They do not answer questions about pricing before hand. When I asked about the excessive pricing of the task after the service again, the front desk guy behaved arrogantly with me and avoided my question without giving any reasonable answer. On top of that recommended me to do more unnecessary work on my car with quotation (which I did not ask for). When I refused to proceed with those suggestions, the front desk guy again replied me arrogantly and almost threw the receipt at me to sign. Extremely unprofessional service. Do not recommend at all.

Customer service is top notch here..polite, timely communication and upfront & honest. I took my car in for repair estimates and they gave a very reasonable estimate. After further looking into my car, the repairs would have been extremely extensive and may not have fixed the problem. So instead of just doing the repairs I was quoted, they gave me the honest outcome and gave me options before doing any repairs. I truly appreciate that they gave it to me straight and only charged me for the diagnostic test. They will definitely be taking care of the maintenance on my next vehicle! 2 years after having new front suspension parts put in and aligned, I noticed front tire worn strange. I had another shop align it for the 1st time which only means one thing. Adrians charged me for doing something they didnt do. Both toe and caster...

I am seeing some not so great reviews and i just want to say that ive been going through Adrians automotive for a few years now and ive never been anything but satisfied😊 I dropped my camry off 2 days ago in the middle of the night (knowing that they didnt have an opening yet) and they got my car looked at first thing the next morning Trent is an amazing man and I have never felt like hes ever tried to up sale me on anything and has always made sure I got my delivery driver discount... Right after I pickex up my car i dropped off my truck and Trent again being amazing has kept me in the loop with everything he would recommend acting as if hes working on his own vehicle. As long as Trent and Adrian are working together I will never bring my vehicles anywhere else thanks you guys!

Took my F150 in for a heater core everyone in town quoted me $1000 to $1400 to get it replaced, Adrians came at me with $800 and got me in earlier than anyone else could! They even took it in a couple days early and had it back to me in one day! One including parts was unbelievable Trent is a great guy to work with he called me and told me it was the heater core and his quote was spot on, Taking apart a 20 year old dash and didnt break one clip! The tech even stayed a little later to finish the truck early! I can not recommend these guys enough!!

Called to get a quote for my brake pads and rotors and got the best price!! Trent has amazing customer service and let me know they could get it in today and done before my second shift! Great shop, went in for an oil change and to have a tire checked. The service was friendly and the car was ready in less than an hour. The student discount is very nice. I will be bringing my car here for future oil changes.

Paid and arm and leg to get my car towed here. I told them that I believe my fuel pump was damaged and needed to be repaired. They let my car warm up in their shop overnight, replaced my battery in my remote and since it started once it was good to go(because it warmed up in their shop) a week and a half later I’m needing to tow my car again and they said they will not help me with towing fees or repair fees because it’s a different problem from my key. It was repaired today at a different body shop, and it was my fuel pump like I said it was when I came into adrians the first time. Great work guys

Screeching sound. Chunky turning. Bearings went out. Dropped my car off by surprise, and had it back within a few business hours. I bought both front bearings, so they eliminated the fee for taking a look. At $90/hr theyre the lowest Ive found in FM Area.UPDATE: Truck feels as smooth as a marble...and folks say Im as sharp as a marble, so I know marbles.

Inspection said $50 but they charged me $55. Not sure what the extra $5 was for but I paid it and took my vehicle elsewhere. Im also a student but did not get the student discount. Would of appreciated them working with me since the inspection only took 10 min and they charged me $55 but that is how it is with vehicles and shops sometimes.

I brought my car to Adrians in September for an alternator, as a friend who also has a Nissan recommended them to me. They got my car in quick fixed it total bill was about 1200, if you drive a Nissan they are usually pricey to fix so this wasnt to bad for all they did. However last week my alternator went out again had it towed back to the shop as it was under warranty and shouldnt have had to pay anything to get it fixed. Long story short I had to take some where else to get fix. They did however credit back 840 for the alternator and tow. After talking to Adrian himself we found he was very reasonable to work with.

Such a positive experience. They looked at my car and had the issues fixed all in the same day! Very friendly as well, which makes it comfortable for those of us who may be more uncertain or nervous.

Honest. Would never sell you anything you dont need. Ive been going here for almost 10 years if not more Im not exactly sure but nothing has ever changed. Theyre always straight forward with what you need and what it costs. Ive recommended them so several people over the years and not a single one of them has been mad about their experience there.

Very honest and affordable

I have been going to Adrians since it opened, whether it be for unexpected problems or just general car maintenance and they have always gone above and beyond. I have called more than once with no appointment or just stopped by and they have always found a way to get my vehicle in and repaired very quickly! Prices are always fair and I appreciate the fact that they dont charge me for things I dont need. As my car has gotten older, it has had minor and major problems. Adrians crew is aware of how long I am hoping to make my vehicle last and are very informative about what I need to do to make that happen. I am not knowledgable about motor vehicles and I like that they take the time to explain exactly what the issue is in a manner that makes sense to me. They provide quotes and options for what needs to be done NOW and what can be held off on. I appreciate the honesty and quality of repair work. Just this week I had a fuel injector go out and called in, they didnt have any openings but said to bring it by and they would see what they could do. Within probably and hour or two of dropping it off, I was contacted by them with the diagnostic information, given a fair quote and ended up getting my vehicle back before the end of the day! Two days after my repair, Adrian contacted me to check up with me on how my vehicle was running and made sure I was pleased with my now much faster and more efficient running vehicle! I would never consider taking my car anywhere else.

Adrians auto care is in my opinion the only place to go for all of your car problems. Trent the front desk guy is very knowledgeable and they are always up front about prices and if they dont have the parts they will get them ordered and delivered in no time at all, and they never do any work without getting your input first. In my book they do A+ work, and very competitively priced too!

Was in town for surgery (3 hours away from home) alternator quit working on Monday morning. Called Adrians told them what was going on. They said get the alternator while I was at the parts store and they would try to get it done before lunch. I got to Adrians and 45 minutes later I was walking out the door with a fixed vehicle. Really happy they were able to get it in right away and done.

Went for an oil change about 2000 miles ago. After parking one night, a bunch of oil was on the ground. After some simple diagnosis, the oil filter was loose. After changing my oil, this shop didnt even properly tighten my filter. My 10 year old self couldve done this properly

Very nice to work with up front, however I cant say I trust the mechanics. I have brought 2 vehicles in for a couple fixes and for one it took two tries to fix the power steering, they failed to hook up the cv joint on my other vehicle, and yet another time I paid more than a couple hundred dollars to fix an oil/coolant leak but they failed to even help the problem. Like I said, they are good to work with but be wary.

Adrians is definitely the best work Ive gotten in town. They are very timely and have more than fair prices. They have always done exceptional work and dont try to sell you on additional work like most places.I had a vehicle hood that would not open because of an old cable that got stretched out over time. I brought it to a couple other places, and nobody bothered to try and help me open it. One place even recommended I just force it open and then replace whatever breaks afterwards. I brought it to Adrians and they had it open in no time with a camera scope and a metal rod. Been going there ever since.Highly recommended!

Recently brought my car in to Adrians for some maintenance on my car. It seemed to be idleing too fast when parked and when driving. While one the many issues wasnt completely resolved, (because of an issue that was caused by my father and myself by putting in an aftermarket part previously) Every other problem was fixed within not only a timely manner, but cost effective as well. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and was contacted for every change that was going to be made to the car before it was done so that I would know what was being done, as well as what the cost would be.I would (and will) recommend Adrians to all of my friends in Fargo.

By far the best service center in the F-M area. I have taken my vehicle there multiple times and there service is very affordable. Also on multiple occasions they recommended certain options as to fixing my issues and what was best for the vehicle and most easily affordable.

These guys are seriously awesome and professional. From personal experience, they have fixed my care multiple times and have never had any issues with them. They are timely, prompt, professional, and very courteous.I know for a fact that Dave, the mechanic, fixed my broken auto start after the Chevy Dealership COULD NOT fix it. Also, the dealership overcharged me for way too much money and didnt fix the problems I had asked for. But, in less than 7 hours, my cars issues were fixed and he also fixed my auto start without me even asking.Class A auto repair place, will not go anywhere else.Highly recommended.

I chose Adrians Autocare because of their lower than average labor rate of $70.00 per hour and they would install the parts I supplied. They fixed the problem and charged me for 2.65 hours of labor. Thats great I thought. Less than $200.00! Wrong! The bill was $480.00! Thats $181.00 per hour, not the $70.00 per hour he advertises. Classic bait and switch. Then to top it off, when they parked my car on their lot after the estimate the night before they left it unlocked and when I picked it up my digital camera and GPS were gone. If you like surprises and appreciate a good old fashioned con job then Adrians is the place for you!

Adrians did a super job getting my Sons car back on the road after his accident. I drove up to Fargo the day after the accident, took a look at the car and though it was going to be $1,000 to fix it. I called Adrians and 3 days later it was fixed for $700-including the alignment . Now my Sons back on the road and has a good repair shop nearby-Load off my mind.

Honesty is hard to find in this line of work, but it seems to be Adrians Auto Cares mission statement. On top of that, theyve always provided excellent and efficient service every time I need car repair and that is why Ive been coming here the last five years.

I have never had better service for my vehicles. They are up front and honest. They explain things in simple terms and dont talk down to you.

I loved but being changed 500 to put on an alternator is ridiculous. I was changed 277.00 for the part when OREILLY sells it for 177.00. I asked Trent about why it was so high he said we have to make a profit on the part; I get making a profit but at almost a 100% Mark up on a part? Yeah I wont be back.

When they replaced the oil filter cover and forgot to add enough oil to the engine,so I drove it without oil for many hours which caused a severe engine damage,The front desk guy named Trent is very rude, when I called him back next morning and confirmed if they added oil after replace the filter cover, he said they did,but thats impossible the engine burned the whole engine oil within a couple of hours, when I continue asking him questions, Trents response was: what do you want? I have fking15 cars line up! well. I Just want my car fixed. I will never go to this place due to their unprofessional customer service

Worse service ever,do not go here they are cons!!!!!!i was a regular customer for over a year and a half.ive spent over $2500 on repairs to my car and this company always got my business, money and car.went there Friday to just fix my air and was told it would take an hour and be $132. Got there and the Trent guy shot the price to 150 when he realized I had my own part .i bought my own part because they were trying to sale a $25 dollar part for 70 dollars! He said that they had to make their money too this is a business. Yeah a business that rips people off!than when they got my car in the back the Trent guy said I needed my brakes fixed too which I was fully aware of but I brought my car here to get my air fix and thats all I wanted! my boyfriend was going to fix my brakes this weekend.but that had nothing to do with him at all,all I wanted was my air fixed!thats all I came there to get done?dude told me he would not give me my car back or fix the air unless i paid over 300 dollars upfront to get the brakes fixed too!this dude is sick and crazy?i asked for the owners number he said the owner could not do anything to him and he would not give me the number,was refusing to give me my car back and lied saying by law he could not release car to me unless I paid them to 300 bucks to fix it,but what he was doing was trying to get more money out of me that I didnt have.i was treated like a dog off the street instead of a paying regular customer.i advise everyone not to go here.these are some of the most racist unprofessional people I have ever seen.they only appreciate your money they do value you as a customer.....do not support a business where the owner upholds his racist employees!that only shows that he is a racist as well!!!!take your car and your money to a business that is fair,does not try to con you out of your hard earned money and will at least offer you a curtesy ride or a loaner car while your CAR is in their shop like every other mechanic shop does!these people are racist!racist racist! Some of my friends have had work done there and Ive heard only positive feedback from my friends.

Had my ball joint fixed, wheel alignment, and brand new tires put on my car. I traveled to st. cloud mn and noticed my tire was knocking and felt like it was going to fall off. I pulled over and left my car in Alexandria mn. Had my car taken to another shop and they told me all 4 of my tires were ready to fall off! Im thankful they never fell off completely and that my daughters werent in the car. Whats even more disappointing is my mom had her tire put back on poorly and hardly made it a block after Adrians Autocare Center did work on her car as well. Gave them another chance but we will be going somewhere else now for sure due to this happening again. That is dangerous and wont chance it again. Although they were very friendly when I called to complain something was wrong with my tires only days after they had done all the work.

I took my car in to have the brake hydraulic hoses and brake caliper replaced, but when that was done $288 later my brakes still didnt work. I received a call only to hear I had more problems with my brakes and for another $200 they could fix it. On the same side the caliper was replaced one of the wheel studs snapped off and the others are in terrible condition. I called to get it fix, but Adrians Autocare Center refused to take responsibility for their mistake even though they obviously removed the tire and didn’t put it back on properly. When I noticed the problem my tire was a few blocks away from falling off and potentially causing an accident. Thanks.

The first time I took my car to Adrians was due to a leakage on the break system a year ago. I went to Adrians recommended by another small autoshop (the only employee of the other autoshop had a back surgery and they could not take the job). They repaired my brake leak within the same day and for less than half the cost that SEARS asked me for and quite faster (SEARS kept my car for 10 days waiting first for the autopart price, and latter for the autopart to arrive, so finally I decided to tow my car to Adrans autocare Center to be fixed).After that I always take my 2002 SUV to them. The last work I did with Adrians Autocare Center was the CV joint replacement (they were doing the typical click-click-click sound when turning). They are honest, do things within the day (good for me since I have only one car), and have a nice attitude toward clients. I do highly recommend them.

Great customer service, fair prices, complete transparency with prices/, quick turn around, and very trustworthy!I recently had my car towed into Adrians Autocare Center after I thought my starter wasnt working. They suggested to run a diagnostic report to make sure it wasnt something else. After they did the test, they found out that the starter wasnt the problem and neither was the battery, instead, it was the cables connecting the two. They then offered me two options to either replace the part, or repair it and got to work as soon as I chose to repair it. I got my car back within three days and now it starts faster than it did before the problem occured. I am a woman and compared to my past experiences with other mechanics, Adrians is a place I will be going back to. They told me the prices upfront, clearly explained the problems and solutions without talking down to me or being condescending at all. That was very appreciated!
