I just had my car inspected. The serive lady technician was very kind and professional. She took my car straight away and started to inspect it. She also had some nice cars for sale in her lot. I would recommend this place for service and I forward the car for sale to my niece who is searching for a car

Rachael and Lou are 2 of the nicest, most fair, business owners youll ever meet. Up front. Honest. Knowledgeable. I was seriously impressed that Rachael knew what was wrong with my truck just by describing it. I had called 2 shops and they wanted me to drop it off. Called her, recommended by a coworker, described problem, and she gave me an estimate over the phone, but said shed need to verify she was right. Well, went to drop it off to have the work done, she grabbed her scanner, drove it in the yard with me for 2 minutes, and said, yep... wheel bearing. Picked it up later that afternoon. Noise gone. Light out. Price was over $100 less than the shop I WAS using gave me for a quote. Cute dog in the building that was up for adoption and 2 techs laughing and joking in the shop. These folks are old fashioned hand shake type. I know Ill be back. I was so impressed I couldnt wait to thank my coworker for the referral.

All prices on vehicles listing mileage and options, honest, no pressure, and Rachael knows her stuff. Price was firm but it was a really good price and a clean truck. My mechanic was impressed and they have a customer for life now. Worth noting an older lady came in and brought cookies to Rachael because she helped her the other day and didnt even charge her. Loved hearing that while I was there.

Always honest, fair, great service. Purchased my truck there 3 years ago and glad to know Rachael isnt going anywhere. Warranty work was done quickly and at no charge, and everything Ive done since as a service customer has been top notch. Rachael is also an animal rescuer who does a ton for the animals of Aruba. If youre lucky, youll see one of their foster pups in the office. SUCH AWESOME HUMANS.

This place is like a hidden gem. My neighbor referred me to use them for service. Had my brakes and ball joints done on my pickup for nearly half of what I was quoted from my, now former, mechanic shop. Im a customer for life now. Got my sticker while I was there too. So convenient. And their customers love them. An older guy came by just to drop off apples for Lou.

I could not be happier with my new truck. Rachael and Lou are so down to earth and great. The service they performed on my new truck was top notch. Ill be back next year when my daughter needs a car.

I cant say enough about this place. Just down right good people. My mother is elderly, and local to RRR. She has been taken advantage of many times by other shops prior to dealing with Rachael and Lou from RRR. They always go above and beyond when needed. Rachael always greets my mom with a hug, which is much appreciated. My mom locked herself out of her house and didnt know what to do. She stopped at RRR and Rachael actually took the time to drive down the street, climbed through the window to let my Mom in the house. Not a car issue, but thats the type of people they are.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was surprised how many nice trucks were on the lot. Rachael was very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave me a fair figure for my trade, and I feel like I got a great truck for my price range. While I was there, a customer introduced himself and said he has been doing business with Rachael and her Dad for over 15 years. He could not say enough good things about them. BONUS: I got to pet one of the foster puppies Rachael is fostering, and learned about the rescue organization she volunteers with. What a nice family that owns this place. Looking forward to sending them customers when I know someone who is looking for a truck. One last thing - shopping for a vehicle is stressful. Not here. Ill be back.

Truck was just posted(tundra)on website asked to test drive & rachael was on phone when i arrived.Gave me keys to inspect,never asked for id and came out & told me take it for a spin.Came back handed her the sale placard ....sold.The placard was 1000 $ more than what was publicized on the website.No problem it was still a excellent price.Nope,she looks at the website & says that the website has it posted for the lesser amount so thats the price!No documentation/dealer fees, the price posted is the out the door price.Honest straight forward business.But sadly no puppies.

Sorry for the long review but this is worth mentioning. I was looking for a truck for months and came across RRR. Called and spoke with Rachael who offered to take several additional pictures for me and was easy to deal with. This was a hike for me (about a 90 minute drive) so I wanted to be sure the truck was as advertised. She described every nick and scratch on it and backed them up with photos. I drove down with my wife and we were amazed at how many nice trucks they had, and how NICE Rachael and her dad were. We liked the overall feel of this place. It felt nothing like a typical car dealership. A service customer was there at the same time as us, who took the time to tell us that theyve been going to RRR for years and couldnt say enough nice things about the place. We bought a 2012 GMC that weve had for about 2 months. I just took it in to my mechanic for my first oil change and got a clean bill of health. My mechanic noticed the new brakes RRR had put in before we took delivery. Honest, straight forward, no pressure, and just a really good experience. Ill definitely be back when my daughter is ready for a car.

Service is so good here. Had my front brakes done for under $200 including rotors, brake pads, and labor. I had 3 other estimates from $450 and up. Another shop told me I needed rear brakes too. They looked at it, showed me with the wheels off that the brakes were less than half worn. Honest, good price, and easy to deal with.

Bought a GMC that they just got in and hadnt been serviced by them yet, so went to lunch at a local spot while they prepped it and did a little sightseeing by the water. Came back after lunch and they had put new brakes including rotors, 2 lower ball joints, changed the oil and adjusted the E brake. Im impressed because I had no complaints when I test drove it. Lou is a man of his word. He said to give him a few hours to service it and I couldnt be more pleased. Had it inspected when I got back to CT and everything went well. Pulled my camper last night for the first time and truck ran flawlessly. Ill be back. I love this truck and had a great experience dealing with RRR.

Bought my Chevy Impala from Rachel. She worked with me from start to finish and made the whole process painless. not your typical carlot. Easy to talk to, no pressure, and everything had price on it with miles listed. Took it to my mechanic before final purchase and he was impressed, knew who they were and said one of the few honest dealers in the area. My daughter needs a car next year and ill definitely be back to see them for a car for my daughter

Rachael and her father were incredibly friendly and courteous. They were more than happy to let me take a few cars out for test drives and answer any questions I had. I am completely satisfied with the Ford Focus I bought there, and would definitely consider returning to purchase another used car.

Horrible experience. Will never buy another used vehicle! Quite a few years back my boyfriend went in looking for a truck. We didnt have much time. He found one he liked, told them he would come back with down payment on a certain date. When he showed up to buy it, THEY HAD SOLD IT. So he bought the other one he had also looked at, but definitely wasnt his first choice. I know part of it is our fault for not spending the time and looking around, but we didnt have the luxury of time. Im not sure if they knew this or what was going on. But they didnt even clean the truck, inside or out. It was filthy. They were supposed to fix the A/C, which they did but after bringing it home we realized something was wrong with the heat as well. Which they ended up fixing because we pretty much forced them too. They were supposed to fix a crack in windshield, but did not. And they never told us the roof was covered in rust. Which we saw when we got up on our front porch after bringing it home. We have put ATLEAST the same amount of money we paid for the truck into repairs. Had to get a brand new engine TWICE! Truck has electrical problems, engine problems, heating/cooling problems. And like I said I feel partly responsible for not having someone we trusted look at it before buying, but we were in a bind and going on blind faith. Stupid. Never again. I just can not believe with how many problems weve had with it that they didnt know about atleast some of it. I could never re-sell this truck to someone knowing what we have gone through with it. Do yourselves a favor and read some of the reviews first.

Customer service is always the heart of every business. As a small business owner, I have learned when dealing with the public, no matter what line of work, customer satisfaction should always be your number one goal. Going to RRR Auto for something as simple as an inspection sticker should not make one feel uncomfortable or intimidated. I should have known by reading the reviews on google not to come here. The woman at the front desk was rude and didnt show any interest in helping with questions and concerns I had with my vehicle. Luckily it was only a $35 lesson to never return.

90% of the vehicles sold here are all high mileage & overpriced. These vehicles are sold here because there not worthy at a large dealer. So when you see a late model with 150k miles for 5k off a local dealer it’s because the wear, tear and life expectancy of that vehicle is more than half gone. Save your money and don’t buy high mileage, rust, beaten vehicles or even worst a super low mileage 15-20 year old one. Use common sense and stay away from shops like these.

I havent personally bought a vehicle from this place, but I know people who have, and Ive been there once to check out a vehicle. Not only do these guys charge exorbitant rates for used cars, regardless of condition or mileage, but they also wont fix any issues with the cars they sell until after a purchase is made. A friend of mine bought a truck from this place that had a shitload of problems, and had to go back with a list of what was wrong with it. Bottom line, do not purchase anything from these guys. I would give this place a zero star rating if it was possible.
