident i had. They replaced every part and even the freaking screws and bolts with new ones. They did a full interior clean where it was better than when i bought it. The exterior paint was shinier that when i bought it. When i asked how much do i owe for the deductible, Frank said he paid it of for me! these guys got me in tears of joy! 5/5 does not do justice for these heroes.

I have to say...WOW!!. The car looks GREAT. They did an interior clean and it is CLEAN. I had a rabbit inside my car, eating hoses and wires. Second time and not good. I also was rear ended on LBJ which broke a taillight and caused other damage.I will not be using anyone else for repairs. He also took care of the insurance claim and getting my car to his shop. I was involved in a accident were another vehicle hit me on the passenger side (we wont discuss who was at fault) so on a recommendation from a friend, I went to MVP Auto Collision for a repair job after I got the details from the insurance adjuster. Someone hit my car in a parking lot. They got the process started the same day and handled all the insurance details for me.They fixed the body where I was hit and the bumper. The car looks better than when I got it from a dealership.Everyone was super nice and accomodating. The repairs were faster than anticipated, as well. Ive had body work done before on other vehicles from different shops and this by far has been the best experience Ive had to date.The left side had been dented, tail light busted, and bumper messed up. They even buffed out some other marks.I feel so lucky to have found these guys! The owner and staff are phenominal! The process is usually really stressful for auto accidents and they made it a lot smoother and easier to handle.

Incredible service!Our car slid off the roadway into a large rock during the big Dallas snowstorm and freeze of February 2021. The front bumper was significantly damaged and the front wheel was bent.Our vehicle was towed to MVP.When we retrieved our vehicle we discovered that MVP went above and way, WAY beyond.Not only was the front bumper replaced, but Frank and his team repainted the entire front quarter of the vehicle, replaced and polished the front fascia and meticulously detailed the interior.It looked like a brand new car after MVP rendered their services!This has to be one of the best, if not THE best auto body shop in the Metroplex!

I brought my 2018 Kia Optima into MVP on the recommendation of a friend. My front bumper had been ripped off from hitting debris on the freeway. To be to the point: these guys made my car look like a showroom car! Not only did they completely restore the front end, carefully matching the paint and repairing the undercarriage issues, but they detailed the vehicle in and out, including under the hood. I couldnt believe it! It was like the car I drove off the new car lot, down to the new car smell. My car was in their shop during the 2021 snowstorm, and they took special care of It, providing me with updates.They handled all of the correspondence and haggling with the insurance company and the rental company as well. Cannot recommend enough. 5 stars

This place is hands down the best! No one likes getting into car accidents, especially dealing with the after effects such as insurance, and the repair shop. I always used to bring my car to the BMW dealership when I needed repairs and always felt like I was being taken advantage of. All of my friends referred me to MVP, and I am so happy they did. I damaged my car door handle, and they replaced it and did a full detail in less than a few hours. They were not only professional but so kind and helpful. Plus, I saved a lot of money from not going to my original car dealership. My car is now in beautiful shape and the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. They have a great customer service but when we talk about quality are very poor. I just have another body shop check everything they did I just saw they take short cut to fix your cars and put no the original parts put replace part when they charge my insurance more $6,000. Hopefully I can share pictures but I can’t.

Frank and his staff went above and beyond for my 2010 BMW. They did everything they could to make sure my car was fixed correctly. The insurance didnt want to fix an issue(not surprised). I was able to pick up my car which by the way looked better than it did when I bought it. MVP was just as excited and pleased with their work as I was. I was asked to drive the car to make sure everything was ok. The car was still shaking in the front from the wreck I had. The insurance said that was from wear and tear. I was then advised to call the insurance company and have them fix it. I drove off and not even 3 minutes after leaving I was advised to come back they didnt feel comfortable with my driving my car in that condition. I was given a loaner car. By the next business day my car was ready. I dont know of any auto repair shop that could or would do that. If you take your car anywhere else you are cheating yourself

MVP went above and beyond to make sure I was fully taken care, to make sure I had all new parts as I requested, no aftermarket or refurbished parts, and even went as far as to fight the insurance companies to get the price of my deductibles down due to the accidents not being my fault. Staff was amazing. My car was ready a week before I thought it would be. Unexpectedly, my 2007 Honda Pilot was detailed inside and out, including the engine compartment. This vehicle has not looked this good since it rolled out of the dealership. I would not usually name a competitor, but MVP made Hance Collision Repair look like unconcerned rookies on a repair I had last year. Im thinking about taking my other vehicles to MVP to see if they will give them the once over.

This was a place recommended to me by one of the best muscle car shops. 21st century muscle cars. My modified Camaro needed a new bumper. These guys saved me a deductible an put on a zl1 front end, they also added an painted a spoiler no charge. The work is good. I’m sure I’ll be coming back. I am beyond happy with my experience!! I was in an accident a couple weeks ago, MVP sent a tow truck immediately and made sure I had transportation. I was kept up to date almost everyday and they worked with my insurance I didnt have to do any of the hassling with them or my insurance. My car was completed and completely restored to its original glory pre-fenderbender :) very happy with the outcome!

Frank and Mayra were outstanding and even went above and beyond to make the car 110%. Had two vehicles in for two different matters and each time they did extra to stand apart from your standard repair to include a full and complete detail at the end which I never had from names like service king or caliber. I def know where my trusted place of collision repair will be for future needs!!:)

Fantastic job done on my car! I left it here after an accident and had my fingers crossed because I havent had the best of luck on body work...let me tell you, MVP is the real MVP! MVP auto collision was the best experiences.I brought my car in with significant damage on the two driver side doors. They were fair with their price, did not up charge me for anything. Completed the repair exactly when they said they would and treated me like their only customer! I would use them again without thinking twice and recommend them to anyone who asked.

My car was repaired quickly and looks brand new to the point where people are asking me who performed the work. This is the most professional and caring team that I have ever encountered. They go above and beyond to make sure your customer experience is excellent.
