I stayed at Camden Fairfax corner for travel nursing for a little less than a year. Good apartment overall and location, but I wouldnt say the same for the leasing office. Specifically, Rebecca Key from the leasing office has been the most condescending and nasty person Ive ever met. Little to no humor, hard to work with, and no sign of professionalism. Stay away from this leasing consultant.

Where do I even begin with this phenomenal community! I came here in 2016 since day one thetreatment of their hospitality has not changed at all.Let me just say this I am BIG on customer services and these guys from leasing agents, maintenance, management have not disappointed me. Even my family has noticed because I have not moved. When the time comes for me to purchase I seriously going to have a hard time saying goodbye😔 The manager Abdul knows how to run this place! A great place overall until you want to leave. One star for a smooth move-in process.1. Poorly maintained building. Had a leaking roof twice during my less than 1 year stay. Had picture one on 12/17/2020 and they fixed it on 1/28/2021.2. Extremely confusing building layout. Causing a lot of troubles when ordering deliveries because this place is a maze and no one can find your apartment on their own.3. A lot of silverfish bugs. I lived on the top floor and there are apartments with even worse situation.4. Reaching any length for your money when you leave. Told me on the phone that the security deposit can take care of my last 10 days so no action is required from my end. Then they charge me a late fee for not paying rent on time. And they say that they meant the security deposit can take care of my last 10 days so no action is required from my end unless you want to avoid the late fee so it is my problem that I did not ask further.5. They strictly require a 60-day notice before leaving despite human nature. I had to break the lease in a hurry due to a family medical emergency. They show no empathy, fined me for 2 months, and require me to still pay for the days when the apartment is definitely empty.To be honest, I agree with the other comments that this is a decent community. However, I am very disappointed as I am paying for a much higher expectation. In my opinion, Camden Fairfax Corner fails to distinguish itself from some cheaper communities.

This is a great place to live for anybody. The whole area is beautiful and I love the garden style courtyard and the pool. The staff here truly wants to make you’re life easy and they’re always eager to help. I would recommend this place to anyone looking in the fairfax area.

Camden Fairfax Corner is an incredible property with an amazing location. The amenities, staff, and property are all of the highest quality. The units are incredibly nice, the maintenance staff are beyond responsive, and the office staff are some of the most friendly and helpful people we have ever met. The location cannot be beat, with walking trails, shopping, and great restaurants right outside your front door. Absolutely one of the best apartment experiences we have ever had.

Writing this review after living here for few months and trying every resources to make this a better experience, however, the poor management and lack of responsibility is making me write this review so that other apartment hunters hopefully read this before signing a lease and be stuck.Your home is supposed to be your comfort area where you come and relax and spend quality time with your family and loved ones specially during this pandemic where stress and tension is around and you want to spend as much time at home as possible such as work from home and schooling.There are few reasons to avoid leasing with this community but I would dis-regard the few other ones, however, one of the biggest issue is with the management who doesn’t seem to take responsibility when it comes to implementing lease agreement and apartment rules and policies.When it comes to constantly noise complaints from a neighbour even during quiet time with proofs, the management specially the property manager excuses himself basically saying we have to suffered it until the lease term is done.You can’t have peace at your own home I guess this is the biggest reason to consider leasing with this leasing community.

I love living here at Camden Fairfax Corner.  Unlike other apartment complexes Ive lived in this area, Camden makes me feel at home ans valued.  The leasing office staff have demonstrated excellent professionalism and customer service from the time I conducted a virtual walk through of my apartment to signing my lease and picking up my keys.   The maintenance team is A+ communicating when a repair will occur and what was done. They are courteous and polite, which is something you want to experience especially since they are in your house. I also have to remark about the Community Manager, Abdul. Every time he sees me or I see him, he says hi and was surprised he knew my name.  When we had a few snow days last week, I saw him shoveling snow right next to the maintenance team. When I call the office for anything, he doesnt hand it off instead, he handles it. Now I dont expect a manager to do these things because his primary responsibility is oversight and making sure we (employees, tenants, and HQ) happy. However, when you see someone in this position work right alongside his staff and have a smile on his face, I know I made the right decision to become a Camden resident.  What a perfect example of leadership!! It made me even more proud of being a tenant but it solified my decision to renew my lease in May.  Thank you to every staff member and management for outstanding support! Way to go.  BTW, I lived here for 5 years and moved due to unemployment and have never experienced such a pleasant experience like I do now.

If you like Garden-style apartments that combine a genuinely pleasant staff and a provincial, rustic charm then this place is for you. The staff here are the difference-makers 100%. Allen, Rachel, Rebecca, Miki--theyre all fantastic and they all go out of their way to make sure the tenants feel comfortable. The neighbors here are far more outgoing and friendly than your average NoVA apartment complex as well. This place is a hidden gem, culturally diverse, socially current, and family/pet friendly.

Camden Fairfax Corner Apartments is an absolutely outstanding experience. Staff, Facilities and Location are all 5 Star. Couldn’t ask for more. It’s been ideal as its closeness to restaurants and shopping. The on site facilities like Gym, Swimming Pools and Courts (Basketball and Tennis) are all top notch and well maintained. Wish we had moved here years ago. I must compliment the Staff. Always friendly, helpful and responsive. Truly professionals.

My boyfriend and I’s experience at Camden Fairfax Corner has been great! Immediately, we were impressed with the look of the resident lounge and leasing office, and we were greeted by our leasing agent Allen with warmth and in a super timely manner. He was so personable and very thorough and prepared. He was able to find two units that best fit our needs and was able to answer all of the questions we had prior to touring. We did a self guided tour and unlike other tours we had been on in the area, Allen was really helpful with directions and made sure we were comfortable with the whole experience. The keyless community aspect also drew us to move here, as well as the cleanliness in each area we visited. Overall, we had a great experience and Allen made the leasing process so quick and easy- he even sent follow up text messages and made sure we knew he was available if we needed him. My boyfriend and I are happy to move here! The friendly vibe as well as the proximity to everything around us fits our lifestyle perfectly.

Camden Fairfax Corner is wonderful! The staff is exceptional, especially Allen. He is very responsive and quick to help us with any issues we may have. My husband and I really enjoy living here as we are walking distance to restaurants and stores and they offer some great property amenities. Our only issue is that the walls are paper thin. We can hear just about anything - footsteps from above and music from below. It can get frustrating at times, but have expressed my concern to Allen and he has always been willing to help and offer solutions. Aside from that, we love this apartment complex!

I loved everything about living at Camden Fairfax Corner. The location is great, the complex is well kept with gorgeous landscaping all year round, and there’s always plenty of parking. Inside the unit I loved how much amazing storage it had, the dark flooring, the updated kitchen and how much storage it had too. From the promptness of the service requests to the friendliness of the staff, living here for 2 years was such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend!!

After having lived all over the country, I can honestly say that loving at Fairfax Corner has made me feel like I’ve found a place to call home. The location is phenomenal, and the amenities are great. However, the most significant difference at Camden Fairfax Corner is that the staff truly make you feel like you matter- they have gone above and beyond again-and-again. I have primarily worked with Allen, who has been helpful and accommodating at every turn. The maintenance staff is also some of the friendliest I have encountered as well.

My roommate and I lived here for 15 months and we loved it! The team (Allen especially) is very responsive and helpful. We had very few issues that required assistance, but when we did the maintenance team responded within a few hours. The communication (emails and flyers) from the office kept us informed of community updates and such so we always knew what was going on. The neighborhood and property are very safe and we felt comfortable coming home late at night and leaving early in the morning. We had very smooth move in/out processes. The only reason we left was for work, but if we could take Camden Fairfax Corner and put it in our new city we would! Five Stars all around.

Moving across the country during a pandemic is no easy task but our leasing consultant Allen made it just about as smooth and painless as possible. We were able to do a full tour of the complex via Facetime with Allen. He answered all of our questions and made the entire process easier than we couldve ever hoped! You cannot beat the location of this apartment and the entire Camden staff is attentive and kind! So far so great!

Great location but a little expensive compared to apartments in the area the same size and quality. You definitely pay for the location. I would recommend if you would like city living in the suburbs with entertainment and food options a short walk away. I will miss having chipotle so close. The management and maintenance are top notch! Allen goes out of his way to help tenants and always has a smile!

I would like to brag on Allen Kittrell for a minute! After a disappointing morning of lackluster apartment viewings, I was feeling pretty discouraged about the prospect of me moving to the Fairfax area. That was until I called Camden Fairfax Crossing and Allen answered the phone. I am only here for the day so it was imperative that I get a viewing today, and he worked me in no problem! Not only that, he was incredibly knowledgeable about everything, and made me feel at home. He made the leasing process so seamless, THANK YOU!

I scheduled an in-person tour but when I went there I was asked to do a self-guided tour. I reached before 5 pm as per the conversation with the customer representative. Wanted to look at 1 and 2 bedroom options. The gates would not open and the lady had to get some kind of fob or her phone to open them. I did not have a QR scanner on my phone but got the chime app Rebecca the representative asked me to install. Looked at 132 and then was supposed to see 302 a 2 bedroom option. A resident guided me to where 132 was. Rebecca told me to take the elevator up. Where is the elevator no signs, very confusing. The same resident told me to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor as there was no access to the elevators. This place is like a maze. Someone was living in 302. Not sure which building or where I was. Very disappointed. Will never lease here with such bad customer service. You will see this review on Google and other platform as well.

We love living at Camden! The apartments are pristine. Weve worked primarily with Allen Kittrell for leasing issues and questions, and he is wonderful. Allen is always kind, responsive, and helpful. The maintenance team is also stellar and quick at responding to any issues.

We sold our house and moved to Camden in 2018 to be closer to work. The parking garage was the biggest selling point for us, but we grew to love the valet trash service and the Verizon Fios that is included in the rent. We were worried about noise, moving into an apartment after owning for so long, but were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. The grounds are immaculate, maintenance is there quickly when you run into any problems, and the management team is fantastic. We would stay if we hadnt been offered a job in another city. Don’t care if you stay or go - don’t care if you are good or bad tenant. Purely concerned about maximum rent per unit. If you have been with them a while or long term it’s about maximum rent per unit - if you won’t pay it they don’t want you,

Pros:-Great community within a great location.-Professional management team and very responsive maintenance Team.-Shout out to Allen for excellent customer service and eagerness to help resolve any issues/concerns tenants may have.Cons:-Multiple vehicle break-ins inside the parking garage. Management is cutting corners by not adding more cameras throughout the property.-Pet owners purposely choose to not pick-up after their pets. This has more to do with people’s lack of respect and common sense than anything else.-And the big one: Noise disturbances due to paper thin walls and ceiling. I get awakened with a headache every morning to my neighbors stumping feet and the room vibrating from the sound of their heavy walking. I can hear every sound they make including their loud television, vacuuming, washer/dryer running, their incessant dog barking or running around for hours at times. Multiple complaints have been put in for these upstairs neighbors who are causing noises until 1:00 am. Coupling this with working from home, it has not been pleasant at all. The past 6 months, since the upstairs neighbors moved in, has been a nightmare. Management is saying that they have spoken to them, but there has been no improvement thus far. As sad as it is, I am now counting the days until my lease is over to move-out.There are great pros to Camden Fairfax Corner, but the cons may outweigh the pros. If you like to live in a place where you are paying such high rent to only have people above you continually hitting the floor and causing creaking sounds for consecutive hours at times than this is the place for you.

We lived at Camden for 2 and a half years before purchasing our first home, and would not have it any other way. Amazing office staff and maintenance crew who are very helpful and responsive to every need/question/issue. Very, very pet friendly (one of the reasons why we chose Camden in the first place) and it’s close to everything (Wegmans and Costco).

Beautiful community and friendly faces. I have enjoyed living here. The location is perfect. Access to the interstate but no noise or traffic from it.

The staff is amazing! The upgrades and floor plans make this Camden attractive. However, you can hear everything through the walls and floors which is sometimes frustrating. I can hear my upstairs neighbor vacuum, their dog barking and running around. They sound like they are going to fall through the ceiling when they walk around. Sometimes I can hear my neighbor on either side of me talking through the wall. Also I notice theres a lot of pet owners that dont pick up after their pets which is disappointing. Especially since they did such an amazing job making sure there are poop bag stations filled with bags....everywhere around the community!

I moved to Camden Fairfax Corner in December, and then recently transferred apartments into a larger one. Allen has been AMAZING. This has been the easiest transition I’ve ever had into an apartment. Everything is simple and spelled out and the team responds immediately. The community is well kept and I really enjoy my time here.

You really feel like you can go to them with anything.The location is amazing. Fairfax Corner is home to so many eateries and activities. And I can even walk to my dentist’s office! It’s so close to Fair Oaks mall and the Fair Lakes shopping center. Awesome!Lastly, the 2 places I lived before Camden, I had problems with very noisy neighbors and management who wouldn’t do anything to help remedy the situation. Here at Camden, I haven’t had any problems with any of my neighbors, but I am also confident if I ever did that the folks in the Leasing office would be awesome at helping resolve any issues.So yeah, I love living here.

Ive been living here for over a year and it has been an amazing experience! This is the second Camden property I lived in and the service is definitely consistent from property to property. Rachel and Alondra are always very helpful when I stop by the office. They go above and beyond for the residents. The maintenance team is also great, always responsive and super friendly guys.I would always recommend Camden to anyone interested in renting.

Great Location, Great Staff. The complex is well kept, and nice. Staff are always friendly and willing to help with any issues you may have. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with living here. It also helps that they all seem to love pets. My dog is always dragging me in the door whenever he sees that we are stopping by the leasing office because he knows that they are going to give him some sort of treat.

Weve been living in this place almost a year and we love it. Management is good, technicians are courteous and service everything very quickly and professionally. We appreciate the great web page that allows payments, contact with the Community and requests for services. The amenities are nice, especially the gym and the elevators (great whenever you are bringing groceries); the BBQ area and the gorgeous swimming pool are a plus in summer. I wish we could have the hose (to give a quick wash to the car) all year but I guess is closed in winter to avoid freezing but we are very happy here, in the Middle of Everything at Fairfax Corner and just feet away from my second house, Ozzies Good Eats. The last time I rented was 30 years ago and I have to tell you this is by far my best experience as a rental. The staff and location is incredible and very helpful. The manager is amazing and appreciate him finding the perfect unit for me to transfer to. I would recommend this place to everyone. Very convenient place and love the neighborhood.

This place is better than most, has some issues like all, and (like everyone else) is probably a bit overpriced. But the leasing staff is actually very good. Unusually so. Id give Allen and Rebecca special recognition for going above and beyond to lend a helping hand to the residents here.

When I arrived I went to the office to see if there was a dolly available and he offered to help me get it to my apartment and actually helped me get it out of the box onto my TV stand! He exemplifies going above and beyond the call of duty!!I dont know if hes still here but TJ Mudd is awesome! I returned from a business trip last year to a dead car battery. I went to the office to get the towing company info and he offered to jump start my car. It didnt work because I have an electric start so we ended up calling the towing company. Again, above and beyond!Overall, your maintenance crew is outstanding! Ive never had a bad experience, you guys are always on top of requests and the crew is friendly, courteous and professional.

Honest reviewCamden as a company is great however my experience living at Fairfax Corner started out good and turned into a nightmare. First of all the leasing staff outside of Allen are some of the most unhelpful people you will ever meet, Rebecca is absolutely terrible at customer service, she doesnt care and has no knowledge about anything if you ask her a question about anything she doesnt and Abdul the GM needs to go hes just completely clueless about anything and everything.Secondly and most importantly the entire car garage thing is a scam to raise rent whenever your car is parked in the garage just like my car it will get broken into so if anyone is reading this park your car outside because in that parking garage its free game for anyone and theres only one camera.Lastly the rent is to high. At this time theres nothing going on in that area the shops and restaurants are shut down so honestly theres no point in living there the only positive is Wegmans being up the road but who wants to spend 200-300 dollars in food.This Camden out of the three in the area is by far the worst and I would strongly suggest people to look elsewhere.

My wife and I saw online that there were some promising apartments for rent at Camden Fairfax Corner and so made an appointment to see one. We were very fortunate to meet Assistant Manager Rachel Park, who showed us around the facility, as well as a 2-bedroom, and a 3-bedroom apartment. We were impressed with both, in cleanliness, and modern fixtures. A shopping center nearby with a variety of restaurants is another plus.Our desires are very specific – including a balcony overlooking a courtyard. So far the right apartment has not come up for rent but Ms. Park is diligent in keeping an eye out for any apartments that might meet our requirements and notifying us immediately. We have been looking for the right rental apartment in Fairfax or Loudoun Counties for months and Camden Fairfax Corner is the very best we have seen, in terms of facilities, apartments, and responsive of staff such as Ms. Park. We recommend it without reservation.

This is a great place to live. The management has been great since Ive lived here; over 3 yrs now. The manager is very proactive and friendly. The maintenance/service is also very good. A ways back my AC needed to be checked (strange noises). They were on it right away and fixed, with no hassle. I also like that they have upgraded all the lights(LED) in the hallways and on the rest of the property. Nice and bright now! I have one of the upgraded units, and its very nice. Also, these seem well built. I havent had any serious sound/noise problems. Also, you cant beat the location. Nothing like being able to walk out and grab a bite to eat, or movie, even coffee.

I have been living in the studio apartment at Camden for a year and a half and it was a delight. I want to give a special shutout Elmer and the Maintenance staff who always are friendly and work diligently to maintain and upkeep the community. They are the true reflection of the company. Move in was seamless, no deposit for us and we are far from wealthy. Checkout was also pretty fast, and was not stressful for the movers. Thank you Camden staff!

This apartment is great for its awesome customer service and friendly staff. Abdul, the manager does a really good job of making sure things get done. The office staff are always so willing to help and are the most friendliest group of people. The maintenance team are friendly as well and does a phenomenal job in what they do. I have been recommending this place to my friends because it is a great place to live. The place is also very pet friendly which is plus!

Allen was an extremely knowledgeable, polite, and resourceful leasing consultant. Although the apartment complex and surrounding area sells itself, he made my wife and I feel much more comfortable and prepared going with Camden when we’re ready to finalize our decision. I havent been here very long but so far the Camden is exquisite in every way! I had the pleasure of working with Allen and he was absolutely wonderful! With such a short time to make my move and he made my whole transition seamless and had an answer to every question. All of the office staff is knowledgeable and wont hesitate to help when it is needed.

I wish people would realize that leasing agents cant influence rent prices. Those are calculated using algorithms based on occupancy and demand! Camden is a great place to live. Everyone in the leasing office and the maintenance is so nice! The management team is amazing. I would highly recommend living here.

We just signed up to move in. Allen, one of the leasing agents, is so kind and makes you want to be a part of the community. We hope to love this place, as it seems to have alot to offer and is in a great location. The entire staff couldnt be nicer.

Meet with Abdul, Rachel and all front house AND maintenance staff on our TOUR of this property. Dont recall ever meeting with the whole crew but Camden Fairfax made sure all of our questions were answered. Tour should take 20 minutes-we stayed the entire morning. Safe, clean, secure, attention to detail, great location and Abdul and team made sure we knew we would be living among friends and family. 10 stars!!

The convenience is amazing. We can walk to eight eateries from Potbelly to Ruths Chris. Staff is outstanding. The Property Manager holds staff accountable for resident satisfaction. Maintenance team is highly responsive. If we need anything they are available on demand 24/7/360. Lighting assures safety and security. Leasing staff invites food trucks here in a timely manner for residents eating pleasure. Property is well maintained year around. Camden Fairfax Corner is the in place to live.

I have lived here for just over a year and am so glad that I picked Camden Fairfax Corner! The office staff are awesome (they know everyone and their pets by name) and the maintenance staff rocks! Great neighbors, great facilities, great living! And walking to food, drink, and movies doesn’t stink!

Fairfax Corner Camden has been a great place to call home. The neighbors and staff have been the best part of Camden along with the convenient location. Camden Fairfax Corner is, quite frankly, the best apartment complex my wife and I lived in the last five years. It is well maintened, PERFECTLY located, and has the best management team we’ve ever encountered. Led by Abdul, who is simply a great guy and is ALWAYS doing his best to help, plus they are all extremely welcoming. I truly recommend living there.

I moved here to commute into DC for work, and it has been a fantastic decision. My newly renovated apartment is exceptional. Spacious, comfortable, and feels like home. I have not had a single problem since I arrived about two months ago. The customer service from the management team is some of the best Ive ever had. The apartments are spaced out far from one another which is a very smart layout, because I have not heard a single noise from any neighbor. I love the parking garage for my car, the pool, gym, and stores and shops just outside my door. Camdens slogan is living excellence and I have certainly felt that here. Keep up the excellent work.

Camden Fairfax corner is by far the best place I’ve ever lived. Abdul, the manager, and Susan, the assistant manager are both great. They are responsive and easy to communicate with. They have been able to accommodate my requests and are always welcoming! Just signed my second lease with them and am looking forward to another 15 months here.

I love this place. Its clean, quiet, organized and a great place to host hangouts and get togethers. The Fairfax corner shopping center next door is an incredible plus, as well. I would highly recommend this place

I moved to Camden at Fairfax Corner about 2 months ago and I have to say that it is truly one of the finest and peaceful places Ive ever had the pleasure to live in. The management have some of the best customer service Ive ever received. Both Karina and Kassandra have been very helpful and dedicated to making sure that my move-in and stay be the absolute best experience for me. One of the best locations to live in by far in Northern Virginia. You will not regret living here. I wish to grow old here!!

Camden Fairfax Corner is a great place to live. The buildings and parking are secure. Friendly and efficient staff. Pet friendly (my Pug Bingo is the neighbor Boss). There is plenty of shopping and multiple eateries, all within walking distance of your home. Private security patrols with Police and Fire Department only about a mile away.

My wife and I have been leaving at Camden Fairfax Corner for the past three years. For us the important points about Camden Fairfax Corner are Location, Office Staff, Maintenance crew and covered parking garages. Location is close to 66 and metro bus stop (personally I have used bus service to and from Vienna Metro Station), very convenient for trips to DC and back. Two major grocery stores in less than a mile with several restaurants and stores close by.Staff at Camden Fairfax Corner are friendly, courteous and professional. They make every efforts to address any issue quickly and efficiently. The Maintenance crew are responsive, friendly and trustworthy (very important). Covered parking garages conveniently located with easy access from buildings and apartment units. In the past three years we have had no negative experience at Camden Fairfax Corner. So, we are giving it 5 stars and recommend it.

This is a wonderful place to live. The staff are first class all the way. I have never waited longer than a few hours to have an emailed answered (and that is because I always send one after business hours), and all my requests have been met. The property is clean and safe, and for as many units here, very quiet and peaceful.

We moved to Camden with the intention to live here only for one year to experience life in Fairfax Corner. Well, this was five years ago We really enjoy it here and the management and maintenance team are professional, nice and friendly. For the past three years I have seeing several improvements; many of them have been suggestions from residents including myself; showing us that they really listen and take action. Just this year they placed new carpet on the hallways in my building and two new grills. The property is always clean and we can see the cleaning crew always cleaning around the hallways.We just renew for another year and we look forward for another year full of events and entertainment in Fairfax corner.

I have been a resident of Camden Fairfax Corner since November. The property manager is one of the best I’ve met. He is extremely quick to address all resident questions and concerns. The property is well maintained, clean and surprisingly quite. I look forward to calling Fairfax Corner home for the foreseeable future!!!

First off, the staff is very welcoming and super friendly! Especially Rebecca Key and Allen. They both made us feel at home. They made the whole move-in process smooth as can be and really exceeded our expectations. The staff even added all new appliances and new carpet prior to our move-in and had a nice welcome bag waiting in our apartment when we walked in. The apartments are very nice and cozy. The gym is huge so no need for a gym membership. Plenty of entertainment, movie theater and dining directly out the front entrance. Overall a great property and great staff!

I love living here. Ive lived here for 7 months and this is my first apartment right out of college. I couldnt have asked for a better location, community and staff for my first real life experience. Joelle and Abdul specifically have been so accommodating with helping me get accustomed to the lifestyle. They are extremely responsive and will go above and beyond to satisfy their residents. The community as a whole is clean, sophisticated and extremely friendly. The grounds are beautifully kept with grass being mowed and landscaping always being improved. The apartments themselves are beautiful with plenty of space. The area is extremely safe with key fobs required for every entry. I would recommend this community to people of any age and stage of life because there really is something for everyone within this community.

We have been living at the Camden Fairfax Corner Apartments since 2008. It has been a great experience for us. First of all the location is a great location near a movie theater, and a number of restaurants, and has easy access to route 66, route 50 and route 29. The building is really nice, has two swimming pools and a gym. The neighbors are really friendly and neighborly. I like the fact that the office responds immediately to any maintenance requests. A great place for young professional and young families.

Great location. Several restaurants right here, several bars, a movie theater, shopping, coffee shop. On bus route to Metro (on week days). Unfortunately no dance clubs / bars.Great place for an extrovert. You never have to feel you are alone as you can just walk outside or go to the restaurant bars. Apartment office organizes occasional events.Gym here is the best.Downside is the price increases on a regular basis and is relatively big jumps.Neighbors are relatively quiet as there is no big parties held late at night as office controls that. There is some noise from the street later at night but as the bars close relatively earlier compared to others they do not attach the groups out to drink all night.Staff is friendly and nice

I am a former resident (only because I moved to FL for a short while) and am getting ready to move back to NoVA, and there is no other place I will rent from. I have lived in a few other upscale apartment complexes over the past 5 years, however Camden Fairfax Corner has become home. Besides the amazing location, beautiful spacious apartments, amenities and luxuries that come with living here, the staff really sets this place apart from any other. In the time I lived there, I found myself in a couple less than desirable situations (as life happens) and they were so kind, patient, understanding, and worked with me to find the best solution. I also felt as if they went out of their way to ensure I felt at home, and developed a more personalized relationship rather than making me feel as I was just another tenant. The maintenance staff is wonderful, and responds in a very timely manner as well. Abdul, Rachel, Rebecca, Allen, and Alondra.. thanks for all you do!

I won’t talk about the place and how much beautiful and peaceful it is because the name Camden Fairfax Corner says it all. What I want to talk about is the staff and how much they’re willing to help specially Karina always smiling and answering any questions. I’m an international student here and they make me feel like home.

I just signed my second long-term lease with the Camden Fairfax Corner apartments and couldn’t be more pleased. The apartment community is beautiful – well maintained, clean, and very safe. The neighborhood is so much fun – restaurants, movies, shopping all within walking distance. I looked at many places when I was hunting for an apartment and the Camden is by far the best value for the money. These apartments are very spacious with nice amenities – in unit laundry, high ceiling, walk-in closets, courtyards, valet trash, balconies, wood flooring, and lots of windows – it’s very easy to call this home. And, that’s just the apartment – the community has two pools, a great gym, grilling areas, ample parking and a garage – but most of all a sense of community with management hosted happy hours, yard sales, and other events. The management team is extremely courteous, helpful, and professional and it is a pleasure to work with them. They really seem to understand community living and do their very best to give the residents a great experience.

A great place to live. Apartment management is always there to help and assist. Ive been here for several years and have met many wonderful people. Just a walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater. In particular, its a pet friendly environment. I highly recommend Camden Fairfax Corner.

Lived here over a year. One of the best managed apartments Ive lived in (thats a large number). Management and maintenance is fantastic - responsive, friendly, professional. Also, nice location being right at Fairfax Corner restaurants and shops.

Ive lived here for the ten years since it was built and am generally quite satisfied with the location, the property itself, and the management. Although the proximity to the exceptional Fairfax Corner shopping center and other nearby shopping is remarkable, I stay because I like the apartment. Its spacious and well appointed with the latest luxury upgrades. The building and the grounds are well kept. The management and maintenance staff are responsive and professional. Wegmans and Whole Foods are both just down the road. Around the corner is the newly updated Fair Oaks Mall. A block away is a cinema with 14 screens.

I lived here for a few months just this past year and loved it! The location is ideal - in the heart of Fairfax Corner. Great restaurants, shops, movies, and community events right at the plaza. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about the residents.

I have lived at the Camden Fairfax for 4 years. I can not say enough about the management and staff....Always very attentive, helpful, professional and pleasant. I am also extremely impressed with the Maintenance Team. 1st of all, Its super easy to log in to my Camden account and generate a service request. Almost every request I ever submitted was fixed the next day. The service team members that have helped me have all been very knowlegeable, and friendly. I give Camden Fairfax 5 STARS!! :-)

Amazing place to live. Can not beat the location. Being able to walk to chipotle nearly changed my life. Everyone in the office is very friendly and always super helpful. Management responds quickly to all requests and concerns and the grounds are always well kept. Never had any issues. Overall very please with my experience here, it’s just quite pricey.
