After the nightmare experience with Safelite, I decided to try these guys out. And I have too say I am very glad that I did. I had the pleasure of the owner working on my vehicle. This man was on point with his work. Safelite told me I needed all new molding, I had to put my car in the body shop, if they break something they are not responsible for it, on and on with excuse from them. This place was very assuring that the work was done right and on time, they show me every new piece of parts that was put on, the work was done in a very timely way. I am definitely a customer for life with them.

Rick replaced my side mirror on the spot because he had it in stock. Everyone there is polite and professional and almost everyone I know uses him for one thing or another. Great detailing also. He’s a local business that cares about the city. We need more local businesses like this!

Had my windows tinted on my brand new pick up truck that I bought not to long ago. When I picked up the truck the job that was done was unacceptable. When going back and asking them to fix it was given nothing but attitude. They agreed to fix it for free, when dropping off the truck the owner had said with attitude “well this is the risk you run with after market tints” when really it’s nothing more than the lack of prep work on their part. When picking up my truck later that day after work the owner was showing me the work that was done he had a very combative attitude torwards me. They never rehung my automatic starter for the second time !! When going in and politely asking for them to put it back up I was verbally attacked and abused by the owner of the company. He was raising his voice and swearing at me due to their poor quality of work and making it feel like it was my fault. I would highly not recommend this place for business. Highly don’t recommend this company not worth the headaches and stress.Response to owner: Glad to hear that you are willing to say a lot to make your company look good. The fact that your company has to be keyboard warriors is great, I’m just trying to share my wonderful experience with other so they don’t have to deal with what I had to go through. My dad and I never raised our voices nor did we swear at you. When I asked the owner what the problem was and why he was talking to me the way he was in quote the owner said “I’m sick and tired of dealing with all of you tint customer.” Permission is given to post the hole video of the interaction in your front lobby. I’m sure that your future customers would love to see the how you unfolded that situation.

Back in 2016 I bought a new pickup truck and was recommended by First Ford. They did a great job. However I never had to deal with them. So my son bought a truck from the same dealer and since they did a great job on my truck . I recommended my son to have his windows tinted at Spindle City in FallRiver. So he made the appointment and it was a ways out for an available appointment. When the day came and his windows were tinted. He picked up his truck and there were countless bubble and debris between the tint and the glass. When my son called them about the bubbles and debris in the tint. They were extremely rude told him the bubbles would go away and told him there wasn’t any debris without even looking at it and hung up the phone on him. A few day went by and the bubbles did go away and he brought the truck back for them to see the debris in the tint. He was given an appointment to fix the mentioned defects. So when he brought the truck back the owner was extremely rude and made us feel like it was our fault some how and verbally attacked my son (19) and they started with attitude towards me when I called him out on the prep or lack of and that’s why there was debris. He got defensive and asked us to leave. They did replace the tint in question. However I would never use them again based off of this past experience and would not recommend them to anyone. If you are considering using them. Just don’t expect to be treaded very well.

Someone broke into my car, breaking my drivers side window. Rick & team made the whole process extremely painless. They were able to have the window repaired the same day I called them and they even cleaned out all of the broken glass in my car for me. I came in to get my windshield fixed and they did an amazing job but I got my car back with my ignition switch messed up 😒 I tried calling them to ask them to repair it and they tried blaming me for it and then asked me what I expected them to do! Like I know in what condition I gave you my car and I think if my ignition switch was messed up I would’ve told you guys that. Very irresponsible when it comes to handling cars because I specifically told them what key to use to turn on my car and I guess they didn’t listen🙃 but anyways never come to this place

I took my Chevy Silverado 2500 hd to Spindle City Glass for a new windshield. I was greeted by Rick which is the owner. He took my vehicle in as soon as I got there. Infact, I was even 10 min late. Which I apologize for. He replied that was ok. He informed me that it would take roughfully an hour and ahalf to install the new windshield. I was even able to wait for my vehicle. Which I did outside for a short time before leaving . I returned the same time that he was calling me to inform me that everything was all set. And not to was my vehicle for 48 hours. I highly recommend Spindle City Glass for there work ethics! And and wearing masks and precautions due to Covid! Great job guys!!

Owner is very rude they caused 2500 worth of damage to my Mercedes door owner practically laughs in your face when asked about damage he had a picture of scratches on my car but could not produce a picture of door damage that he says was already there and that you could not miss this place is a joke do not take your car he unless you want your car back damages

Spindle is a great place. Rick is the man, always helpful and does literally awesome work with absolutely any service he provides. They do a great job with anything related to glass and there prices are a deal when you consider the quality of work you get for there already very competitive pricing. They also do a heck of a good job detailing too. Im impressed every time I pick a vehicle up at Spindle, they the go to if you need glass work or anything related in the Fall River area.

I got a gift card for a full detail that I used today. Im a college student and full time worker, Ive kept up with my car mechanically but unfortunately havent always had time to give it a thorough cleaning. I arrived late and Rick the owner was very nice and said dont worry about it. He offered me fresh coffee and donuts. I had my 2012 f-150 tinted and I was in and out within a few hours. Every staff member was very pleasant and said hi. I would recommend Spindle city to anyone whether it be window tinting for car detailing. Make Spindal City your first call!! My windshield cracked as I was pulling into work. I called a few places and recieved quotes, but nobody could do it same day. I called Spindal City and not only did they beat everyone elses price, they had my car fixed and returned to me before I left work. They have my buisness from now on!

I had them replace my windshield today. They came to the house right on time. My wife says that they were courteous and very nice. They were only too happy to have the kids watch them do their work. They were done quickly, and left having put a smile on everybodys face. Me, I liked the price. I called around to 7 or 8 shops, and these guys gave me the best price.

Ishmael is an expert tinter and one of the best Ive ever seen in Massachusetts. I asked him to tint my Infiniti Q60 right to the edge of the window (a technique not often used around here). But me being from California he did it for me. It came out flawless... even up to my OCD standards! This is the place to go for tint!

Great job replacing my cracked windshield, they gave me updates as the work was progressing. Even vacuumed my car when job was quickly completed.

I have had two of my cars tinted here and have sent numerous family members and friends here in the past. The first experience was exactly what I asked for: 35% tint all around. The second car I had tinted here after asking for the same thing didnt show the same results. After having my window tint percentage checked elsewhere I received a car with 41% tint all around, far lighter than what I had asked for. After questioning the owner about he used the disclaimer that I asked for all legal tint and they put a 45% film over the windows, anything darker would have resulted in illegal tint and could not do anything for me. Tint installation was fantastic but I did not pay nearly 300 dollars for 41% tint. This shop does nothing for their returning customers and refused to work with me finding a solution

I had needed warrantee work and he actually stood by it when in the past another company lied to me 3 different times in the same conversation why it wasnt covered !
