This place is not professional at all or should i say the owner is not professional i called because i had a couple of ?s because i had a party of 8 wanting their nails and feet done so i called the owners phone and she never called back

Not what I asked for. The girl was inexperienced and didn’t listen when I asked to have my nails cut down. I gave up trying to tell her to fix it and just let her finish. I’ll be going somewhere else to have them fixed since I cannot have claw nails wearing my uniform.A brush hair and a piece of dirt was left in the acrylic and my polish is sheer. The acrylic is extremely thick and looks pretty bad. See photo of what I asked for top left and what I got. The girl mid polish answered her cell phone and put the call on FaceTime. They were nice enough, but will not return.

4th visit to Jessicas I just love how I can show her a picture and she creates it..always does a wonderful job...pricing is very reasonable for what u get. Very professional..so glad I have finally found a regular place to go

Jessica is awesome! She explained the difference of nails to me. Also she took her time and made sure my nails were neat. The atmosphere is great. Jessica has a great personality. Very professional 👌👍

I have always had a wonderful experience when going to Nails by J. Jessica does a wonderful job with Gel Nails, her artistic tallants are beautiful. All of her employees are quite friendly and welcoming. Her lovely Receptionist is quite polite she really works to please the customers. I highly recommend going to Nails by J.

Great service but not even an hour after getting my nails I started cooking and my nails got stained. Now they just looks awful. Im not pleased at all with how they turned out.

I have lived in Fairfield for 3 years now & have not found a nail salon that gives good service & nail techniques. Nails by J when I walked in everyone greeted me told me had a seat theyd be with in a moment. I loved that the nail techques all had their nails done, nothing worse than having someone do your nails with unmanicured hands. I love that they do all kinds of nail art designs or plain ole polish. I normally get french nails but decided after a request from my 16 yr old granddaughter to get my whole nail done & picked cats eye polish. Im shocked at how much I love it & better yet she loved it & says you have to take me there. Ive never been one to make appointments even at my former nail salon that I loved & hated to move away from but I did today look forward to my next visit.Thank you Jessica, Jenny & Gabby for a refreshing nail visit. Ive found my nail salon❣️ 💅💋
