This company was very open and honest with me. Although they did not complete the work they were honest with the work required and even went the extra mile to inform me that the work should be covered under a warranty since there was a recall. Being very knowledgeable in the industry greatly help me. Without them I would have been out a vehicle and out several thousands of dollars. What a blessing from God this group was.

Because it’s hot these days I took my daughter “s vehicle in for them to check why the AC wasn’t working. They claim they fixed it we went by to pick vehicle up, on our way home the vehicle caught on fire. Gas station attendants brought fire extinguisher to help and once hood was popped they left parts laying on the engine and open water tank it was a hot mess. We left vehicle called them and towed vehicle back to them to fix it this time. Hopefully they do. I shd have taken my vehicle to the dealership.

I was traveling through ND from WA when my 2003 Ford F150 started having transmission problems. I was able to get to Elite Automotive Center - which isnt far off I94. I had to leave my truck and the trailer I was towing behind and get back to WA. They diagnosed the problem, ordered a remanufactured transmission, installed, and tested. They kept me in the loop the entire time and were fast and friendly (work completed in a week and a half). The pricing was fair. Its running like a champ and I have a 3yr warrantee on the transmission. I was able to use my Synchrony Car Care credit at Elite - which allows me to take my vehicle to my local repair shop in WA if I have problems with the work (as they also are part of the NAPA Car Care network).

The staff is FANTASTIC! I took in our van for an oil change and a tune up. They did a thorough inspection and gave me a great assessment of some other item which may need to be repaired in the future. When going over possible repairs they gave me an honest assessment os which items were a priority and which ones could wait until next summer. This is where I am getting all of may automotive repairs done in the future!

We were visiting town for a concert and something happened to our wheel where it was making a very loud noise. We didnt know of a place to go, but Elite was in the area. It was a Friday at noon and they were not open on Saturday. Phillip and another gentleman were able to get our car fixed that day... and better yet, it was something minor and they fixed it for NO CHARGE. We highly appreciate their customer service! It was nice to be valued in a city that we were not familiar with. They saved our weekend. We are very grateful!

This was the single greatest experience Ive ever had with an auto repair shop, which most people will think, well the bar isnt set very high... BUT, I have to say, I left after bringing my car in, getting it diagnosed, repaired and paid for, feeling incredibly satisfied and with my faith in humanity restored for one more day.I was in Fargo for business (from Minneapolis) and had a meeting at 11am, and then needed to get home to my wife and daughter immediately after the meeting (a 3.5 hour drive). When I left my hotel in the morning, the check engine light came on in my car and it started sputtering and driving poorly, so I stopped at the closest place to me at about 9:30am (not Elite) and they said the quickest they could get it in was after lunch. Didnt help me much so I went in my car to Google other auto shops near me and I luckily stumbled upon and called Elite Auto Center and spoke to one of these owners, Phil, who said he could get my car looked at in about 45 min, so I barely got my car there and from the start it was pure, professional friendliness.Not only did they get my car diagnosed in less than 45 min (faulty engine coil), Phil personally drove me to my meeting in town at 11 while my car was being fixed, and then picked me back up when I was finished, so that I could leave on time and get back home to my family, as if the car troubles never even happened! The price was reasonable and honestly, because of the exceptional, far-better-than-I-could-ever-dream-of-service and courtesy, the price of the repair wasnt even an issue to me.This is auto care of the future, and the way that every experience should and could be, if only other places tried. If I lived in the area, I wouldnt go ANYWHERE else, ever, for my vehicles to be repaired or serviced. Thank you guys, times a thousand!

Great people to work with and very knowledgeable. They do what needs to be done and do not try to push you into doing anything unnecessary. This was my second time coming here and they did the job faster than normal. I was able to use my own part and also my own oil and filter for the oil change. I first went to 13th Avenue Auto Repair but they didnt seem to care about helping me fix my car as soon as possible, saying it would take over a day for a 2 hour job as well as undermining my intelligence by saying the part might not be right when they never even looked at it.. I went right to Elite Auto and was able to get the car in the next morning, using my correct part, and they were done close to 2 hours even when I added the oil change on at the last minute. Great customer service. Great people.

TOP NOTCH!! This morning I had a flat tire when I arrived to work. I called Elite Automotive Center because they are close. Phil answered the phone, CAME to my job, filled my tire up with air, brought it back to the shop, repaired it (was a screw), and BROUGHT IT BACK all within the hour. Went above and beyond the normal service of an auto repair shop. Im sure that is not always what they are able to do, but today was my lucky day! The charge was extremely reasonable. I will be using them again in the future when I have issues. They were WONDERFUL!!!! Thank you so much!! Didnt even have to leave my desk!!

Brought my vehicle in a few times as it started off seeming like they were honest people who did good work. After the last couple times, I most certainly wont be going back. The one that raised my suspicion was when they recommended I rotate my wheels after an oil change - something I had done very recently. Suspicious, but I didnt think anything of it. What broke my trust in them is a recent issue where I was having an issue with a noise my car was making. After taking it to them, they told me that the strut plate was bad, and I needed to replace it, and I should replace the struts as well. The total estimate for this repair was incredibly expensive. Needless to say, I shopped around for other estimate. And Im rather livid. First, for the make and model of my car, the entire repair would cost about $300-400 less through out the rest of the F-M area at every shop I checked at. I, and every auto mechanic I spoke with, could not fathom why they were charging half again as much as the next highest estimate for the same repair. This, however, isnt the largest reason Im not ever returning to them, or the reason Im writing this review. The reason Im so livid is that when I brought my car into another mechanic, they found out the struts didnt even need to be replaced, and were not the problem with the vehicle at all, instead the control arm of the wheel needed replacing. After getting the control arm replaced, sure enough my car no longer had any issues. So to recap, they were not only fleecing me significantly to repair my vehicle, but they also were going to repair something that didnt need to be repaired on my car, meaning I would have had to pay *more* money on top of them massively overcharging me in order to fix what was actually the problem. I highly, and I mean *highly*, suggest you avoid this shop after my experience.

We are from put of town and got to Fargo only to realized we had an extremely low tire on our vehicle. Drove around looking for an air hose and came across Elite Automotive Center. They were more than happy to help us out. Got our vehicle in immediately and made sure all 4 tires had the correct air pressure. Asked how much we owed and were told nothing. Very friendly staff and would stop in again for any service we might need.

I love these guys. They talk to me like the intelligent human being who doesnt know a ton about cars that I am, and they are always friendly. Great customer service, and they really try to work around your situation if youve been pretty loyal to them. Free popcorn and WiFi are a plus.

I have a F-150 that I am very protective of, so repair shops scare me. But working with Phil and his team, his family as they call themselves at Elite was a dream come true. Not just a quote and a yes or no. They figured out what was going on, explained it to me and why it happened, and fixed it for cheaper than I had read diligently online! I just wanted to say that Elite Automotive has excellent service every time I take my car here. My car wasnt starting at all over the weekend and I called this morning to see if they had an opening, and I had my car back within three hours. They fixed everything I asked them to (for a very reasonable amount too), and never have tried to tell me unnecessary items that need to be fixed. Now my go to place for servicing my car.

I moved to Fargo recently being new in town I needed an auto shop that I trusted with my car I had always had my best friend back home as my mechanic so I was very skeptical about picking a shop because you always hear horror stories about auto problems. When I first started going to Elite I would always call my mechanic friend to get him to go over what I was being told about my car and every time I did he agreed and would then tell me what it would cost at his shop, every time Elite beat my friends shop in price. I have always received great service from Elite and I would highly recommend Elite to anyone who is looking for quality service.

Brian at Elite provided me with a level of service far exceeding anything I normally expect from a repair shop. Take your car here, and youll be in good hands.I was in town for the week and had some issues with my front suspension. I initially took my vehicle to a different shop, and they told me what was the problem was, including a laundry list of other things I needed to fix to the tune of $1,000 (with just the suspension work being $550). I felt like I was getting the runaround, so I took it to Elite for a second opinion. Boy, Im happy that I did! They ultimately came to the same conclusion and bid me at $415 for the suspension work.Of course, I was pleased with the lower bid, but I most appreciated their respectful, straightforward approach to doing business that seems impossible to find in the auto repair industry today.

I went in thinking ok they are reasonable and seem nice and that tey woudl be honest well i had them put a part on that was suppose to fix 4 wheel drive it did not they then asked me if i would ok them to diagnose it well i said ok well 350 dollars later they said ok has to go to a GM dealer for a software update so have my wife haul over to gateway and they then told me your transfer case is shot and metal shards and chunks in it well i called and elite as they had stated nope nothing wrong with transfer case and they were so sure of it when i was there so i had no idea who was lying well it came out to be transfer case was fried and i am out 350 to elite which was more in labor then gateway charges for diagnosis so got fixed at gateway and elite called gateway when i called upset about diagnosis which who wouldnt be they were confideent it wasnt transfer case gateway went the extra mile to pull transfer case plug and go yeah this isnt good why couldnt elite? poor poor decision to to over charge for doing nothing

My car died while in Fargo for a doctors appt. At 4 p.m.!! By chance I connected with this auto center because it was close to where my car stopped working. They were professional, courteous, prompt, and altho I had to stay in town overnight due to the late hour of the work day, they had the car fixed half an hour before the time they quoted me!
