Great group of guys. I had brought my black 2014 Chevy Silverado to another detailing shop before them but boy I wish I hadnt. The other detailer messed things up big time, left a bunch of swirl marks, etc. Brought it over to these guys over at the Shine Shop, and they came through and then some. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good detailing. They do things right and not half fast, they will not cut corners and will do the job right! Im one happy customer and will be coming back!

First of all,David Costa .. Every Customer if given clear instruction on the time and how they can drop off their vehicle.You can either drop it off the night before or 7am sharp.We run a tight schedule your vehicle was a 7 hr job and you were over 0ne hr late not 45min with no call. We already started work on another vehicle that was also explained to you.. You would have not had your vehicle returned the same day.. Your vehicle was one hr prep time and 7 hrs working time.. We are a busy detail shop thats why the wait time.. We have many happy repeat customers, The wait time speaks for itself..Your review will not make or break my business..

Horrible!! Waited a month an half to get in, finnaly day came showed up at 745am an was told I was too late!! An had to reschedule which was an additional month an half away!!I will never go back to this establishment service sucks!!
