I have been buying Ford cars and using the services for 25 years. Scott Bennett my service advisor continued the tradition of excellent quality service and attention to details. He is courteous, and knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything that they were going to do and answered all my questions. In a relatively short time my car was ready. They had checked the tires and found a nail in one of the tires and they fixed it all under the warranty.I recommend Ford to all my friends.

Ive been bringing my F-150s to Koons Ford for 20 years because I can trust that their analysis and repair will be thorough, not just a superficial fix of the symptoms. I try to keep my vehicles for 10 years or more, so its important to have folks who care for my truck as much as I do to get the longest life out of it. Yes, prices may be a little higher than at a neighborhood place, but their work is well done and reliable. Take care of your Ford and it will take care of you. Think of it this way: when youre young and reasonably healthy, you can get most of your health care at the neighborhood walk-in clinic; as you get older, youre better off going to the University Hospital, where the cutting-edge treatments are available. Think of Koons as the University Hospital of vehicle care.

Went in for a routine service appointment, and several issues were found. I decided to have all issues addressed same day. They drove to pick up the parts. When it was clear that welding and even more extensive work was needed, I was given a courtesy vehicle and arrangements were made to deliver my car to my desired location in DC so that I wouldnt have to make the trip to retrieve it. Good customer service.

Koons did repairs on our car due to an accident. The back left passenger quarter panel was damaged. We decided to have cosmetic repairs done at the same time. The car looks great and we appreciated the thorough information whenever we spoke to a representative. That said, communication was challenging (phone tag) and we recommend text and email to facilitate communication. Thanks!

I brought my car in on Saturday 9/25 for a 30K mile service. The attendant was helpful and had friendly demeanor. However, I do not think my car was completely serviced or it was rushed at the end of the day despite a drop off at 8:45am. Per my request when I made the appointment, I asked for my back windshield wiper to be replaced. Isnt that part of the 90 point inspection? If not, windshield wipers should be. Also, I asked to have my air conditioner cleaned. Neither one of these items were tended to. Lastly, I wish the attendants would read the notes/ requests that accompany the appointment BEFORE the person shows up with their car. I wanted my navigation system to be checked/updated only to learn on Saturday am that this service is only weekdays at 4pm. I wish someone had told me so I could have changed my appointment. Now Im inconvenienced to come back and navigate that ridiculous parking lot at Koons.Sorry for my complaints but for $800 service with no repairs, I expect more.

I arrived as scheduled for an oil change and wheel rotation/balancing. I was quickly greeted, and the services were performed and my vehicle back to me in less than an hour. While I was there, another service advisor walked by and asked if Id been helped, and I assured her that I had. Good, friendly service in a clean environment. Ive been using Koons for service for many years, and continue to do so because of consistently excellent service.

On our way back home to NY from vacation in TN, we stopped and spent the night in Tyson’s Corners. The following morning, when I went to start my truck, the battery was dead. I was able to jump start my truck and drove it to the dealership. They got me right in and had me out of there in about an hour. They have a great waiting area, and offer freshly ground coffee. The price was reasonable to boot!

The service department is great. They are honest about what the car needs. I wish their sales people were as honest. I purchased a maintenance package and it ran out when I still had low mileage. It was a complete waste of money. It doesn’t make me want to purchase another car from Koons Ford.

It was fine. Sales rep straightforward but curt. The tech needed to take the car home to his house to run the diagnostic which seemed odd that they didn’t do it there. Price was about 30% above online estimates, which I think was because the diagnostic was embedded into estimate vs being a line item. When I arrived the car was parked inside other cars so mine had to be moved which meant more wait time. I’m sure the mechanical service was good, but I’ll probably take it to Lindsay Ford in Wheaton next time just because they were so friendly and accommodating there.

Although one may argue that I paid much more for the services provided elsewhere, the previous cheaper mechanics at Ryan’s Auto required me to return to remove manufacturer stickers on brake pads, put the right windshield wiper on versus the improper blade they installed and the improper misdiagnosis of the check charging system light. While I would have appreciated a loaner instead of renting a car while I waited for the repair, it was convenient to have Hertz on the premise at Koons Ford Falls Church and offered a compact for $35 a day. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for and in the case of keeping my Old 2005 Ford safely on road, I’m sticking with the dealer.

Took my 3 month old Escape in for a 5,000 mile service, tire rotation and balance. The tech ruined all four wheels, got grease all over my interior, lied about checking the coolant on the multipoint inspect, and there’s some mystery oily substance sprayed all over my car. Please go elsewhere.

I bought my car at Koons Falls Church Memorial Day weekend and from the time we walked in until we left hours later, everyone who worked there was friendly and willing to help and assist with anything we needed. We had our toddler with us and everyone was talking to her and trying to make her comfortable. The entire sales team worked with us to get what we wanted. It appears that theyre anxious to get back at what they appear to have been doing before you got their. No professional etiquette ! or warm welcoming. I took my car in for an oil change & a wheel alignment. Kevin was very friendly and got my car into the service area very quickly. Only waited about 1.5 hrs for an oil change & alignment. For taking it in at 12pm, I think that is pretty good, considering the dealership was packed with cars being serviced.

Koon’s was fantastic about repairing my car after I was rear-ended. They worked quickly to provide and estimate, and we’re able to provide a rental car quickly that matched the size of my vehicle. The repair was complete in less than three days! They did a great job, and even provided some external detailing to help buff out some scrapes on the car that were unrelated to the accident. Front desk staff (Elizabeth) was friendly and helpful, and the repair person Carroll, was superb. Koon’s definitely goes above and beyond!

Service rep was knowledgeable and nice. Oil change and tire rotation was prompt and done properly, as usual. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I was charged $15 more than another advertised rate that I was not informed of, and learned of later. In my experience, customers require care as this shop up-sells and does not help to minimize charges.

IMPORTANT | BEWARE CUSTOMERS! This location gave a FAULTY and WRONG diagnosis on my 2012 Ford Edge. I took my Ford in for a diagnosis because after completing the brake recall on this vehicle over 2 years ago I was still having brake issues. This location’s diagnosis on my car was a $2500 repair bill, requiring multiple parts to be replaced. In particular they noted that my master cylinder and rear break calipers needed to be fixed/replaced, among other things, however after receiving a second opinion, all that needed to be done to fix the break issue was bleed the ABS break lines. I even noted to the service center that their diagnosis of a leaking master cylinder did not make sense because the break fluid reservoir was full, and showed no signs of losing fluid, but they disregarded my comments and said they were correct. I decided to get a second opinion, and thankfully I did, however they still robbed me of a $160 diagnosis fee even though it was a very exaggerated and aggressive diagnosis!

Koons Ford is very close to my house and therefore a convenient location. They had a special for $60 for an oil change, tire rotation, fluid topoff and a quick glance at the vehicle (aka multi-point inspection). Decent price but I wouldnt say its a deal.I also had the cabin air filter replaced at an outrageous cost of $77. If I paid $15 for the air filter at Autozone, the extra $60+ to have it installed seems extreme, except Ford was really thinking profit when they required the dash to be taken apart in order to replace a filter. So, Im not sure if I should blame the dealer for this absurd price but it still doesnt make me happy.As dealerships go, I have had good luck with Koons and would recommend them to others, even if the cost is somewhat higher than I think is reasonable.

Experience was great! I went for a standard oil change but my advisor Luis notified me of a couple other things wrong with the car as well. I was a little hesitant about fixing everything because of the expense of it but Luis was able to walk me through it. Great customer service will definitely use again.

Check in was easy. Could not connect to any wifi while waiting. Car was done quickly but no one told me it was ready. My receipt did not show the recall item as being completed. I had asked for my licence plate bracket to be secured and that was not done.

This entire dealership (sales, service, finance, and parts) is horrible! Avoid at all costs or you’ll be sorry! Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! It’s been 2 months since I bought my new truck and still don’t have the aftermarket parts I’ve ordered. After investigation, some haven’t even been ordered yet. One look at the pile of boxes out front and disarray in the parts department and you’ll see why. Got new tires for it. Not only were all 4 wheels out of balance, but they damaged my truck and won’t return calls to have it fixed. I don’t even have license plates yet because they keep losing my paperwork. Go anywhere else but here!

Generally I have a pretty good experience when I come here. This time it wasn’t great, to the point that I called back after I left to complain. I came in and told the rep I had an appointment for a maintenance special and state inspection. He asked me what that entailed. Shouldn’t you know? I pulled out the email and showed him, tire rotation, oil change etc. He finished checking me in and I waited. The woman I dealt with at the counter telling me my car was done and the cashier were superior… no issues. Typically my car is pulled up right outside. This time another customer and I were told to find our cars… that they were somewhere back there, pointing to a vague area where it looked like a car impound lot. Just cars on top of cars parked all different kinds of ways. I was unable to pull my car out bc the cars were so close together and asked the mechanic if he could move some cars so I could get out. He laughed and told me there was plenty of room. I told him if I hit a car they would be liable. He told me that Id have to try and find a way to turn around and go out the back way. The cars were so deeply packed in, the only way I could get out was by backing up the whole way around the dealership. This is absurd. 30 minutes into driving, a warning light flashed that 2 of 4 tires were grossly low with air. How is that possible if they did a tire rotation?! Should they have checked the air pressure?! Should they have checked everything with the maintenance special and the state inspection? I actually had to go to another mechanic to have him check it out. I don’t know if they were just rushing people through but this absolutely doesn’t make me want to come back. It’s just not worth it.

I dropped my car off at 9 am on a Monday morning for an oil change. I didn’t get it back until around 6 pm. I think they were terribly short staffed. What sucked is that I had the day off and was hoping to get other errands done. I had no idea my car would be there for nine hours! To be fair, some other items were done that I wasn’t planning on such as replacing brake fluid. But still, they told me they didn’t even take my car into the shop until 3 pm.

Made an appt to address an open recall in response to email from Ford. However, the service rep told me when I showed up for my appt that there was no open recall for my car. Why did Koons make appt for me and do a stock check on necessary recall part but not investigate/advise me that there were no outstanding recalls? They have the VIN on file. I live close by on this dealership ford koons thats why I had my service. I usually drop off my company car to have service maintenance or repair. What frustrate me is that car specialist dont call me or update me regarding the issue. I have to wait all day then I have to call multiple times to find out if my car was fixed or when will it be ready. A courtesy call would be nice if the car wouldn’t be ready on that day so I can have rental car for me to go to work. Specialist said their back up on the previous work. Im not rushing all I need is a courtesy call if the car wont be ready. I hope this dealership will have more customer oriented.

Don’t buy cars from this place, especially used cars. I took my car here twice, the first time they did a temporary fix ( I didn’t know this) and they told me my car is fine this cost me $100 and this was 1 month after getting my car. A week passed by since I took it to get it fix and the same problem happens again and they charge me again another $100...why couldn’t they find the issue on the first time? Because they want your money and they are thief and liars. The service advisor John promised me I was going to get my refund for a rental and it’s been 2 months, i contact them and they say they have nothing to do with it...he told me in person and over the phone I was getting refunded. Go to another Koons and avoid this one or go to another Ford dealership, since these people have poor work ethic. Never again coming here

Went in as an Insurance claim. The fuel pump needed to be replaced and Geicos repair shop took the vehicle to Koons Ford in Falls Church to get that job done. When my car was dropped off the tank was about 6/8 full. When Koons Falls Church returned my vehicle, the tank had no fuel. It was using the reserve which is about a gallon or two of gasoline. I was very disappointed because they did not fill up the tank at least to where I had left it. I picked up my car after work which was about 9:00 pm and could not find a gas station to fill my tank with gas, barely had enough to make it home. This happened while we were having a gas outage, mind you. They set the wrong expectations about how long the repair would take and there was no communication from them, no updates.We had purchased a couple of vehicles from this dealership before and had an average experience. Did the maintenance for one of those vehicles there and it was a bad experience. So I was distraught when the Geico Repair Shop decided to take the car there.Overall, if you want your car fix at this location, prepare to be waiting for a while and call them every day because they will not communicate with you.

I got a flat tire, when speaking to the agent I told her that I had a tire warranty that I wanted to use, but the agent said I didn’t have any warranty. My tire got changed and when getting my car back, my car was not cleaned and some liquid was coming out of the tire. The agent said, the cars get “washed” when the customer ask for it, but even if I didn’t ask for a full wash, at least I would expect some quality work being done and not to give the car back with liquid coming out of the tire and some other stains(even more after paying almost $400). Now I’m in the process to get reimbursed for my tire, because I did have a warranty on my tires which is really unnecessary because this warranty was bought with FORD and they should know or to have a record in their system.

Ever since they fixed my 2009 Ford Flex and did a wonderful job fixing it, I always I would bring my next vehicle to them.Well my next vehicle is a 2019 Ford flex limited awd ecoboost and I had them add a trailer package to it and I must say Im not surprised at the overall quality of work they had done.The people at Koons are very nice and helpful. Its a shame I wont be able to continue to use them being as though I will be moving to California. Now I have to find another dealership I can trust all over again which is hard to find these days.

I was not happy at all with the service received. I received excessive charges that were not warranted. I do not believe the techs are proficient in their trade. I provided known working, OEM operable parts and they were deemed inoperable and I was still charged a repair rate for their effort although the items were not configured. Also, the online appointment system is broken. I showed up and it was as if my appointment made online was non-existent.

I work for a tow company I towed a customers car in thei,,,r the sign under the canopy that has the height bar on it it extends below the sign it should have been posted to the top of the nine foot high bar the side scraped the top of my trucks and a customers car and the service advisor did not even acknowledge or In Anyway I acknowledge responsibility therefore I have to contact Russell Lloyd who I hope is a better service manager Then his service consultants we shall see theres a huge crash in my tow truck in the top of the customers car in they should acknowledge responsibility and take care of these there not major repairs but there are enough that they should acknowledge responsibility and take care of what is improperly posted as 9

I was not told until I got there they don’t offer this on Saturday’s and I would need to schedule another appointment a different day. I wasn’t apologized to for their error, I wasn’t apologized to for the reminder email sent Friday, and I wasn’t even offered the opportunity to schedule another appointment or any kind of make up for wasting my Saturday afternoon.Ridiculously bad service all around.

Took my Ford Escape here for a simple service (oil change, tire rotation, etc). Dropped it off at 9am with an appointment and finally picking it up at 5pm. But wait theres more!!! They tell me I have to wait 30-40min for the invoice. It has never taken more than 1hr (2hr max) for this kind of service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED HERE!

Yea bought a used car from them that was having problems(didnt know this) but the problem is y would they sell me a car that is having problems?... and then tried to sell me the car for top dollar but didnt work taking it home that night found 2 separate issues with the car now there was warranty but next battle is trying to get anyone in service or just anyone to help me to get pointed in right direction is like pulling teeth. All in all customer service is straight up terrible
