Father and sons is the best service that I have ever used for my commercial and residential properties. They are clean and on time and professional. As soon as I walked in everything looked brand new I now schedule them on a regular basis I would recommend them over everyone.

I called in need of my carpets being cleaned ASAP. They set up a time just a few days out, since I requested a Saturday appointment. I was impressed they would clean my carpets on Saturday, which saved me a vacation day. They arrived on time, and went right to work. I was vacuuming, and they told me I didnt have to, since they would prior to cleaning my carpets. I have a houseful of pets, which are hard on my carpets. They used special solution to help neutralize any pet odor. They took their time and did a great job, rejuvenating my carpets, leaving them looking great and smelling a whole lot better. They even showed me the results as they were cleaning the problem areas I pointed out.I would recommend you call Father and Sons for all your cleaning needs. They cleaned my carpets like they were their own. Ive had other carpet cleaners come in and race to get it done, so they could get to the next unsuspecting customer. I showed them what I wanted clean, and they gave me a price. I was very pleased with the price I paid, for the results achieved. This company is all about customer satisfaction!! You will be vary happy you called them, and VERY satisfied with the cost for such great results!

Had our main floor done and honestly the best carpet cleaning I have ever seen. There is a lot of traffic through this area and a handful of stains - when they were finished our carpet looked, felt and smelled brand new!! Superior staff, thorough, extremely affordable- highly recommend.

No stars!!!! Use a different company they will do a better job and not rip you off!! Worst service I have ever had! We are selling our house and wanted to clean the carpets. The house was empty so I told them they could shampoo the carpets when I was gone. I went there after the scheduled appointment to see how they turned out. I get there to find out they didn’t even shampoo the carpets but took my money. I literally put my face to the carpet to see if it smelled clean, nope. It wasn’t damp or anything. So I called the owner and he said he would go out and do it him self. I asked for a discount because of the hassle, he agreed to send a check for $50 after some convinceing. I paid $300 for 3 tiny bedroom stairs and living room. He never sent the check. I would never go through them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Very unhappy with services received. Very unprofessional!

Today they cleaned my carpet in my apartment and did an excellent job. The employee was very skilled and efficient and finished the job in about an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone. You will be satisfied with the work they do.

Father and Sons was able to get my carpets cleaned on short notice and my carpets have never looked better! The high traffic area that was obviously dirtier than the rest of the carpet looks amazing and youd never know the foot traffic it sees. I will absolutely call them again and I highly recommend Father and Sons.

I called 2 hours prior to my appointment to make sure that I was still in their schedule, they said yes. 2 hours later they dont show up so I call them again. Sorry, well be 15 minutes late they said. After an hour passed, I call multiple times and they dont answer, they even started to screen my calls (dial tone shortened). Dont use this business, no respect for other peoples time.

I contacted this company to clean my new house after reading several reviews. The day one guy was supposed to come to give me a quote, he was two and a half hours late. He did notify me that he wasnt going to be there late, but then when he called to tell me hed be there in 10 minutes, he didnt show up for an hour. I hired them after receiving the quote and I let them clean the house without me being present since I hadnt moved anything in. My carpet was still damp when I went to check so I know something was done, but the carpet definitely did not look clean. In some of the rooms the carpet was crunchy. I was not impressed with the customer service or the price.

Father and Sons was great! I had a last minute work trip and was not going to have time to get my carpets cleaned before I left. I was desperate and called them hoping I would be able to get it done before the end of my lease at my apartment. They took care of EVERYTHING! I came home from my trip with my carpets cleaned and they got the receipt to my rental office! The carpets came out great and I will only be using them in the future!! Thank you Father and Sons!

The short of it:1. They did a better cleaning job on short notice than any other service weve used.2. They did a more thorough cleaning at the same cost as other services.3. Great service for those with families and pets.This company is the top rated carpet cleaning company in the Fargo/Moorhead area for a reason. Not only did they come on short notice, they performed at a higher level than any other company out there we have ever used. As previous apartment dwellers, weve used A LOT of different companies. They were respectful of my home, cleaned thorougly, and left our carpet drier than we ever could have hoped. They even like kids! The bill didnt leave me shocked, either. It was completely competitive with everyone else, but more of a value for our dollar simply because the quality of service was so much higher.
