Second time customer. First two visits were for regular manicure. Great job but polish doesn’t last long. This third time was for a spa pedicure and gel manicure. Jack is the guy! Gel was done nice and thin and very natural looking. His massage is great too.

Mike is AWESOME. The best leg and foot massage I’ve ever gotten was from him!! My toenails ALWAYS look beautiful every time they are done by him. I highly recommend him as your go-to person for massages and nails. The best of the best!!! Thank you so much mike!Best,Arianna Plotkin

My girlfriend called to change her appointment since we made travel plans for following week and the lady who answered the phone asked her “if she is sure that she would make her appointment this time around”. She has been going here regularly and not once she had to change her appointment. I understand that businesses are busy during the pandemic but there is no reason to be rude to a customer who requested a change in appointment. Pretty trashy if you ask me.Feel free to go there if you would like to be treated like trash. It’s all business here and zero customer service.

Extremely unprofessional! Proceeded to yell in my face when I asked if there was anything they could do because they did an awful job. Followed me outside & stood in front of my car & disturbed everyone eating next door & neglected their customers inside for two employees to yell in my face. My friends nails looked alright but mine somehow look worse than before. The manager yelled & said I could not write a review as if i did not have the option. She said that the only way she can take off 5 dollars was if I did not write a review. It was not her fault she did not do my nails. But the man who did & the manager did not need to handle things the way they did at all. There’s much more I could say but this will suffice. DO NOT recommend.

So I went a few times prior to meeting Jack and he does a beautiful job on my powder mani. Pedicure could always be better but for the most part I am happy I can get a beautiful powder mani. Summer I will have to find a different pedi spot but that’s okay! Thanks Jack 🤩😍

I have to say they was on point but I seen some things they could improve on in the cleaning like remembering to change the gloves after they wipe the chairs and cleaning the hand and feet drying area after each customer. But I do like theyre making a big effort but if you see something you dont like let them know. But they get 4 stars .

Very friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable. Went with the whole family close to closing time. They were very welcoming. Parking is a breeze also

They do a good job most of the time (depending on your technician). Last experience I had a technician seemed to be a bit irritated and she charged me $5.00 to change the shape of my nails for square to round, so that was a bit disappointing... never had any other salons tell me it was too hard to file the nails the shape I wanted.

Just went here for the first time and Im definitely making it my go-to nail salon! The space is very new and clean, staff is friendly, and my manicure was great. I added on the 10 minute chair massage after my mani and it was totally worth it. Convenient location, great space and staff, and reasonable prices. Cant beat it.

This nail was BEAUTIFUL!!! clean and updated. Tons of powder gel colors and such good prices. Would highly recommend. Pedicure was amazing

Love the service, prices are reasonsble. They were very helpful and accommodating when I was recovering from a major surgery. Candy does a great job with my UV gel nails. She’s very sweet.

I have always had a good experience here except today. I had Kelly and she completely ruined my nails. She cut them sideways and I didn’t realize until I paid. I came back in and they laughed in my face. Horrible customer service.

Ugh, my massage was very bad, it left a very odd feeling after and my nails werent opaque. My neck and shoulders hurt alot after this. I recommend you not come here.

I work in Ansonia and usually get off work at 5:15p depending on the traffic I usually get to them around 6pm. Today makes it no difference. I get in the nail salon and the lady expresses to me that she cannot take me. And I said, why not? She answers, Because it’s too late! I said, well it’s not even closing time yet, I just got off of work and rush straight here so what’s the problem? She said, I just can’t do it, while she was working on another person. 1. I was completely embarrassed, 2. I wasted my money in gas to come to Fairfield to get poorly treated and 3. her behavior was very unprofessional and has lost me as a customer.

Very bad experience, unfortunately. I went for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I felt like the guy was in a big rush. His focus was on everything and anything that was happening in the salon except for my mani pedi. The pedicure lasted 10 minutes... ridiculous. The gel manicure was rushed as well- I doubt it will even last a day. I definitely will not be going back.

Love this salon!!! as long as i live in connecticut im not going to switch from this nail salon. everyone who works there is so nice they are constantly talking and getting to know you, rather then being completely quiet and making you feel uncomfortable they make you feel welcome!!

Very clean. However, after being convinced to get the powder gel ($35) and that it last three week, my nails started to bubble and pop off at under two weeks. Very disappointing!

First time trying Post Nail Spa. Everyone was soooo friendly and I was introduced to a new method of doing nails! Will make this my new nail spa for sure!
