Got my cars bulbs changed in this place with reasonable price. Unless other auto repair shops they didnt offer me computer check or engine check which would cost a lot more expensive. This is what is called professionalism. And most importantly, the way they treat customers is precious, smiling and being friendly.

Mr Min is a pleasure to do business with. He knows his stuff, is honest and has fair prices. My father took his vehicle to Mr Min after being told by another shop that he needed a very expensive repair. Mr Min was forthright in telling my father that the repair was unnecessary, he then topped the washer fluid and sent him on his way free of charge. It can be hard to find a shop that won’t take advantage of those who aren’t in the know but you can’t go wrong taking your vehicle to Mins. He took care of a laundry list of repairs on my vehicle including installing aftermarket parts. And because I’m particular about what parts I use on my vehicle he allowed me to bring my own. My whole family and family friends use his services and I will be bringing in my other vehicle for repair shortly. This place is the real deal and I’ll be sure to seek him out whenever I need more work done.

Dropped my car off to get an oil leak fixed, turns out it was just the oil filter which takes a few minutes to replace. However, after 4 business days I got it back and all he had done was change the oil filter and topped off the ATF. As i drove it the next few days the transmission was extra clunky and weird about shifts, but i ignored it because its an 18 year old car. A few days later I was driving about 70 down the highway and it started to smell like something was burning, as if it was leaking oil again. I pull over to check the fluids and as you can see below both the ATF and engine oil were severely overfilled. Its difficult to fully see the ATF dipstick but its nearly as bad as the oil. Aside from it taking 4 days for this service he is actually a super pleasant man to deal with in person, so maybe im just unlucky and this was just a casual slip up. But i cant take my car back there if something as simple as fluid amounts is going to be overlooked like this.

I went to Mr. Min based on the other reviews I read and glad I did. He is courteous, responsive, honest, and most of all has extremely fair pricing. I took my 2012 Infiniti there to get brakes/rotors replaced - best pricing I got anywhere in the vicinity.Additionally, he was extremely honest with other repairs the car needed, stating that while recommended they werent imperative at the time. Will be coming back to him!

I went there for oil change and drain plug replacement. They also refilled my windshield washer and tire gas. They are very detail oriented and I highly recommend them.

Having tried four other auto repair garages in Fairfax City I consider Mins Auto Service to be my first choice for quality work and fair prices. My last visit was for tune-up and diagnostic services for my Toyota. All work was completed quickly and correctly with guaranteed parts and labor. Took my car in because it was idling low to the point of cutting off. He wasnt able to find anything. I explained that the battery had died, we jumped it and when we took off it died again. He sat down and explained to me how my model car gets stupid after a complete battery drain and that the ECU had to relearn, which ti would only do after driving. After driving it back home it has been working normally. Typically a shop will charge you mini 69 just to look at it. he gave me a really good rate, I would def go back.

Whenever I go for changing engine oil, he and lift and check all over thru car for free. It is because I am a regular customer, he just so much cares for his customers. I just trust him without any doubts when I take my car in for repair to him. I love him Min!! Thanks a lot Min!!!

My car broke down and i went to the closest mechanic shop near me which was Mins Auto Service. I spoke with Min and explained what I was experiencing and he completely ignored me then finally told me to go to another mechanic because he was too busy. customer service was horrible and he was very rude, he legit told me that i don’t have to tell him what i was going on with my car because he did not care. i wish i could give this place 0 stars because that’s what they deserve. HORRIBLE

My father referred me to this shop after I had mentioned my oil light had turned on. The mechanic working on my car was able to diagnose the problem quite quickly. The transmission oil was leaking, thank you volkswagen, and he was able to clean and fix it within no time. The workers here are very honest and humble. They do honest work and I was charged a very fair price. Will definetly be coming back here.

I owe 2015 Honda Odyssey. I had issues with breaks and one day just walked in to find out what was the issues. He gave me very honest answers saying I should check with the dealership first for warranty eligibility. But I ended up taking the car to Mr. Min for new breaks replacement. The cost was reasonable and he was able to finish in 2 hours. He even call next day for an update. I think I found a shop where I can trust!
