Overall disappointed with my most recent experience getting tires & alignment. Twice I mentioned my truck had custom suspension components (both when making the appointment, and then when checking in). I waited around for almost two hours, only to be told my trucks frame was bent and they couldnt align it. However when I asked how they knew it was bent, I was given a dismissive answer about our machine has lasers. If anyone had bothered to ask, or taken me back in the shop (I was told not allowed for insurance reasons), I could have pointed out where the radius arm could be adjusted to get things in spec. At least I wasnt charged for the time on the rack.I didnt feel like arguing at checkout, and since they had already installed the tires I wanted, had already parked my vehicle outside, and was told I was not being charged extra, I just paid and left. My impression is the business is set up to shovel as many customers through as possible by the book, and avoid non-stock or more involved repairs.If you just want cheap fast tires, Id rather just go to Fleet Farm or Walmart. If you are an enthusiast whose vehicle specs arent in their fancy laser machine, youre probably better off at a shop that caters to imports, 4x4s, etc.

My bill would have been around $150-170 for a new tire on the back and a repair on the front. During taking the rear off, 2 of the studs were ruined (it happens) so well lets get them replaced. They didnt have a regular mechanic on duty so it couldnt be repaired. Im a certified automotive technician and said let me back there and Ill do it Well of course insurance cant allow that BUT the manager dropped the Bill to $65 bucks because they couldnt do it and I had to do it at home. I WILL ALWAYS GO BACK TO THEM 110% awesome 👍😎👍😎👍😎

I went to get new tires on my 2013 Subaru legacy, and I also needed an alignment. I got my new tires on and they told me I would have to come in tomorrow for the alignment. So now I go in for an alignment and after waiting for nearly 2 hours they gave me a list of parts that will need to be replaced before an alignment can be done. After being devastated that the cost would be over $1800. They charged me for an inspection of the vehicle. I told them that I came in for an alignment not an inspection. So then they said, well I could have easily done an alignment to the best of my ability and charge you $80 for a job that wasnt done correctly. So I paid the $45 for an inspection, that I didnt ask for. What they should have done is ask me if they can do an inspection. Not just charge me for something I didnt want. when they found out that something is wrong with my suspension, they should have told me that. Then asked me if I wanted to do an inspection to find out what all needs to be replaced. My 1st impression of this place was good. But after having this experience I cannot leave a good review. I also come to find out that in my estimation they wrote that 2 struts will cost around $700, I did some research and they cost about $70-100 a strut. They did a horrible estimation, and charged me for something I didnt ask for.I bumped it to a 3 start, since the assistant manager Sam reached out to me and talked about the situation. I was refunded the inspection fee in full.

Carl, Greg, and the crew did a great job on my new tires. They quoted me a really good price even though my tires were special order. They got everything on there without any dings or marks. I had the GTR up to speed today and everything is balanced perfect. You can trust them with any large wheels and tires. Thanks again everyone for the extra effort on the car.

OK Tire is exactly what the name says: OK. They offer tires and quick installation. However, the first time I was there they gave me the wrong size tire, which soon after proved detrimental to the alignment. They replaced the tire for free, but the alignment had to be done separately.Still, the employees were super helpful and nice. They have a great selection of tires, rims, and more for any vehicle. If not in store, they can easily order it online. I would definitely go back if any problems would arise on my new vehicle.

Let me tell you about Kelly and really all of their customer service. These people are the best ever hands down. Kelly went above and beyond and took the time to quote me on several different types of tires and answered all of the questions I had and had great suggestions. All of my vehicles will be getting new shoes only from this location. They also do oil changes!

OK Tires is the very best place in town to get your flat tire fixed. When I made the appointment to take my flat to the big box store, a little voice in my mind that told me I should just go to OK Tire because it would be much easier, but I wanted the road hazard warranty to cover the work. After waiting at the big box store for over an hour, my tire was still flat and I was told to go to another shop in town because they didnt have the capability to fix it. The big box store didnt even bother to put my tire back on the rim before throwing it back in my car, and they also didnt mark the valve stem before removing it, causing it to have to be rebalanced in addition to having the hole fixed. After a quick 20 minute wait at OK Tire, not only was my flat fixed, they also tucked the spare back up under the car, put the jack, lug wrench away in the side panel in the back AND vacuumed the dirt out of the back. I wish I had listened to that inner voice in the first place and I would have saved myself both time and money!

I feel awful not doing this sooner. I have been meaning to write this review for a long time, and had your employees card in my car to remind me to write it, but the other day it got thrown away accidentally, so I have to write it now or Ill never do it. Unfortunately I have no memory of who helped me.Two years ago, on a ten hour drive from Rochester, MN to Watford City, I had some tire trouble. I basically was driving on the wire cords on two of my tires. I had almost no money, and since I was from MN the credit options werent available to me. They worked with me, found a solution, and made sure I was able to make it to work safely and affordably. When I was ready to get the other two replaced, I made sure to wait until I was going through your city again before I did it because your location had more than earned my loyalty and return business.I am only sad I dont work in ND anymore, because I would still be using you for all my tire needs.Sorry this is so late.

GREAT SERVICE!!! I called late on a Monday morning to get an appointment for new tires. I was pleasantly surprised when they informed me that I could get my tires that same day! I brought my car over to drop it off and go back to work. Before my ride had showed up to bring me back to work (even though they offered to shuttle me back themselves), they already had my car in the shop working on it. Less than an hour later, they called to tell me it was ready to pick up. The price was right and the staff was more than easy to work with. This is the 2nd set of tires I have gotten from them and I will continue to go back. The service is top notch!!

Ive been getting my tires and assorted vehicle maintenance done here for about 8 years now. Absolutely one of the best shops in town, no question about that. Their customer service is off the charts and they are always looking out for their customers best interest. I will continue to come here for the foreseeable future.

I went into the store, and I was helped right away, Mike and Allison did an amazing job at helping me pick out the right tires that would fit my budget, and I was out of there within the hour with new tires!

Great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful with the quote over the phone and got me in the very next morning. Greeted me with cheer when I brought my car in, gave me a ride back to work and picked me up when it was done without so much as a grumble. When you are quite literally STUCK without your own car, thats huge. The tire itself may have been slightly cheaper elsewhere but the service would have paled in comparison. Would recommend and use again.

I walked in with little to no experience about tires or wheels. I received some of the best customer service and I felt understood when discribing what I wanted. Billy was extremely nice and helped me with picking out the right wheels for me! He even came to my work and took my vehicle in for me! I highly recommend OK Tire, they were super great!

My tires were falling apart, and could no longer hold air for more than a day. I called ok tire expecting to have to wait a couple days to get my car in. But I didnt even have to wait. They squeezed me in that same day an hour after I called and they worked late to get it done for me. 100% the only tire store for me. Customer for life. Alyson was super awesome with fantastic customer service.

Really enjoy the quality of service I receive here. Prices are on the higher end but definitely not expensive. Being a college student it was nice to find this place that gets you the best possible price for there services. They also look over your whole car and recommend what should be done and what can wait.

Definitely recommend OK Tire! If you are like me, you always wonder how badly you are getting ripped off by repair places. And I have gotten ripped off (overcharged, unnecessary services, etc.) plenty of times. Fortunately, OK Tire has consistently given me great service, reasonable prices, and honesty about repairs needed. I recently went in for a quote on tires for two vehicles we thought needed tires ASAP. Shawn (sales manager) was honest and straightforward - he recommended waiting to get new tires as our current tires were still good for a few months. He gave me quotes that were several hundred dollars less than quotes from other places in Fargo! I plan to continue giving them my business, because they actually care about your satisfaction with their services as opposed to other places that see you as a number and a checkbook.

I have been going here for years But that will end now. I bought a set of grabbers from them. I was having problems like they were unbalanced I waited 1000 miles to take it back in but they wanted money to even look at the problem so I decided to take it somewhere else and yeah all of them were unbalanced The guy wasn’t very friendly about it. I see the customer service has really gone down hill.

Got unloaded there this morning. The door where they unload tractor trailers is on the back right corner of the building. A little tight backing in but they waste no time getting you in and out of there. Awesome place, friendly people.

I had a tire with a screw in it that OK patched for me. A couple months later the patch was leaking so they repaired it at no cost. A year later from the original service the same patch was leaking. They were unable to repair it so they found me the same tire used for cheap. They replaced the tire and subtracted the original cost of the repair from my bill. They will receive all my tire business for as long as we still have tires on vehicles!

Very disappointed in the service manager. Had a diesel auto that needed an oil change. Called to get quote, was told one price so I scheduled an appointment for the oil change. Stopped in a day later to confirm the correct oil would be used. Was still told the same price for oil change. Day of appointment dropped my car off and they doubled the price of the oil change. They had all the details of what my car needed. The service manager failed to do his job and actually look up the price of the oil. Stated the sale ended 6 days ago. My first phone call to them was after the sale ended anyway. This place is sketchy! Watch out!!!!!

Nice facility and fine staff. Came in at 11, was told to come back at 12 to be ready. They said my car would be serviced around 12:45. Waited in the lobby until 2 and found out they hadnt even started servicing my car yet. At least they had wifi.They also would not let me use a 10% discount from my employer because according to them I already had a good deal on tires.

Went in to get tpms checked found out tire was low on nitrogen, I specified there was nitrogen in the tires and had nice valve covers that said it too they ended up putting air in first. Again told them its nitrogen watched the guy look and my caps and laugh then went to go get nitrogen bottles. found out later that they took my nice caps and replaced it with cheap caps that didnt say they were nitrogen filled called and complained they told me they would send me a new set I had to pay for postage and it was cheap plastic ones not the nice ones I originally bought for my car

The worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. Issues never got fixed properly when I was told they would. Every time I brought car in to be fixed I had to go back to have the them do it again and my issue still never got fixed until I brought it to a place that actually knows what they are doing. General Manager is rude and unhelpful. The only good thing I have to say about the place is that Sean in sales is a great guy and knows what good customer service means. Hopefully he will move to a company that does not just try to get money from people while lying about their ability to fix vehicles.

Had to get a tire patched. Dropped off the tire and picked it up a few hours later. $30 was the damage. I figured it would be about $20-$25. Not the end of the world, atleast they got me rolling again. The parking lot can get fairly congested, that would be awesome if it could be expanded.

New tire quoting/sale. Was quoted the price as it included tax/etc... i.e. - the price quoted was the price paid.Speedy/professional service.
