The technicians as well as the associates who answers their phones all lie. I was promised that my AC unit would be repaired next day. With that being said I canceled all the other HVAC companies and paid My Plumber to repair my unit. When I called yesterday morning they acknowledged that my case was emergent and sent someone out by afternoon. They tried to convince me to buy a new unit, but I refused. I paid a deposit of $255 with the promise that they would be out today to fix the unit. I guess I can wait an additional two days now that they have my money?! I called four times since this morning to get an ideal time as to when someone would be out. I was told someone would definitely be out today, but they couldn’t give me a time frame. I was told a dispatcher would call with that info. No one called. After the fifth time calling and my request to speak with a supervisor I was told that my service was on hold. It took my fifth call and request to speak to a supervisor to get this NEW information! I wasted my day in my hot house, because I was told repeatedly that my AC would be serviced today. I have requested a refund, because I cannot trust that they are coming on Monday. I have been lied to by the company since yesterday. Take a look at how they left my unit! I would only advise the devil to do business with these people.

Alex and his apprentice installed our faucet that we purchased from Delta. We were happy that it was installed correctly and the rate of flow was consistent with the other one in our master bath. The only complaint we have which isnt their fault is the cost for labor, with our senior citizen discount of 10% the total labor was $417.00 thats ridiculous shame on My Plumber executives and the owner. We bought our own faucet and these two techs installed it in about an hour so your rate per hour is roughly $208.00 per tech? Are you kidding me. Very disappointed. And we pay extra per month to be a priority member, we are very much considering dropping our priority status and look at another plumber. Upper level management really needs to revisit their pricing guidelines and stop gouging customers.regards,Jeff and Ronda

The team that arrived at my home were prompt and professional. Looked at the job to be done and examined everything before offering several solutions to the problem. Once decided which direction to take pounced right on it and began the work. Explained the process as they went along. Quite pleased with the end result. Tested the work after completed and began to wrap up for departure. The gentleman with the most years of experience just gathered his tools and walked away. There were no final words not even “have a nice rest if your day”. Whereas the newer gentleman with less experience had excellent customer service and took the time to show me how to operate the new device that was installed. I appreciated the time and effort that he took very much. I don’t have to call and ask how to do anything, I have already been shown how to. Overall job well done! Thank you.

These people are very very expensive though they were showing professionalism.My a/c was not running. I checked by myself prior to calling them and I got it and fuse had gone. Because this is electric thing, I did not want to do by myself so I called them.In their website, the inspection and repair cost $79.99 plus $35. I was Ok with that.But the technician asked me $233 for 15 minutes work and for known issue. But he did inspection of my a/c too, I appreciate for that.It up to you if you like to work with these people or not.As per me, if you are really in hurry to fix something but you don’t care about the money, they are the people.But if you have time to look around, you will definitely find someone less expensive.I just found them very expensive.

My experience with this technician was excellent. He is very knowledgeable in his profession. Very thorough in his evaluation. I highly recommend him.

Darin Moore at My Plumber Plus was probably the single most professional courteous contractor that we have ever met and worked with. We had a minor flooding incident in the basement and, among other things, our sump pump shorted out. Another plumber had come, but he rushed through the job, installed the wrong sump pump, closed it up, and refused to test it after we repeatedly asked if he could show us whether it was functioning properly. The next day, Darin comes, and the first remarkable thing is that hes listening to our issues and concerns. Instead of giving up on the problem, he made calls to his parts department, to his manager, and said that the pump was available at a store for pickup. He quickly came back, and then took the time to inform us of all things related to the sump pump. When replacing the wrong pump with the new one, he worked diligently, carefully, and even said that he doesnt mind the clients to hover because he wants to show the customers what hes doing and to answer questions along the way. After he was done, he then recommended that we test it multiple times. At this point, we agreed that one way to test it would be to add water through a separate area drain that leads to the sump pit. When we turned the water on, he noticed that that water was not entering the pit and then quickly noticed that the PVC pipe was capped! He asked whether we experienced back ups in the area way during rain storms, and we said that we saw it, but it would eventually go down slowly. Darin said that the cap is not supposed to be there, and he was surprised that we had not had any flooding from the blocked drain pipe. Darin cut the cap off, tested it again with the water, and now BOTH the areaway drain, as well as the newly installed pump, were working BEAUTIFULLY. He basically addressed a repair issue with flying colors, and then made the extra effort to fix another potentially likely and serious flooding issue while on the same job. Darin stayed a while longer to make sure that the pump was working. We were so taken aback by Darins patience and professionalism, effort and desire to go above and beyond, that we gave him a bottle of wine as a small token of our appreciation.If you ever have a plumbing problem and contact My Plumber Plus, you have to ask for Darin Moore, and hopefully he will be available (usually, plumbing problems are often emergencies, so he may be on another job, obviously). We highly recommend him, and if you havent noticed yet, his name is mentioned by other reviewers here as well!, which is totally not surprising. He is simply amazing, takes pride in his work, extremely personable, talkative, and friendly, and he knows his stuff. We would have given him another bottle of anything if we had more. Darin, if youre reading this, hats off to you, sir.

Mr. Darin Moore did a wonderful job. He was able to find the water leak in our bathroom. The water cause us a lot of headaches but Darin was sure that he would get to the problem and do the work. He did just that and we felt great. When he finish his job he always make sure the work area is clean. We called My Plumber Plus because we were experiencing a flood in our basement. They were at our house in a little over an hour (after business hours), diagnosed the situation and put a temporary solution in place to hold us over night. They were back the next morning at 10am with two brand new sump pumps. The technician, John, was so friendly and thorough. It was almost a pleasurable experience! We will definitely be calling My Plumber Plus for all of our future plumbing needs (hopefully there wont be many).

The service provided was great. The plumber Nino was very personable and helped me to understand my new water heater and other basic things for future prevention to ensure things continue to work at optimal levels.

Plumbers overcharge for the job, if you say no they start haggling with you, I found out the second time they came, the first time they solve the issue but I had no clue I overpaid 3 times the actual cost because i know nothing about plumbing. This company allows their employees to lie to their costumers for their own financial gain. I would give them 0 stars.

My Plumber sent out a plumber, Issa, who turned out to be very skilled in his trade. I needed the tank parts and the water valve shutoff replaced. Issa had it done in a very short time, somewhere around 20 minutes. I was very surprised that he had completed the work so quickly. I was even more surprised to see that the work was done in an excellent manner with no water leakage what so ever. I highly recommend My Plumber and Issa in particular. I will definitely use My Plumber again!

Had a wonderful experience with My Plumer Plus! Oscar came out to do some hot water heater maintenance for us today and was very professional. He found an issue with our main water valve that we totally had missed. Was a little more expensive than anticipated, but the experience was overall wonderful. Would recommend.

He was able to locate three blockages in our drain from our property to the county. Within 72 hours of the camera scoping our drain, all three blockages were cleared and a broken pipe was repaired by Jeremy, who was a delight, to work with. He even took the time to talk to our grandkids about what he was doing. Tyler who also assisted was very precise and very accurate with assisting in clearing the drain to the county. Overall we are very impressed with My Plumber Plus. We will definitely us them again.

This company charges $563 for garbage disposal installation and $458 for kitchen sink strainer installation. I ended up not using this company because I did not want to pay $1021 for these installations. Of couse, I had to pay the dispatch fee of $44.50.

I called at 1:56PM on Tuesday and job was complete with departure at 4:30 Tuesday. This replacement was tricky - a hard to access toilet. Simple repairs on this toilet have taken hours longer than necessary due to the design.Darin reviewed the work, assessed the issue and presented me with some options. I got a new toilet which is much easier to service and clean, saving me hours of work.Darin did a fantasic job and I would highly recommend My Plumber.

Simply outstanding quality of work!! My list of repairs was long - shower, toilet, sink, outdoor faucet. Remove old sink, put in new. Fix broken pipe on outdoor faucet. Fix shower leak. Fix water flow in bathroom sink. EVERYTHING was completed in less than a day *and* they came out the same day as advertised. The process could not have been easier and I was so lucky to have Genti assign to our project. Im a new customer and cant imagine calling anyone else now.

I would have given them 5 stars my only disappointment was the price. 500.00 for a leaking faucet. Replacing a cartridge. Took less than an hour I was not in a position to shop around. He assessed our needs and provided us a quote. Once we proceeded he was very quick and through. I appreciate how quickly My Plumber was able to get a technician here and have everything done within two days.

I was going to give them business based on good review. DONT use them, unless you really dont care how much it cost. All I wanted to do was to drill a 1 hole, and glue 4 length and 1 wide pvc pipe, then attached to a grummet that came with the washing machine drip tray. It would have been 10 minutes job, since I already marked where it needs to be drilled. They wanted to charge me $400 to do this job. If this is their price model, if you care about how much you would like to spend.. I would stay away from this business. I definitely will never consider them again. my loss of paying $80 for doing nothing, as thats what they charge for a trip fee. Nothing wrong with the guy they sent me, it’s the company and their pricing.

This is one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had with any sort of repair company. I was given false information from multiple people, hung up on, had an appointment cancelled without telling me, told I had to pay before the job was done only to be ignored on the follow up day.The only redeeming thing from my plumber is that Janet from dispatch was extremely helpful and worked with me to correct the issues after I had been left waiting for over 12 hours with multiple call backs and being told someone would be on the way soon.

John Thomas is a Master Plumber who has outstanding skills for removing a failed well water pump and installing a replacement. During a +6 hour dirty and physically demanding job, John provided me progress updates and detailed instructions for removing the water chlorination the next day. He also identified key components of the inside Pressure Tank that needed to be replaced. I highly recommend John for any difficult plumbing job you might have.

I wish I could give zero stars. Here is my story so you can judge for yourself whether you want to do business with a company like this.1. I had to replace my hot water heater because it no longer worked. I bought it from My Plumber because they had done work for the former homeowner of my house.2. They installed the hot water heater for $3500 which is way more expensive that I wanted, but considering I have two toddlers at home and my husband and I worked full time jobs, we had to get it done that day.3. The hot water leaked from the output pipe because they didnt weld it properly. The pan filled with water. They sent someone out later that night during dinner time and they stay until 9:30pm. I had two toddlers who wouldnt go to sleep at that point from the excitement.4. The next day, I discovered that my kitchen faucet didnt work. They came out to look at it and charged me an addition few hundreds of dollars to fix the problem they had caused and told us that it was half off and a deal for us.5. A week and half later, the water heater is leaking again, this time from its gaskets. The drip pan is full. They sent out a tech who told me he couldnt do anything about it. He said he would send out the original tech.6. I just called after the waiting window was over and they told me that they would send someone else, but not the original tech. With my insistence, they finally agreed to send out the original tech, but I also want to speak to the manager. The dispatcher put me on hold and then said, I spoke to him and he told me that he is in a meeting.7. We spent over $3,500, had 4 visits from a tech, and took three days off, and all we have is a new leaky water heater to show for it.I wish I hadnt called this company.Update: My new water heater was installed and it is functioning well. I appreciate that My Plumber took care of it before dinnertime. I also appreciated their marketing managers empathetic response to my concerns.

Richie really pulled through and stuck through right to the end of my absurd water heater dilemma! 5 diagnostic opinions (3 of which were actually misdiagnosed by 3 different people at MyPlumber), 1 month without hot water during a cold front, and a supposed 10-20 min project ended up taking a frustrating 3 hours due to a misdiagnosis. In the end, Richie made things right without over charging and fixing the actual root issue - the vent and not the thermal couple. All while being patient and professional through and through. Thank you for being one of the good guys, Ritchie!

A new Garbage disposal was installed when it was not needed. An electrician found the problem to be a simple electrical fix that took all of 5 minutes to repair. I told the plumber that came the previous day that It could be electrical since the disposal would come on if i engaged the switch repeatedly . I wanted to make certain that it wasnt the garbage disposal itself. Long story short the plumber installed a new garbage disposal that was still inoperative due to the problem being electrical and not with the garbage disposal.

My Plumber was able to get here quickly on a weekend and locate and repair a leak in our wall. Nino was professional and stayed to ensure the problem was completely resolved. Fees seemed reasonable, especially for weekend service, and he explained the problem and the process to fix it to me.

My AC went off 3 days ago, the fan is still working but not cooling. I called this company because they have the ads in my community. I thought the first technical consultation went well, because I didn’t even remember which AC is mine. The tech guy helped me ‘find’ my AC. But it turns out not my AC:) So he checked the AC from other Units and said my AC is not working.Today another consultant came to negotiate the price. They didn’t mention anything about repairing. They just throw a replacement deal which is between 7000-15000 to me, and keep telling me I have to do this. I mean part of the story they told me is true. R22 is phased out now. But my problem is NOT that. Selling the whole services is a quick way to make money, especially in this hot summer time. But it’s better to do a more concrete work than just have a sales team.
