I went in recently to look for a 2 bdr and the lovely lady in the office welcomed me in when I arrived. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She showed me a unit and I love the property. The location is perfect. The office manager Rachel was very helpful I will definitely recommend the property.

Bad people..scammer and con artist do not rent here they will take your money!!...Update: ne not qualifying is one thing but lying knowing thay i did not qualify and still telling me i can get in is another yall are scammers.. the company stated it was never an eviction and got approved at a NON2ND CHANCE property with no problem...and if that WAS the case you wouldnt have BLOCKED MY OTHER ACCOUNT...scammers and you know it...and liars too!

They are scammers bad apts they block all negative feedback for a better rating...they will take your money!.....o will receive the paper and seek legal help to get my money back from yall crooks

This place will sell you then lie to you just to get your money 150$ to apply and they deny you instantly...scammers...and Laurais the worst then she blocked me from being able to review on my other account...hope you get what you deserve!....I am waiting for the paper if the crooks send it but as soon as i prove its errored ill see yall again!

5 stars, because Laura Is sooo sweet & I love my place‼️ My move in was such a breeze, she is absolutely the best..She returned phone calls, and messages in a timely manner, if you are interested in moving here contact Laura she will help you all she can..

The new management is excellent! They took care of me in a timely fashion and were incredibly helpful with any questions I had. Very nice area near many restaurants and hot spots. Apartments and patios are also very spacious.

Unfortunately these ApartmentsMaintenance management are getting undesirable. So sorry to have to say thisVery disappointing

If your looking for a great place to live, I would definitely consider this place. The new manager is very nice and helpful. Maintenance staff is great and every time I have an issue it gets taken care of in a timely manner.

Dont come to live here. 2 yrs ago I explained to the old manager that I need an apt property where I will not have issues with the parking spot because I always have about 5 vehicles. They told that it was fine that they will give me two stickers and the others I can parked on the visitors and as long as I park them in the visitor spot I will not have any issues. Well like 1 month ago the new manager started to mess around with the parking visitors and she told me that my 3 vehicles cannot be in the visitor parking and give 72 hrs to move it out of the property if not I will be kick out of the apt. So please dont come here they will not honor what they are saying and will treating you to kick you out

When I initially came in to look for an apartment, the girl who does the leasing, pearl, was very formal and helpful with giving me options timely. I called back and talked with Holley, the manager, and she was very kind in giving me my options. Ive had some friends who have spent a long time there, and based on my interactions with the staff I would highly recommend taking the time to stop by here if your looking for an apartment.

I love living in this apartments, they area clean, safe area, they have a really nice golf course view, and there is plenty of parking, the ladies at the office are also very professional and helpful.

They sold me this beautiful apartment with a great view, but failed to tell me that the reason it was vacant for over 3 years was because the tenants from downstairs were schizophrenic!! Yet still I had to pay the consequences. I transferred to a new SMALLER apartment for the SAME price!!!! It was the worst! Management is all over the place. For the life of me, I cannot remember that stupid girls name, but she is short, small arms, blondish hair and slaps 10,000 pounds of make up on. She is THE MOST STUPID person I have EVER MET. I have no idea how she is the manager. SHE DOES NOTHING. These apartments are CHEAP, UGLY and are under POOR management! Dont get me started on the NASTY POOLS! DONT DO IT!! DONT SIGN THE LEASE! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Few friends who live on that golf course and every time I come by, isee them out there on their porches always trying to get me to move in so we can golf all the time and chew-fat. in my day, you were suppose to get service, which is all they talk about. the crew there is incredible, the guy who fixes their ice boxes, they short one in the office. good stuff, worth movin n from what I hear

I hardly write a review but in this case I find my self in need to do so. Let me start of by saying if you are thinking of moving here please make sure everything is fully functional before you sign a lease, if you have to submit a work order be prepared to wait a good 2 weeks before they get to you. In the case you have a flood,lock your self out or have any emergency were you need to call emergency maintenance be prepared to be placed in voice mail and if by some miracle they check the voice mail they will call you back in 48 hours of course lol. The overall structure and plumbing is old. Now we move on to staff, the staff is friendly when they want you to sign a lease and after you have tied your self to a 12 month contract they dont want to hear your complaints. Again I dont like to bash anybody but I feel I have to give a honest opinion I know someone will read it and Thank me for saving them the headache of moving to this place. Majority of the positive reviews here they are current residents forced to give 5 stars, How do I know ? Because I was asked once I signed the lease that if I would write a positive review of the apt they would save 20.00 of the rent I feel my opinion and helping someone out is worth more then 20.00

The worst apartments you can ever move into, things get messed up and up to two days on waiting, no importance in the need of residents, i would not recommend and fixing to move out as soon as contract ends
