Obscenely expensive. They charged $425 to clean our carpets and two sets of cloth blinds prior to checkout. When I mentioned this to the person that was checking me out, she said she had never heard of anyone being charged more than $250 for that type of unit. I had read that they offer a first-time discount but when I asked the guy about it, he indicated that I was already getting some kind of discount but clearly I was not. To be fair, he did do a nice job cleaning but their rates are just too high for the service provided.
