I think when there is horrible management or of concern issues then we as paying residence must go up the latter when we see that issues dont change in a timely manner. They want the rent on time so we would like our concerns fixed in a timely manner. When we see no results its time we residence bond together our complaints up the chain.
They workers are very angry. We have more problem. When I go to lease office for the problem, they make soooo late.
LAUNDRY!!!....This is the SCREAM of Pinewood Plaza Apartment Residents. But they KEEP ignoring it!(Residents here know what I mean).
Used to live here for two years. Bad management. Took over half year to get my deposit back.
One of the worst experiences that Ive ever had....The manager is really careless and irresponsibleMy apartment was very very old and dirty, also, full of weird insects$1,470.00 - $1,546.00 for 1 Bedroom + 1 Bath apartment in PINEWOOD PLAZA is more like a joke!!Is not worth even half of this price.
I won’t recommend this place Laundry Machines haven’t been working for 4 weeks and they still haven’t fixed it! I wish I had looked into the reviews before signing the lease!!! Worst place ever!!!
Great Management!!Everyone is very nice and helpful. Diana and Alana are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for wondering experience seeing as this was my first time renting apartment.The neighborhood is very close to everything. There is bus to metro station. Shoppers is an mile away.Highly recommend this place. Very quiet and nice neighbors.
My clothes are rotting. Either fix this VTM machine, or make the laundries free of charge till you fix it. How long should we wait for?And dont comment me about calling to office. Of course I did! And what did you wrote on the VTM machine? We are aware of the problem, and we dont have an idea when its going to be fixed. Then who should have an idea?You charge us extra money when were late with rental just one day, but delaying your customer service for weeks!

Regional manager was rude to a degree. Was late in rent payment by 1 day because of working 14 hr shifts as a nurse for 5 straight days. Tried to speak peofessionally but the lady was just not helpful at all. Even claims that we should pay now and laughs hysterically as if shes pointing out that we are inferior. I just hope this wasnt a racial situation because we werent Caucasians like her. Its just unfortunate that they do not compensate a first time mistake. Ive been to other apartment complexes and they are more sublte with the situation and professional but Pinewood Apartments is just terrible. $200 for 1 day late fee is absurd.People should read the reviews. There are a lot of NEGATIVE reviews about this complex and the descriptions are very thorough.
I had Really bad overall experience with the management. Don’t rent here.
VTM machine and laundry machine are constantly broken.
Management is very unprofessional and upsetting. They come up with rules right on the spot. When you show the rules on the paper, they act like everything is possible for them . Definitely, they have no idea about customer service and objectivity and human decency. Joe, Maryoret and Diana are just a failure for the business.
I agree with most of the reviewers here esp.this year when their new manager is acting racist and prejudiced against different minorities. Though the office staff are nice the new office manager is not transparent and clearly prejudiced against some immigrants residing in the plaza. I stayed for a year and i had been adherent to the rules of good renters such as payment on time and taking good care of my apartment. When i approached them to add someone to the second year lease and renewing my term, the new manager came up with different rules that i only think she invented them particularly for me. In other words, she is asking me to pay another 100 move in fee though i have paid this already in my old lease. She is asking me to change my lease term into 12 months though it should automatically be month to month. I wish i can give her a zero on her double standard treatment with renters.

Worst experience we have ever had, we had an appointment. We came to leasing office. Ladie asked our IDs i had my ID with me, my wife didnt have ID with her, person over there said I can come see but my wife cant, she should stay outside. After a few minutes she said that apartment we came to see has rented already. Its sounds like a joke, i would give 0 star
If I could, I would give zero. The neighborhood is very noisy and lots of drug users. I have noted the management about the issue they have not taken care of the problem. The apartments themselves are okay to live but the management is awful.
The new management is just horrible. Community manager Joy Dogeno is an unprofessional. She doesnt know to communicate with customers and very rude with residents. Such kind of managers worthen the business of owners.
Not pretty from the outside, especially the ugly balconies, but is a solid apartment overall. Location is great. Lived here for 3 years. High rent.
Would not recommend living here. Lived here for several years now. Tub faucet breaks monthly even when the workers come and fix it. buildings are old and breaking down. id give it less than 1 star if it was possible.
I give 1 star because I cant choose 0.
