My boyfriend and I came to tour and get information on this apartment when we were greeted by Adrianna. Right away she welcomed us with a big smile and friendly manner. She showed us all over the property, including the parking garage because we had questions on how it worked and never had a negative vibe through two days of us visiting the property. She also went as far as meeting us at the Luxe complex to show us their floor plans and amenities just in case we liked those better.We are so glad we got to meet her and have her help us through the whole application process as well.She is definitely a big role on what made us want to lease here since we knew if the workers were friendly we’d have a better time residing here. After touring over 10 other complexes we did find her to be the most resourceful, nicest, and most caring leasing agent. So grateful!!

I almost leased here, but ended up leasing in a different area. The complex is really nice. I was going to lease the 811 sqft one bedroom floor plan. The layout is nice, and super spacious. I toured the place twice, and each time, Adrianna assisted me. She is amazing! Adrianna is super nice, professional, and helpful! She makes herself available for questions! I highly recommend her.

I recently moved here, and one of the biggest things that drove me out of my former apartment was lack of detail & attention from the leasing office & management, but the Towers team has been amazing so far! Working with Vinny Mims during the leasing process was easy & encouraging - she went out of her way to make sure everything was squared away and finalized on time! The units and facilities are beautiful, everyone is so friendly, and I’m excited to live here.Only thing I wish I could change is more visitor parking outside the garage - my boyfriend parked outside the building door for barely 15 minutes to help me grab some things and was towed. Totally our fault - it’s a fire lane - but some 15 minute parking spots would be a dream for those quick runs inside so you don’t have to deal with the garage each time.

Former 15 month resident here. Our first home after moving to Dallas, from the leasing tour to move out was superb.1. Maintenance Issues - addressed in a timely manner2. Leasing - went smoothly3. Environment - pleasant4. Amenities - beautiful and awesome5. Parking - we had 2 cars and parked during various times even late at night and never had an issue.6. Move Out - smoothTara and her team do an awesome job taking care of the property. We were grateful for such a great place that was our home. I completed a tour with Katrina at the end of June and felt completely at home from the start. From the leasing process to after moving in, she has always been available and SO helpful with anything I have asked. Selling my home and moving was a big change for me and Katrina made me feel comfortable and at ease for all of it. If you are even thinking about moving, stop by and see her. The community is quiet and the pool is beautiful.

In the first month (30) days of living here, I have had my car stolen in the supposedly secure parking garage in a reserved spot I was paying for. Management refused to take any action to prevent this from happening again, nor would they release the video footage (Apparently protecting the criminals privacy is of upmost concern) . Renters insurance is a huge joke/racket that they force you to buy into. Half the time you cant even get into the parking garage due to gate malfunction. Hallways smell like animal fecal matter, resolve, and marijuana. The reason I moved here is the advertised secure parking garage, which turned out to be a sham. Other tenants mention constant vandalism and theft, with no mention from the management team. There is ZERO signal in the apartment, maintenance team enters unit without consent on multiple occasions. Minimal sound deadening material in walls, can hear outside conversations and constant dog barking. Cars constantly parked outside in fire lane due to poor design. Im normally not one to make complaints or leave reviews. Keep looking.

We just moved in to our apartment and I gotta say that working with Vinny throughout the leasing process was awesome. I did everything from Florida, and she went above and beyond to help us with every detail. Any question I had, she was always prompt to answer. I can say that she made a big difference in my leasing process. The apartment is beautiful and looks like new. The amenities are great and I’m excited to start using them.

Awesome apartment! Great location, close to everything. Right on the highway, so very easy access to all locations. Our unit looks new. Hallways are clean. Vinny is super friendly and did an awesome job to help us in the move in process. She went above and beyond to help. We truly felt valued.Today is our first night and it seems like we got loud neighbors partying or arguing, so definitely something we will need to watch on. But for the most part, we are very happy.

I wish they have assigned parking spot to each resident. If you plan to work from home and have your unit by the garage, I wish you good luck. Every single thing can be heard from the apartment specially when they are mowing the lawn. Plus the new parking system that will not let you register sometime even though the parking for visitor is empty.

Not Luxury Living!!! Save your money! Communication with office is horrible! If you email the staff, don’t expect a call or email back unless you call numerous times. I have complained about the knocking noise in the kitchen due to cheap and poor structure my entire lease, you could still hear the noise until the day I moved out. Marijuana smell reeks throughout the hallways daily, dog poop in the hallways daily, or even a beer on top of the fire extinguisher shell in the hall that the fire extinguisher sits in. My luxury car was broken into in the parking garage, emailed office never heard back or never even replied. By the way this has happened to a few residents I’ve met. The secured gate was never installed the entire year I resided in this complex so the complex was not secured anyone could enter. Parking is not assigned to residents so don’t expect to find parking after 5:00 pm. The only luxury is maintenance - they complete work orders in a timely manner. Nonetheless, don’t waste your time moving here! You will only hear from office after you move to stick you with an outstanding balance.

The leasing office has been amazing! We had a family emergency a few weeks before we needed to move in and they worked things out with us so we didnt have to worry about our lease for a few months. Adrianna is our leasing agent and she truly cares about the people she helps. Even through out this awful winter storm she took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were happy with what we chose. Thank you for all of your patients and kindness. We are so excited to move into this building!

You are only able to have 10 visitors per month (whether they sleep over or not). So, if you have a boyfriend or girlfriend that you are not living with, dont live here. Or if you have friends, dont live here.This is not in their lease agreement. They just created this rule. You would think the apartment was in Manhattan with all of their rules. But really, they need money, and if your vehicle is towed, they make a commission. Also, poor planning on parking spaces.

I haven’t moved in yet but the leasing experience with Vinny has been wonderful. I toured on a Tuesday and signed a lease by Friday. Bunny was super helpful and understanding and worked with my budget. I can’t wait to live and work with the staff. They all seem helpful and friendly. Again vinny made the leasing process so simple.

Loud neighbor. High bass can be heard all over.Katrina lied and moved us to a garage facing apartment 5 days before the lease started. Avoid moving into apartments that you havent seen.Avoid moving into apartments even if you have seen them as they will change the apartment. I will be contacting the previous resident as I have their name from their mail to see if they faced the same issues.Update: Car alarms go off at random times during the day, people trying to find their cars dont care about the other residents. Cant wait to move out.

Honestly I was a little skeptical at first bc of some of the old reviews on here but all in all it has been an amazing place to move into! Stacey was an awesome person that greeted us at first and then Katrina put the icing on the cake by helping us set up everything and making sure our apartment was ready by the time we moved in! The apartment has been awesome as well, everything was clean and I enjoy everything about the new apartment I moved into! :)

DO NOT RENT THE APARTMENTS THAT ARE TOWARDS HIGHWAYWe initially signed a lease for 2-bedroom apartment. But, the apartment wasn’t ready by the move in date. They offered a 1 Bedroom for temporary move and we accepted it understanding that the construction delays are usual. When it was time to move in to 2-bedroom apartment, we were told that it was leased by someone else. That was an example of carelessness. But, we had no issues with that. We were patient all these times.When we signed the lease, these apartments were not ready and we were told that there is a good Insulation for noise reduction. When we moved in, there wasn’t heavy traffic on the highway due to the pandemic. But, as the traffic increased, we can hear every vehicle on the highway. It’s been a while since we slept peacefully.When we asked to move us into another apartment, we were told to pay the increased rent and also sign lease for another 18 months.The apartments are good. But, if you want to live peacefully, avoid the apartments towards the highway.

I am incredibly impressed with this place. The property it’s self is extremely well maintained - from the grass to the pool area to the parking garage and beyond the property is kept spotless. However, as nice as the property is (truly 5 stars) Vinencia (Vinny) in the office is absolutely incredible! She truly is the ultimate difference maker - she’s some how 10 stars! When we saw the apartments we were so amazed and we had a great person to help us which was Katrina, I recommend to ask for her whenever you call to schedule a tour. I was in a very very emergency type situation and I found this complex online. I instantly looked at the one bedroom, instantly called, instantly figured out how to fill out the Application and within less than two hours I was approved. Mind you I never went to look at this apartment. That right there shows that if you can look online, call to get the information, go back online fill fill out your application which you only pay $50, (unlike all these other complexes they want to collect every fee upfront then let you know if you’re approved or not) get approved and ready ready to move in without ever physically coming to look at the complex, then you know that this place is 100% legit! And by that I mean the staff, the property, the maintenance man, management, and to top it off the apartment was beautiful, more so beautiful when I looked at it when I finally moved in.Tara, Katrina, Adriana, Vinne (Vinne was my leasing agent who I started everything with) and Stacy have been the nicest group of management and agents that I have ever come across. And they don’t know me from a canna paint. I annoyed them day after day after day with questions and concerns or whatever you may ask and not one of them ever showed an ounce of attitude or being annoyed. Vinny went above and beyond to make sure that any and every question that I had was dealt with. I moved in February 25 into this day which is March 15 I still call nonstop asking questions just to make sure I’m going to continue to be a good resident and steel they have been the nicest staff since. This is a genuine staff. ALL OF THEM!I have had a few maintenance requests since I’ve been here and they are prompt, and they fix what they need to in a hurry. There’s no waiting, wondering if they fixed it. Everything from this complex is controlled in the rental portal and that’s what makes living here another great thing. You never have to step foot in the office if you don’t choose to. Me I’m a people person I like people to see my face I like people to know who I am so sometimes yes I do step in to the office but if you’re one that doesn’t wanna be bothered by anyone, you technically never have to.A lot of complaints here is the parking, and yes I will say the parking is bad but they are getting the new gates corrected which would eliminate random people parking where they should park so parking will get better.If I could write this property more than five stars I would. I can only pray to God that this staff does property does not get taken over by somebody else and we lose the staff because I probably would move to whatever complex this group would move to.

Was looking forward to renting here but after hearing my cousins experience with the office manager Tara I choose to stay away completely. They had her sign a wrong lease and then when she refused to sign correct lease they told her she would have to pay a cancellation fee. She didn’t even move in because the unit that they gave her was NOT the unit they showed in the model. More they tricked her husband into parking in a fire lane and had his Uhaul towed with all of the furniture in it. What a NIGHTMARE!

It’s been a rollercoaster experience here.We were supposed to move into the Luxe in June, but the construction date kept being pushed back further and further, and ended up being months after our current lease was up. They allowed us to switch to the Towers instead, with a much larger price tag (because we were getting a STEEP discount on the Luxe due to them inputting an incorrect rent amount on the website and being forced to honor it). They messed up our new lease at least 3 times before we could actually sign the correct one, and getting ahold of someone who could actually fix our problems was pretty difficult. We moved in with no issue and all was great for the first couple of months. Now the community is filling up and parking is a nightmare. Don’t think you can come home after 7pm and find a parking spot lower than the fifth floor. You can reserve a spot, but it’s $75/month, and there’s only a very small handful of spots on each floor, which are pretty much all occupied. They definitely did not plan for the amount of residents living here when considering parking, as well as package lockers. Our packages are constantly being left outside of the lockers, completely unattended — not even at our doors most of the time. This is been an increased concern of mine recently, as my car was broken into and rifled through, while it was sitting on the first floor of the heavily trafficked parking garage, which should have an operational gate by now. I sent an email voicing my concern over this and received a response of “crime knows know zip code.” They couldn’t even proofread their response before sending it. We were promised a secure parking garage upon move-in, but it’s still wide open 6 months later. We were also promised high quality insulation, but our upstairs neighbors’ children have proven that to be false. It sounds like a circus every night around dinner and bedtime, and every morning when they’re getting ready for school. I can even hear every time their toilet flushes or their shower is turned on. There’s always pet waste in the parking garage, and all management has done is send out generic emails to address it. People pretty much park wherever they want whenever they want, with no regards for others, and speed at dangerous rates around the parking garage. On the bright side, maintenance has been nice and prompt in getting things resolved when needed. One of our bathrooms practically flooded because our A/C froze and melted all over the floor, when we had the temperature maintained at 68°. Needless to say, we did expect more from this complex, and I’m now on edge from the security issues we’ve been dealing with. Even though “crime knows know zip code” that doesn’t mean more efforts can’t be given to minimize this experience for the residents here. I understand no complex goes without having its issues, but security issues are ones that cannot be overlooked. If nothing is done to increase security, I don’t think anyone should be living here.

I cant even describe how ready I am to move out of these apartments. The outlets continue to go out in my glamour apartment. What a joke!! I was told by the office they would fix the peeling of the tub in the bathroom. The tub still looks ghetto, after 3 maintenance request, still no one has come to fix it!! April 2021 cannot get here fast enough. Im done with the lies of the staff, and the lack of urgency. Its like they rushed to build these apartments. I cant live like this, EVERYTHING is trash!!

First impression of the property was great--luxury style apartments and amenities at a great price (in comparison to Uptown/Design District Dallas). However, there were several minor issues that kept piling up. To start, we were promised a washer/dryer at move in due to ongoing promotion. Moved in, and no washer/dryer and management kept giving me excuses on the delay. Got installed a few days late. Second, as you can see in the pictures, there are several construction and cosmetic imperfections with the unit itself. Mentioned this to management, and they didnt really care. Also, first apt to ever live in with NO CEILING FANS, but dont worry, they can install them for you, for a small fee of $150 per room... Also, Ive been here for 1.5 months now, and still NO GATED GARAGE, but no worries because there is ample reserved parking on each floor available for a small fee of $75/month. I would like to think that management is struggling with mishaps due to COVID-related situations, but hard to tell since they arent upfront with acknowledging the issues

This is THE place to live. The units are super modern and sleek with high ceilings and amazing amenities. I absolutely love my apartment. Not only is the unit beautiful, they have the audacity to make the rental process super easy AND have a bomb property management team!!! Now yall know thats rare. Let me tell you a little bit about Junior. Junior is everything. He helped me every step of the way during my process. He was very informative and friendly! He goes above and beyond for me and I can tell the he genuinely wants me to enjoy this place that I now call home. I dont know if I said it all ready, but I love it here!!!!Edit/Update: everything stated above was true at the that I moved in. However, mid lease they changed management teams. My experience with them has been bad enough to make me no longer want to live in my new, modern unit. The manager and her assistant seem to go out of their way to be rude, lie and seem to be unhappy in general. They definitely treat you like revenue instead of a resident. Not somewhere I want to call home. I changed my rating from a 5 to a 2 because of management.

While the team was super friendly during the leasing process, management has a really bad habit of telling you they’ll get to something and then never getting to it. During my initial sign up (I moved here shortly after they began leasing) I was not told about having to pay for water, the issues with mail, and not having any package routes set up. Those problems have thankfully been fixed but issues being resolved quickly has not been.When I initially moved in, I was told that I would only receive one key for the mailbox and I then inquired about it because the lease said I would get two. It’s been 3 months since I asked the management about the second key and I still haven’t received it despite checking in regularly.It’s also next to impossible to speak to someone who works on site through a phone call. I’ve called three times in the past two days to get a simple answer to a question and have been told constantly I would receive a call back, even though I have not.I understand being a newer establishment but with the price tag (minimum $1200) you would expect a more premium experience.Also if you look at the other reviews they seem kind of faked. There are two people who have reviewed the same establishment in particular (a doctors office, what are the chances?)and one of the reviewers has reviewed multiple apartments in less than a one year span so I doubt that’s real.

Moved here in July. One of the move in incentives was a check rebate of your second months rent. The paper work and verbal conversation commit to the rebate being received by the 5th of September. It never showed up. Upon contacting the office was told 15th of September instead and no longer checks but instead gift cards. On the 15th of September the rebate still did not show up. Was then told the first of October. The rebate still has not shown up. No one at the office - in any position will comment any further on the missing rebates then to say they will come but they aren’t sure when. That’s not even remotely acceptable. Additionally, research of W3 (the company that owns and manages the apartments) shows that they are listed as a payment risk for contractors that choose to do business with them and that there are multiple liens filed against there properties - including this property - totaling several million dollars - from contractors and various other companies that they failed to pay. Next steps for me here are the RVP, corporate office, and Fox 4 News. I would encourage you to avoid W3 properties.

Mr. Robert Robinson was our consultant. He was professional, engaging and knowledgeable. His laugh was contagious and reflected a happy individual!!!!! It was a pleasure touring this beautiful complex with my daughter . My daughter is looking forward to moving into the Towers at Mercer Crossing.

If I could list all the problems I have encountered since moving here (January 2020), we would be here for years to come. My apartment did not have a final walk through before I moved in. Multiple issues resulted in the unit being uninhabitable for 2 weeks from my MOVE IN DAY - I had to make other arrangements for two weeks while these issues were resolved. The plumbing for my washer/dryer just didn’t exist in the laundry room - no one could find it, my front door & back door were broken, blinds were broken, my water heater had not been drained.. so the water in the entire apartment wreaked of rotten eggs - this means I could not drink, cook, clean, bathe, give my dog water or wash my clothes, and the bathtub didn’t drain. Since then I have had countless issues with my air conditioning in the summer heat. Somehow the AC unit was completely out of Freon (twice now) & ice was dropping on the metal panel in the ceiling of bathroom, scaring the living daylights out of my dog & I all hours of the day/night. Apparently it took 5 maintenance work orders to fix the issue - not to mention on the 4th visit the contractor somehow put a ‘temporary hold’ on the system and my AC wouldn’t cool anywhere below 84 degrees. The person above me sounds like they are hosting a WWE Smackdown Live every night, I want to pull my hair out - making noise complaints does nothing. The complex actually sent out contractors to check the insulation in my ceiling.. little to no insulation in my ceiling. To fix the issue, construction was needed to cut 6 holes in the ceiling, add insulation, fix the drywall and paint all while I worked from home + holding my 120 pound dog by her leash, as I do not own a crate for her. Then there was a large leak affecting multiple units in my building, which caused us to be placed in a hotel while construction fixed the issue. I am 100% sure there was black mold in this entire building. All workers were wearing respirator masks while working in my unit and while building while they displaced us in hotels and refused to answer my questions when I asked them about issues/problems. My my dog weighs 120 pounds and I work from home, my setup cannot connect via WiFi, wired connection only - I spent 5 hours of my time searching for a hotel to accommodate myself & my dog for a problem that is not my own nor caused by my own doing because the apartment complex couldn’t figure out where to place me. After the complex finally found a place, my dog got FLEAS from the hotel. In order to move to a new room, the hotel required my dog to get a flea dip, take new flea meds and I also needed my car detailed. The apartment complex swore up and down the hotel would pay for this and they did not.. once I brought this to their attention the apartment complex PROMISED to reimburse me for all the costs out of pocket AND give me 1 month of free rent. They have not done any of the above. Also, I am taking donations for $6.30 they claim I have an outstanding balance for.. my account statement is completely $0.00 out yet they somehow claim I owe them $6.30. So donations are being accepted on my GoFundMe. This is far beyond lack of awareness and responsibility, it is neglect. All in all, if you STILL decide to move here after reading this review - God bless & Godspeed.

LOVE IT!!I entered this property very frustrated and so upset with having to rush and find another apartment after Id been given completely incorrect information about my unit at another community. I initially met with Junior and he truly went above and beyond by making this process much smoother than I even imagined. To make things even better, Scott got involved and I left there on Cloud 9. I was treated like a potential resident wants to and should be treated. Although my move-in date for the other property was scheduled for 12/15/19 and my new unit at Towers at Mercer Crossing wont be available until 2/2020, I will gladly wait just because I know the level of professionalism that I will be dealing with. These guys are absolutely amazing and I cant wait to move in...not to mention the apartments are beautiful.

This place puts any uptown/downtown lofts/condos to shame with their amazing décor, amenities, floor plans and family. Yes, I said family! They make it a point to get to know everyone here with their community events. I attended a resident event with a friend and I personally witnessed Junior single handedly name residents by name. I would recommend to anyone who loves a beautiful home and a community where you actually know and talk to your neighbors, to sign here. This is just what this located needed! Be sure to ask for Junior when you come to look for an apartment. He will make your apartment search less stressful and find you the perfect home!

5 stars for this Crew! Miguel was able to walk me through the application process with ease! The whole process took no more than 20 minutes. By far the best experience i have ever had renting a property. If you get a chance to go by the Towers at Mercer Crossing, Robert is a double shot of expresso mixed with Red Bull. After a long day of work, Roberts animated introduction, lifted my spirits! I immediately felt at HOME!! A very enthusiastic crew! Nice job fellas!!!!

Very bad place to live, the administration is lousy, they never treat you laugh at your problems, I have lived here since February and on 4 occasions they tried to steal my F-350 truck and they got all the police reports and never heard anything, the Mrs. Maneger Tara told me that this was not a problem of the property if a vehicle that they do not care about is stolen because of this, today 07-15-2020 between 3:30 pm and 6:00 pm my truck was stolen in the parking lot in the 4th floor when we went with the police to the office they had already left or they waited for the officer, very bad security here for the residents, just as bad treatment from the administration when you call, I do not recommend these very nice apartments at all outside but bad inside
