Avoid. While this store has a fairly wide inventory- their helium balloons are fun, I think that prices varies as the owner sees fit. Every time I go, there’ll be one or two things he charges me more than $1 for, even when there’s no price tag or sign that the item costs more. It’s not much, we are talking about 50 cents or so, but it’s just not kosher. At first I thought I just made a mistake, but when it happens 2-3 times, it makes me think that something is not quite right. I’m going to avoid this store. Duh.

The two friends there just finished their day at 8:20pm and asked me to hurry up with shopping. Maybe I’m not reading the store hours properly. Oh the inflation seems to be bad as none of the items are $1 - that probably explains why the sign reads dollar city +!

Walked in the door of the store and saw that it was junky and a store to search through and became a bit alarmed, but was still going to try. Then when I look to my right J see 2 men that are working in the store. I say hello loud and clear and they just looked at me then looked away. Felt very un-welcomed and turned around and walked out. I dont spend my hard earned dollars at stores I feel un-welcomed in.In response to owner reply: no they were employees, and the store was very junky. The picture is from the front door entrance. Instead of calling me a liar, how about you address the actual issues. I have almost 2k post and over 2.4 million views, there is no value for me in lying about my experience, as that helps no one. They have a variety of things but the store mainly had party stuff, paper plates, cups, it was a bit crowded, aisles were kind of narrow. Overall if youre in search for party needs, they can help.

Employees not wearing mask or helping customers physically distance during COVID-19.Nothing special about the store it’s a normal local dollar store with chain dollar stores having better prices.

I like this place very much has lot of useful things.The Cashier is very friendly and help me to find the things which I needed and gave a reasonable price compare to other stores. He is such a nice guy that he respect the other customers also which I was observed many times with a lot of smile on his face . He treats every customer friendly and politely in a well manner.I like this kind of persons, If I get the chance of opening any business I will hire this boy who is good and sincere who will take my business in a good way.

Quality products with cheap pricing

Sign is missing from the outside. Hard to find unless you know its there. Anything worth buying was more than a dollar. I prefer Dollar Tree.

I use to always come here with my son, the manager who he claim to be was so rude many times. I would go there and spend a lot of money. I was one of his best customers. One time he got mad and tried to fuss with me because I had ask if he could take some items off. He got mad. So I came back again with my son to get somethings, my son is a toddler. He stay busy. My son was right next to me and I was looking at the bowls and trying to stop my son from throwing things. The same guy came around the corner very rude to me, saying loud do you want to pay for that. Keep your child with you. I had told him hes right next to me and Im trying to stop him from throwing things. So I had asked for the manager because he was so rude. He said he was the manager. So every since I never been back with my son. Never will again, found a place thats way better to go and shop at and better customer service.

I went there weeks ago. The cashier is so rude didn’t say hi . He kept talking with his girlfriend on the phone and the speaker was on . I was mad he is careless. Lately I figure out he scan two item twice. I will never go to this place .

Dude charges $1.49 for everything, including trying to rip me off on a bag of peanut M&Ms.
