American Express didnt work on both cards, he wanted another card, and I refused! Secondly I paid for the works, come to find out, they now do not do the inside rear & front windows ! Really use to be a good place ! How long to clean the front inside & rear, maybe a minute & a half ! Well I will find some else, the last $22.00 hell see from me !

This place will take care of you from top to bottom. My go to spot for regular washes and love the hand towel dry. Ive also used their detail services which I was greatly satisfied. I had oil residue all over my vehicle. Salem and his crew expedited my request for a cleaning of the outside and brought the shine right back. They also took care of a small stain on the passenger seat. Will recommend and return in the future

Just left this car wash. Both windshield wipers were broken during the wash. The employees - both very polite and professional - call the owner. His response was not my problem. If thats how you treat your paying customers, you dont belong in business. My lawyer will be delivering an invoice for the windshield wipers and they will never get my business again. Me or my 8 fleet trucks that go through there weekly.

This place does an AMAZING job detailing your car and absolutely worth the price they charge. Very friendly staff, even had a cute friendly dog in the office they let us pet and play with when we came to pick up our car. Will absolutely go here again and will reccomend it to others

This towing company towed my wifes vehicle and wont bring it back. They are thieves and I want my wifes car back.

The only reason one star is because the site doesnt give you the option to give less. It should be minus five stars. Horrible service, dashboard and windows poorly done, dashboard left untouched, wheels were not done just as filthy as it was when I brought the vehicle in to be clean. I was the only customer there to have my car clean, no one else was there to have their car washed. I paid $22.00 for THE WORKS, what a complete rip off. I will never go there again, my business will without question go to one of their competitors.

Just had my car fully detailed before I put it away for the winter. Vics does an amazing job would highly recommend to anyone looking for a detail or even a car wash.

Used to be very good, but theyve gone downhill. While still better than a conventional drive through car wash, do NOT purchase anything above the basic wash. The wheel clean and tire shine you pay for The Works rarely gets done.

BEWARE!! Most unprofessional, shady operation I have ever had to deal with. Both my friend and Is cars were in the process of getting hooked (staff under vehicles) when we came out to the parking lot and said we were present. They informed us we had to pay a drop fee of the FULL towing price ($108)..which we paid. Upon getting home and reading the federal laws we realized they are only supposed to charge half of the towing fee as a drop fee, not the total amount. As a courtesy my friend called the tow company and when informed the man on the phone he said and I quote, If you can read the laws then you should have read the sign. 😯 and then we she said she was going to complain he said, and who will listen to your complaint? Turns out the Department of Transportation listens and guess who had to refund us a check of $54? Vics Towing! Get your act together Vics and stop STEALING money from people.

Went to get a car wash for my truck I just purchased to get it all cleaned expecting to pay a small fortune but it was surprisingly reasonable and the employees were respectful and when asked to just touch up a few spots they apologized and without a second guess got my car all nice and clean thank you guys all... will recommend to any one thank you again

Haven’t been in some time. Went today and boy has it changed. I’ll pay the $18 price for a wash wax vacuum etc. But when I got to the waiting room I only saw 1 kid waiting with towel when in the past there used to be 3 or 4 waiting. They did not clean door jambs, did not clean interior windows nor did they wipe down dash or console. What happened to the old Vic’s when they did this for a “basic” wash? Exterior seams were still clogged with pollen too. I’ll be looking elsewhere. Poor quality wash from a place that was once the best around. 06/17/19

Awfull job paid 22 for the full wash didnt do windows didnt wipe down panels didnt do jams awfull job on the rims windows had streaks no tire shine I guess the others were right about the new owners being cheap. Last owners had 2 people doing vacuum and wipe down what a big difference just new owners make sadd

Not like it use to be. Wiping my car left full streaks all over it used same cloth to clean windows and nothing but streaks. My windows looked better before than after. I asked the guy about that he said it will go away, yea right. Instead of $5 tip he got $1. Didnt even wipe inside. I remember going there years ago and your windows got clean not dirtier, and your car. Looked like they had wax all over clothes that should be clean. People dont have any pride in anything they do now a days! 👎🏻👎🏻 Prices went up also.

I have used Vics a few times for tow I know Salem very well he goes above and beyond for anyone who walks into or calls his place of business. Check them out you wont be dissatisfied.

I typically never complain or write reviews. This was the absolute worst interior cleaning I have ever gotten. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Left with a dusty dash and crums in my cup holder. Would leave zero stars if possible. 100% do not recommend. Not worth my $27.

Gave me regular updates on the progress of my tow, even when they had to call and let me know there was a delay out of their control. Overall best experience dealing with a tow thus far anywhere else

Went here today, was highly disappointed. Ive been coming to this car wash since Ive been able to drive, and this was my last time. Prices keep skyrocketing while customer service plummets. My car wasnt touched with a vacuum. Many spots that needed to be washed are still there, so I still need to go to another car wash. For the price I paid I could have gotten my car washed twice and vacuumed myself at the nearest competitor.

Terrible!! Paid $22 for what?? The car was still dirty on the outside, couldnt even see out my back window or side mirror and I could before I brough it there. Paid extra for certain things and they were not done. One guy on a car to do it fast so the next car can go is not the way to do it especially on a big car like a mini van or SUV. Now 4 guys is the way to go. 2 on each side doing it from one end to another. They seem to charge a good amount but not do the job and do it fast just to get the money and have the nexy car be done. Not good business. I myself will not go back to them 😡

I went there today (Saturday 12/16/17) to pick up my car that was impounded. I asked the owner, i would like to pay and pick up. He told me No, its a state Law you cannot pick up your car on the weekends. Long story short i got it out. This place is a scam. I cant believe Police Departments use this place for impounding.

Havent been there in Years decided to take my New Car have it all shined up. The kids there looked Super miserable... You cant really see to good inside to check out the job they did. I pulled off n headed down to staples as im driving i look at my dashbosrd its dusty on top inside where my speedometer. I hopp ed out the car to check it out water marks All over the place my rims still had dirt they didnt wipe the windows on the outside good At All it actually looks like they used a dirty greasy towel on my glass. So NEEDLESS TO SAY....i will never EVER go back. this place used to be Awesome.

I was unaware they were under new management and went there last week. Everything including the car wash was poorly done. $20. later and the bird poop on my car, still there, the vacuum job horrible and my window look worse then they did before I went. Never again.

The worst tow company around to call when you lock your keys in the car told me 20 mins called after 45 mins told me another 20mins that the driver cant fly there so your better off calling different company in the area

Was involved in a scooter accident, spoke to owner and son about my lack of work and lack of money to pay for towing and storage due to injuries, he and son were very understanding, asked them to lock the price for the removal of scooter $150.00 and gave two weeks to come and pick up at set rate, cant thank them enough, great guys go there they will respect you and your property
