Not all Jiffy Lubes are the same. I live in DC, but come here because of the customer service. First and only car shop that genuinely care about the car and customers. Gabriel is the man!!!

Ive never been to a Jiffy Lube before. My mothers car needed some work. Antonio is one of the greatest workers/ gentlemen I have ever come across. He helped me out tremendously. Thank you Antonio, you did amazing work.

This Jiffy Lube is one of the best run automotive service stations I’ve been to (using them for the last 5+ years). As a business owner, I notice their attention to detail throughout their operation. Customer service is top notch, always greeted with a smile, they open the reception area and car door for you and they always thank you for your business. They are fairly priced, extremely quick with their service snd they tell you what else you need done to the car but do not try to upsell you on unnecessary services.Great operation and good and trustworthy mechanics! I highly recommend visiting this Jiffy lube if you need any work done on your car! I spoke with Antonio on the phone and he told me a time to come in where I wouldn’t have to wait. Quick and easy oil change. Staff was so friendly! Of course they tried to up sell me a bunch of stuff but they were polite when I declined and didn’t push. Not super covid friendly since the inside waiting area is very small but they told me it would take 20 minutes, I think it only took 10!

I got an oil change here this morning. I had the option of waiting inside or remaining in my car. They were quick and the service took approx. 15-20 minutes max. They did try to upsell but werent pushy about it. Everyone was great especially Antonio and Ner.

Super, superrrr expensive. Like 95 dollars for a simple synthetic oil change. I dont know why oil changes have gotten way more expensive but Id rather do it myself than pay that kind of money.

Today was my first time going to this particular Jiffy Lube as I always go to a Maryland location. However, this was one of the few locations that were open past 4PM.When I got there, Antonio gave me incredible customer service. He fixed my issue (headlights), along with getting air in my tires, checking my transmission fluid and cleaning the battery.It was quick, he was friendly, and he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely coming back to this Jiffy Lube because I really felt that he cared about me and my car.Super happy with my experience today :)

I have been going to this jiffy lube for at least 15 years and with at least 4 different cars. The staff have always been helpful and courteous. I have never had a problem with their work. It has always been quick and pleasant. It is great that you can get a report of what service has been performed and when.

Unprofessional manager who’s only there to make a sale and overcharge you for poor quality work. I went to my dealership and they don’t think this place actually changed my oil filter, they just added oil to it and charged me full price.

I moved to the area 5 years ago and have been using this Jiffy Lube exclusively. The staff is incredibly professional and Antonio has been my go to guy for any questions, car concerns and second opinions. It is very clear that Antonio and the rest of his staff hold themselves to very high standards and never once have I left not feeling satisfied or like I was ripped off. Couldnt recommend this place enough!

I put almost 30,000 miles on my car a year. Needless to say I get a lot of oil changes. Been coming to this jiffy for a solid two years and never had a bad experience yet. The service is professional, Quick and they have recommended fixes based on the mileage of your vehicle. They also top off all the fluids and check the tire pressure and brakes. Overall great service would recommend!

They were good and honest. Instead of trying to upsell me from an oil change, they let me know my issues and told me to check with my dealer. Even told me that I didnt have to have a particular service right then even though another service center said I had to. Not too many companies turn away money like that. 10/10 recommend.

I brought in my car for an oil change. After being greeted by Alex, he explained to me in full details what checkup they would do on my car and later on he reported a couple of things i needed to pay attention to. Afterwards, my car was ready in a short time and they courteously vacuumed it and accepted a $7 discount coupon i had. I had a great experience at that jiffy lube branch and the guys there provided me with high level service and reliable repairs for my car over a span of many years. I would highly recommend the Wilson blvd jiffy lube and i believe their oil change includes checkups that helped me keep my car running without issues for years.

I had a really good experience. Alex was very intentional about explaining exactly what was going on with my car, what he recommended, and why he recommended it. I did not feel pressured at all into additional services—I just felt that Alex knew it was important to provide the whole picture. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

I recently needed my brake fluid checked since my indicator light came on saying ‘brake fluid low’. I took it to one Jiffy Lube location where they were able to check it, but not to actually service it since they weren’t authorized for brake work. Fortunately all I needed was a brake fluid flush/exchange.I had to call a few locations before I found the Wilson Blvd store—where they were able to do the service and fortunately could take me right away.The other locations said it should cost around $100–like it was a given.However—the Wilson Blvd location initially quoted a bit higher, but they gave me a bit of a discount, along with a complimentary basic car wash. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. And they were equally pleasant to other customers who were there as well.I would definitely go back here for service—especially if it needs to be handled quickly!

Dale and his team were extremely helpful and graciously stayed open on a Sunday right at close to replace our car battery that just died. It was a true life saver and made us so very happy. They truly are the best team in town. Highly recommend.

This is the Jiffy Lube Ive been going to for years now. I did a review on another location in Arlington awhile back and it wasnt glorifying.This location however is top-notch, fair, and professional. If you become a regular they always treat you with respect... they do regardless. Certainly appreciate their work!

I took my Audi A4 AWD to have my oil change and Tony and Ner provided me some some awesome customer service. They were very upfront and trustworthy which I really liked. Even the cashier Elisa was super nice and knowledgeable about their Services. I highly recommend car owner who live in the DMV to take advantage of this shop transparency and trustworthiness. Quick and easy. Prices are in line with most places of similar purpose. They dont try to hard sell you on additional services. They ask if you would like x or y additional service however you can politely decline and they move on.

Came here first thing in the morning at 8am and was greeted with a warm welcome and the person walked me into the waiting room and told me to enjoy the coffee and it shouldn’t be more than 15 minutes. The service was extremely quick and the warm welcome and personal touch here was great. Highly recommend

I went in for an oil and fluid change. The last time I came there was a menu of services with prices, but this time there wasnt. The customer service person said it used to be on the wall and asked me what I needed. It would be nice to know the choice of services offered with prices. I asked the customer service person to call me when the work was complete and he never did. When I came back to pick up my car I found a dirty towel in the front seat and greasy hand prints on the hood and side of the car.Thanks for the response and the apology. I can appreciate most customers waiting in your lounge, but I live next door and given the choice of sitting in your lounge and waiting in my apartment I think its a clear choice. Let me remind you, I asked the customer service person in advance if that would be ok and he said he would call when the service was complete.

I went for an oil change and ended up doing more things for my car not just because the car needed it but also because the service they provided was really good. After checjing the car up they called me to show me and let me know what and why some filters and fluids needed to be changed. Really honest about prices. Will give the most expensive oil change even if you didnt ask for it and they dont discuss with you before they complete the service; they will hold your car hostage until you pay what they are demanding. Store manager is a JOKE. Doesnt understand that when people complain they are not always looking for a handout! Sometimes, they just want you to FIX THE PROBLEM! And those complementary services and top offs of the fluids What a joke! Doggy nose prints on windows and leaves on floorboards after they supposedly finished the car!! RIP OFF Just go to Firestone and look up their online coupon before you go. They will take great care of you there. NOTE: 5 Quarts Full Synthetic Oil around $30/ Oil Filter $5 (and thats not the bulk prices they pay this is regular auto part store prices) So tell me why they are charging $50+ for labor??? This is why people dont trust mechanics!

I specifically asked to know which tire was low. That wasnt communicated to me until I asked again. I also asked to have the Oil Change Required message removed from my dashboard. Its still there; still telling me that I need to change my oil, even though I just did 20 miles ago!!!So after this was posted, the JL team went into high gear and I received overwhelmingly superb customer service. Bravo!!!

This place used to be my go-to spot for a quick oil change due to its location and fast service. However, during my most recent visit, they accidentally enabled restrictions on my car that made it so many of the functions of driving are now severely limited. The only solution to this issue is to go to a dealership and spend more money to fix it. I called the store and they essentially gave me the equivalent of a too bad. Unacceptable customer service.

They changed my oil today and did a great job. I swung by their building with my oil and a new filter that I had bought at Advanced Auto Parts and they did the oil change very quickly and professionally for me. It was also pretty cheap and they vacuumed my cars rugs, washed the exterior, and replaced my wiper fluid.I also had new headlight bulbs that I needed installed and they said they would do so for me without any extra charge. As a first time customer, I felt very well taken care of.They made an attempt to do the bulb switch for me, but were unable to because of my cars specific make/model. I had thought to switch these bulbs myself, but realized quickly that it required disassembling almost the entire front of the car in order to replace them. They said they got half way through with it, but decided not to do it because they feared they would mess it up and I really respected their honesty and concern for not screwing up my car. It also reaffirmed my decision that I couldnt do this procedure myself!I will definitely use this Jiffy Lube for any services I need in the future.

This place is GREAT!!!! I usually come on Saturday mornings and am in and out in less than 20 minutes. Today I am here on a Monday after work and there were two cars in front of me. I made a quick phone call and by the time I was finished, they already had my car pulled into the service bay and were working on it. I live in NW DC and drive past several locations because I know the extra drive is worth it.

I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of their work. Even though they were busy, they had me in and out for a tire rotation and oil change in no time. They didnt try to sell me services and products I didnt need. They were very thorough in explaining the disadvantages of different oil types given my expected driving situation for the next few months.I was also impressed with their car wash. I have gone to other so called brushless car washes and driven out with new scratches on my car. This car was is excellent and relatively inexpensive. I only wish they had a dryer for the car, but for $4-7, I can bring my own towel. I am certainly going back to this location for my future routine maintenance and for a quick, cheap, effective car wash.They were so quick, that I forgot to use my coupon when paying!
