I cannot say enough good things about B&B! I have been a customer since early 2000 and it’s honestly the best money I’ve ever spent on a service contract. Whenever something goes wrong, they are at my house the same day and repairs, parts and labor are done within 1 day.Yesterday, my motor blower on my AC went out. Woke up on a hot, steamy morning to the smell of something electrical that had burnt out. And no air conditioning. Called our usual repair company, but was unavailable, so tried B&B for the first time. Was very pleased! Provided same-day service. Technician Hans was friendly, professional, and competent. He quickly diagnosed the problem and called back to his office for the necessary part. It was delivered in about an hour and he replaced the malfunctioning component. AND the office proactively contacted the manufacturer to find out if the part was still under warranty which ended up saving us a lot of money. We will use B&B again and recommend them, without reservation, to anyone with A/C or heating problems.

To the problem in my air conditioner, the technician whose name is Young solved it quickly. AC broke the previous night, called at 9 am and was told someone would make it out by the afternoon. Technician Jose M. was able to come mid morning (several hours sooner) and provided a quick diagnosis. He had our AC up and running within an hour in the 95 degree heat. No overcharging or pressured sales pitches, just honest and reliable service. I will be recommending them for any HVAC needs and am extremely happy with the service they provided.

My water heater failed and B&B sent a tech to repair it. It failed again and the tech returned but the thermostat was faulty and we decided to replace the unit. In three days they located a replacement unit, sent their installation manager, Ernesto and his assistant Kim Gu. It was a difficult job but they took out the old unit (a large 75 gallon unit) and replaced it with a new unit in 6.5 hours! They took care to not disturb the house and left my home as they found it. Because I have a service contract with B&B there was no charge for labor and I got a guarantee and 10% discount on the unit! They are a great company.

Hans and Peter came to my place for one of my bi-yearly HVAC servicing visits to replace some parts and clean up the system. They were both extremely professional and very friendly. Called B&B to look at my AC since the compressor stopped working all of a sudden. They came out within 48 hours and Ernesto diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. It happened to be a simple water sensor/switch that sensed a water buildup inside abs shut off the outside unit. There was no water or Freon leakage so it was just a matter of resetting the switch. Happy with quickness of and courteous service.

Young did an amazing job. Our AC went out middle of night on 90 degree day. My usual company I used was booked for a week. I called B&B and they were professional and receptionist talked to Manager for me to see if they could send someone same day since emergency due to high daily summer temperature. Young came out that afternoon and identified issue. Explained system could be fixed but no guarantee how long fix would last and gave me quotes for repair or system replacement. I opted for system replacement and one day later my home has a new system. And it is quieter and colder than my old unit. Mr. Young did a superb job diagnosing our lack of A/C and correcting the problem. He also discussed what he did and why it was a “quick fix “ because of our broken wires. He advised us to get someone out to install new thermostat wire for a permanent fix. I will probably do it myself but it was good to hear the permanent solution. Great work—our home is cool again!

B&Bs service tech was on-time and professional. He checked out the old forced air AC system and the newer heat pump AC system. He replaced a failed thermostat and tested everything out before leaving. He warned me the forced air system is nearing the end of its life span so I can budget for a replacement when the time comes. All together a great job.And so you dont think Im a shill for the company the annual service contract we have with B&B is not cheap but when you call with an emergency problem in heating or AC they are on it right away.

Very professional, great price, quick service. Jose and his team were prompt and cleaned up everything very well afterwards. Jose answered all questions I had at the end and was very patient. I had an air handler/heater and an air conditioner all replaced, so a big job.The only thing I did not like was replacing a programmable thermostat with one that is not programmable, which was a downgrade. Other than that, perfect service. I would use them again and recommend you do as well.

They were very professional and knowledgeable.  They were also really thorough and really knew what they were doing.  They were not the cheapest, but like the old adage goes, you get what you pay for.I had been dealing with a heater that would not turn on whenever I set the thermostat or it would randomly come on after waiting many hours.  Oddly enough, I never had similar kinds of problems in the summer with the AC.  I called 2 different companies over 2 years, with the first not even acknowledging or understanding the problem - wasted my money and the second, which diagnosed a problem with a dirty flame sensor. But this fix lasted one season.  So rather than calling the second co. back and to be fair, I would like to think that they would have fixed the problem, I decided to give B&B a try instead.Id like to give Kervin a huge shoutout for correctly diagnosing my problem.  The parts werent cheap nor was their service, but he was very professional and did an excellent job fixing the problem.  So I didnt mind paying higher for their excellent service and knowledge; there were some more problem solving after he replaced the board and flame sensor because the flame kept going out which wasnt happening when he initially diagnosed the problem.Id also like to thank Kervins manager Chris for listening to my concerns and patiently helping me with the billing, service agreement, and providing a brief summary of work in laymans terms.Obviously, their positive reviews speaks for itself, but in actuality, I would have never thought to call them if not for their huge white sign driving by their building.  It is great advertising btw.
