We scheduled with the phone service for a morning appointment at 10:00. That day when morning came we received this text, We arrange the jobs in a logical geographical order based on location to cut down on the time we spend driving from job to job. You are the 4th job on the list. We just started the 2nd job.Then in the evening we received this text,Im so sorry it got so late. Would you rather they do this tomorrow morning for you? They dont have regular customers scheduled tomorrow. They have apartment hallways. So they could be much more accommodating and actually get to you in the morning if you would prefer that.The next morning when we asked where they were, we got this text, Im thinking about 10:30. Hes cleaning an apartment in Moorhead and then heading your way.We replied with this text, We are cancelling. We found someone to come first thing in the morning like we wanted.

Alan did a spectacular job cleaning the carpets in my rental prior to checkout. He was communicative throughout the service, providing pictures as he went and advising of an additional cost to treat some tough dirt tracks on my stairs, and was a joy to chat with before and after. All promises made as advertised were kept, and you cannot beat their rates! I will gladly recommend Express to anyone needing their services - they have a future repeat customer in me!

They have responded and have made it satisfactory with me. This review does not reflect on the service that was provided, just reflects on the fact that they were 2 hrs late. AL is the best carpet cleaner. He has been to our new place recently moved into and noticed water damage before even the management did. He also fixed our gutters and our mower lol. Honestly that guy is a work alcoholic and so amazing. I also had him do our previous place and I can’t stop mentioning what a spectacular talented individual he really is. Very honest personable and gracious. What a true blessing. Above and beyond.

Express Carpet Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning our apartment carpets for move out. They went out of their way to schedule us on a day they were already booked full. Pricing was more affordable than I expected.

Alan did a great job with our carpets. Everything looks great and smells fresh. The picture and video messages as he was cleaning were really nice. You could see how it looked before and after as he went, without having to be there. He was punctual, up front with his pricing, and very friendly to work with. Amazing job. Sends before and after pictures to your phone so even if you are at work he keeps you up to date. If there is a spot you notice after they have left and you are checking your place over they will come back and redo the spot for you. Definitely will use them again.

These folks are fantastic! I contacted them earlier this week and they scheduled an appointment for me right away for this weekend. This business is super reputable and have heard nothing but great things about them. I actually called to have a carpet cleaned and later found out that my property managers had done it themselves. The gentleman I had talked to was super courteous and did not charge me a cancellation fee. There prices are outrageously cheap and all of my friends recommended me to them for all of their great work. I would not hesitate to use them in the future!

Everytime I get my carpets cleaned I use this guy! He is friendly, courteous and can sure get some tough stains and smells out! He will send you videos of your carpets both getting cleaned and then the finished product. He is the best in the f/m area and I highly recommend.
